WP Umbrella has awesome support, are always adding new features. The features I like the most are being able to update plugins/themes and update WP from one dashboard. You can also monitor site performance and PHP errors on your sites. The information that I have been able to retrieve from the app has been very useful to help tweak my site for performance as well as solve issues with developers for the plugins I use.

Another great feature is the ability to perform backups of all my sites. I can't tell you how difficult it has been to configure backup plugins. All I have to do is set a backup schedule and then WP Umbrella does the rest. No more failed backups due to backup plugin timeouts or server timeouts. It is handled elegantly and perfectly by WP Umbrellas remote backups. This feature alone was worth the investment, and best of all it is less expensive than other solutions.

I have been using WP Umbrella for almost a year and they have continually impressed me with the new features that are consistently added to the platform. I wouldn't say I dislike anything, however, I do wish they had more features such as security scans and malware scans or maybe even a firewall (something like Malcare or WordFence). It reports any PHP errors to save you time. Bonus, the plugin on the customer site allows you to switch to white label and therefore to refine the premium aspect of your service.
