**Describe the project or task Worldwide Business Research (WBR) helped with:**

The company happily takes your money, but with all the disruption due to COVID they have demonstrated they do not have the consumer's interests in mind. The original offer was to pay a sum for an in-person conference and the fee charged covered 2 nights hotel accommodation. Firstly the conference was canceled - I only found this out by contacting them directly. Subsequently, I was no longer working so attending, even remotely, is no longer appropriate. Now they are failing to respond to any of my emails. Needless to say, I shall be steering well clear, and further, advise others to do the same

Nothing - they have been truly awful to deal with

Ghosting customers is totally unacceptable

**What problems is Worldwide Business Research (WBR) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was trying to gain access to industry information. No benefits have been realized, but a tonne of time has been wasted as well as money lost

worldwide business  research  is a leading business research group that  organizes  conferences  and runs over 100 industry in the world  along with full marketing  services  and also networking events  all in the aim of educating, supporting  and  connecting all the leadership of the  world's core industries

**What do you like best about Worldwide Business Research (WBR)?**

what i like best is , the way i been able to research and know much about my business through them with  the events they organize

**What do you dislike about Worldwide Business Research (WBR)?**

not been able to go to some of this events which is not been held in  nigeria, which would have really helped me more , then  trying to go to  london  or any far away country  to attend one o of the events
