An affordable tool with a very clean and intuitive user interface that allows me to manage my client's sites, feeling safe with the provider service of backups and plugin update. With their recent feature of backingup prior every plugin update I'm more than happy. It also provides a report with errors, uptime information and security. It would be great to have an integrated malware scan. I haven't had any problems aside from one time when it disconnected due to a connection error and backups stopped being created. All their features are great. I can monitor all my client's website in server side, updates, backup, errors, etc. The platform is easy to use and you can implement your task with ease. I use this service with all my client everyday. You can integrate their plugin to your wordpress very easy.

I used other three similar services in the years before try WP Umbrella. I deceided to stay with this service because have some extra features that other don't have or are more expensive, like hourly backups. Is more intuitive and very easy to implement and use. The customer support replies very fast to me in only some minutes, and provide a solution with the backups. I think that this tool have a great potential adding more features in the future, but as actually is, is an excellent solution.

I don't dislike anything, but I miss some extra features that can be added as addons by websites, like malware scan and clean, or the option to recover only some files/folders from the backups instead full restore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The strong points are the ease of use and the service offered at an almost negligible price. The implementation is very easy, just copy the API key and the system recognizes everything and synchronizes the site.

The dashboard has a very easy and intuitive UI and UX: with a glance you have all the sites under control.

Alert emails are very useful as is the possibility of making scheduled backups and sending reports with the health status of the site, both in terms of performance and updates.

Given the roadmap of future updates we will certainly see some good ones, such as the possibility of having public APIs for the integration of third-party software (jira, slack, etc) or customized software.
