It does not qualify as a EDR, which is mandated by some Cyber Security Insurance providers. The cost doesn't feel like its priced correctly for what it does, again it can not be considered a EDR. Worry Free services are great for small businesses with little time to manage their internet security. The initial deployment was not smooth. The application has dependencies that must be deployed before the package. Support could not determine why my preferred method (PDQ Deploy) and supported GPO deployment options were failing. Only manual installations succeeded consistently, with the odd deployment working during testing. TM has been our go-to security provider for the last 2 years, but lately, they have started to disappoint. Especially WFBSS. The average footprint has doubled in comparison to other solutions that we use and we are having many more complex and costly support cases coming in. I've spent so many hours on the phone with TM trying to resolve the problems with the software, and it all has been for nothing. Unfortunately, we had to switch to a different solution as our main option.
