I appreciate WP Engine's customer service, which is way better than GoDaddy. I like the response time, the uptime, and the fact that WP Engine helps our advertising agency provide a website that's constantly running, which is very valuable to our clients. "Fast, Attentive Support with Simple Setup"

What do you like best about WP Engine?

I found the customer service at WP Engine to be exceptional. Their team was attentive and fast to respond, which helped us quickly identify and solve an issue with a plugin. They demonstrated great problem-solving skills by helping us determine that the problem was with another plugin and not the custom fields plugin we were using, which saved us a lot of time and frustration. Additionally, I appreciated the simplicity involved in the initial setup of WP Engine, which made transitioning to their service straightforward. The wonderful customer service, along with the simple setup process, left a positive impression on me, and because of these experiences, I would highly recommend WP Engine, giving it a 9 out of 10. What do you like best about WP Engine?

Our sites are hosted with generally no issues with uptime whatsoever. WPEngine has consistently provided excellent support and hosting services and has thoroughly assisted us with several issues that we have had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WP Engine?

My only honest complaint is the support chat no longer makes a sound when you are not actively tabbed into the window anymore, making it easy to miss updates from the support chat if you are, say, working on another task while talking to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
