We use Wowza as our live streaming solution inside of our application. The reliablibility and flexibility is a necessity for us and Wowza provides seamless integration. It is used daily as our solution for live streaming. We have not had to reach for customer support very often, but when we did, the response was quick and helpful. Initial configuration with GPU acceleration for transcoding has been problematic.
