We are using WP Umbrella for our agency and we get constantly great support (in a very timely manner). Also, they are great with regular updates and user-centred features. Also, setup is extremely easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Backups are a bit hard to re-install if you have to rollback. You do need a FTP-Access and it's not like a one-click backup restoration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a very easy-to-use solution that saves us a lot of time every day

Very easy to implement/integrate on our customers' sites via a simple extension, here are the points we particularly appreciate:

- Centralised updates for all our sites.

- Simple management of backups stored for 50 days.

- Automated reports sent to customers.

- Uptime monitoring

- Analysis of security problems

I'm Leonardo, a freelance developer passionate about WordPress and I've been using Umbrella for a few days now. I tested several solutions on the market, but Umbrella is really different, mainly about UI/UX Design and managing beautifully structured reports.

Being a new tool, it wouldn't be so fair to say what I don't like about the tool, because I'm really finding it amazing for my purposes.

But, some points that they could improve would be:

1) more Google Analytics data in reports;

2) more data from Google PageSpeed, mainly the Mobile x Desktop differentiation;

3) greater power to edit the reports, for example, that we could add pages with content that was completely customizable by us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool gives me as a webdesign freelancer great possibilities to update all my clients' websites from remotely from one well crafted dashboard. Updating, Downtime detection etc. work like a charm. What brings huge value are the automated reports for my clients so they can see and understand the value that I bring to them. It's easy to use, it gives us control over our website, and it's also cheap.
