What do you like best about Workvivo?

Workvivo offers seamless integration with a wide range of Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools, as well as platforms like SharePoint. These integrations enable employees to access important documents, collaborate efficiently, and stay connected without switching between multiple applications. By bringing communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration into a unified experience, Workvivo provides a more intuitive, user-friendly, and productive digital workplace. What do you dislike about Workvivo?

Introducing a more personalized content feed and enhancing the AI-powered search capabilities would significantly improve the overall user experience. A personalized feed that recommends relevant content based on an employee’s role, department, location, and interests would make it easier to discover important updates and reduce information overload. Additionally, a more intelligent AI-powered search that understands natural language queries and quickly retrieves relevant posts, documents, policies, and knowledge articles would help employees find the information they need more efficiently, improving both productivity and engagement. "Workvivo: A One-Stop Hub for Staying Connected and Aligned"
5/5
What do you like best about Workvivo?

What really stands out to me about Workvivo's recent updates is how they're tackling everyday friction points head-on. The complete mobile app redesign makes it so much easier for frontline and desk workers alike to stay connected on the go, which is huge for distributed teams. The unified search experience is a game-changer — having one powerful search bar that pulls everything together means less time hunting for information and more time actually getting things done. I also appreciate the smarter chat feature that lets you mark messages as unread, which is a small but incredibly useful addition for keeping track of important conversations. The Pages enhancements with inline documents, reactions, comments, and version control bring real collaboration depth to content management. And the Seer upgrades with advanced segment filtering and multi-question surveys per driver make employee listening far more insightful without dragging out survey cycles. Overall, Workvivo is clearly evolving from a basic internal comms tool into a polished, consumer-grade employee experience platform that people genuinely want to use every day. What do you dislike about Workvivo?

While Workvivo has made impressive strides with its 2026 updates, there are still areas that could use improvement. The customization options remain somewhat limited — teams often want more flexibility in tailoring the look, feel, and layout of their spaces to match their brand or department needs, and the current options feel restrictive. Collaboration features for internal comms teams could be more robust, particularly around co-authoring content, approval workflows, and scheduling posts across multiple channels simultaneously. User onboarding and setup still feels clunkier than it should — adding new users, assigning them to the right teams, and setting up targeted content delivery involves too many manual steps that could be streamlined with better bulk actions or automated provisioning. Additionally, the analytics and reporting capabilities, while improved with Seer, still lack the granularity that larger organizations need for measuring ROI on specific campaigns or content pieces. A more intuitive admin dashboard with clearer navigation and fewer clicks to accomplish routine tasks would go a long way in making the platform easier to manage at scale. "Workvivo review"
5/5
What do you like best about Workvivo?

Workvivo is an excellent platform that allows employees to involve themselves by participating in different activities at their workplace. I had also included some images and tasks in the daily office. I also included how pleased our customers are with my thorough approach. It's a highly user-friendly application that allows employees to utilize their time instead of engaging with social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workvivo?

When someone leaves a comment on images or posts, an email notification is sent for every comment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Workvivo Review"

What do you like best about Workvivo?

It's a really user-friendly platform easy for employees across the org to run campaigns without much hand-holding. What I've been liking recently is the new chat experience (threaded replies, mark-as-unread, small things but they make a difference), the revamped mobile app which actually feels snappy now, and Journeys for automating onboarding/offboarding flows. The unified search is also a nice touch, no more hunting across tabs. Honestly one of the best employee engagement platforms I've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workvivo?

Not much to complain about honestly. If anything, finding older posts or documents can take a bit of digging sometimes. And a few third-party integrations don't always play nice. But that's about it nothing that really gets in the way of day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Being Connected"
4/5
What do you like best about Workvivo?

Being connected with coworkers, seeing their lives at work and home. Being able to access documents and all the different channels. I like this platform to connect with co-workers and see daily updates. There is a lot to learn and navigate on your own. It is easy to use at the basic level. What do you dislike about Workvivo?

There are so many options and tools, I don't know how to utilize A tutorial would help, or a half-hour training class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Workvivo review"
5/5
What do you like best about Workvivo?

One of the new things I like about Workvivo is how it brings communication, collaboration, and engagement into a single platform. It makes it easy to connect with colleagues, share updates, collaborate during remote work, and access important information without switching between multiple tools. The user interface is intuitive, and the social-style features help teams stay connected and engaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workvivo?

Workvivo could be improved by optimizing video call quality and reducing CPU usage, especially during long meetings. File sharing could also be enhanced, as I have occasionally noticed a reduction in file quality or size after sharing. Addressing these performance and file-sharing issues would make the overall user experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good for Basic Documentation, Needs More Flexibility"
3/5
What do you like best about Workvivo?

I use Workvivo for my team's documentation needs, and it's been really helpful for us. Unlike SharePoint, Workvivo offers a website structure that includes a homepage and subpages, which has made organizing our training processes and product details much simpler. I really like the ease of creating pages—it's much more user-friendly compared to the folder structure we used before. The initial setup was also quite easy, which was a plus. Additionally, the social media section is a great feature, as it allows us to use it as an internal social media tool, enhancing our team collaboration and communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workvivo?

Workvivo is very basic and solves only the issue of basic documentation. There are a lot of restrictions for pages, and more flexibility about the type of pages we can create is needed. Designs like tiles and animations could go a long way. It also does not have expandable and collapsible sections, which restricts how we can structure pages. Importing Word and PDF documents without losing formatting would be a great option. Currently, I have to copy and paste and then format separately for the page to look good. "Easy Team Updates, Needs More Engagement"
5/5
What do you like best about Workvivo?

I like that Workvivo is a very easy-to-use platform and it highlights the different business units that we have within RSK Group. I enjoy reading all of the articles made up on the platform, and it's a very good read. The initial setup of Workvivo was pretty easy; it didn't take long, and I find it quite useful and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workvivo?

I do feel there's a lack of interaction from the majority of our business units. There are a few super users, but there are lots of people that don't participate. So we need to increase engagement from our colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
