"Awful Service. Run from WorldPay"

What do you like best about Worldpay?

I was led to believe that WorldPay offered the lowest credit card processing rates in the industry and had world-class customer service. Too bad neither was true. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worldpay?

WorldPay offers low processing rates and then tacks on miscellaneous service fees that increase your effective rate to more than 4%. When you contact customer service, they ignore your emails and refuse to cancel your account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
