The spaces feature is great as it lets me add space for specific people based on interest, which is amazing. I like the option to endorse people for the values they follow right on their profile without making announcements, and others can still see it. This provides a convenient way to encourage people. User engagement is not that good. Should do something to attract a larger percentage of employees to the platform, so it feels like an inclusive platform and not the platform for selected people. We should be able to invite people via email to engage in posts. People who are actively engaged should get badges, the badges are there but it should be more.
