Gravity Forms and WP E-Signature are a match made in heaven. With Gravity Forms, you can easily create forms to gather information from your website visitors, and with WP E-Signature, you can quickly and easily get those forms signed by your customers. The integration between the two plugins is seamless, and it's so fast and easy to use that you'll be signing documents in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their support is incredible. We have zero complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software does NOT do some very basic things that one would expect from an e-signature software package. Especially for a package that is sold at such a premium price.
The final straw for me was the discovery that ApproveMe's WP E-Signature does NOT allow you to add multiple signers UNLESS you know who the signers are IN ADVANCE? Why is this bad? Consider, if you are (for example) in real-estate and need two signatures for a lease or contract, you CANNOT automate this process. In fact, in ANY case where you need more than ONE signature -which is quite frankly AT LEAST 40% of scenario's- this software CANNOT do so in an automated fashion.
Therefore, if someone has a use case where they need multiple signatures (i.e. Spouses, Partners, Co-Signers, etc.) you CANNOT automate those processes using ApproveMe's WP E-Signature. Someone would have to LITERALLY go inside the software and MANUALLY add the names to the agreements.
Worse yet, they were made aware of this way back in 2016 and THEY PROMISED TO ADDRESS IT (saying "it would be fixed in version 2.0") . Four years later, no 2.0. ...and they have DONE nothing! They have said NOTHING.
So, if you are in the slim group of people who only need one signature for documents, this software MIGHT work for you (see other caveats), but if, like the majority of folk, you have use cases wherein MULTIPLE signatures are required ...BUYER BEWARE...this is NOT the software for you!

It saves time. Especially during the pandemic it is easy to get e-signature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the signature is blurr and it is difficult to recognize if it is legit or not Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could say there was. If it worked without any bugs it would have been functional for what I wanted it to do. But sadly it fell way short. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The coding it uses to work with Gravity Forms does not work. When gravity form is created and designed on wordpress for your website as a standalone document, the design and field information on the gravity form disappears.
Support cannot solve it. Was Responsive during the 14 day trial and after that they absolutely Ghosted me even after sending 8 emails asking for a response. They asked me to give them Super Admin rights to look into the issue during which I have no access at all prior to they stopped communication. I requested several times in those emails to refund us. Only one admin at a time. Since they ghosted me, I cannot even access it and do anything so its completely useless. They think they can get away with keeping my $399 for the lifetime subscription. Already reported to my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The plugin makes the process of creating and signing contracts quick and easy. The plugin functions well and is easy to setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The plugin allows the upload of files as part of one of the core extensions when purchasing the higher end plans. Initially this seemed to work as expected, however it came to our attention that when uploading files with a contract, the plugin was storing private files in a public uploads directory. This poses a massive security risk as these files are not only publicly viewable but also indexed by major search engines such as Google.
When contacting support about the matter they were slow to respond and did not provide a solution. As of writing this review, they have yet to fix the underlying cause. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The plugin makes creating contracts quick and easy, it is somewhat easy to use and allows for some automation with Woocommerce which is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The plugin has a file upload field as part of one of the core extensions when buying the upper tier version, however when uploading files via a contract, it stores those files in the public uploads directory exposing those files to search engine bots and creating a huge security risk for business that use those upload fields to collect proof of ID.
When contacting support about the matter they acknowledged the complaint but didn't respond satisfactorily, particularly when we advised them they should be contacting all plugin owners to notify them of the security flaw. They also deleted posts on their Facebook page alerting them to this.
The plugin has the ability to generate contracts when checking out with Woocommerce, while this is great, the user experience of this is dismal as it doesn't allow for users to sign the contract at a later date, when signing the contract it doesn't always successfully redirect to the complete/thank you page and this area needs improvement.
The plugin allows for custom shortcodes in the text editor, however some of the variables that the plugin generates such as "order id" don't pass through to the shortcodes involving some custom modifications to the plugin to allow it to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use WP Digital E-Signature for integration with Sprout Invoicing. It works great. Before an estimate is accepted I have clients sign a document. They are then auto-redirected back to the estimate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found much of anything I dislike. The dropbox sync feature has never worked, but I feel that is likely user-error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
