Working from home is always fun but it lacks office like funs and connectivity but this app fixed that issue with the help of this app we can connect with the peers like we are sitting in the office doing conversations engagement activities and also react comment on each other post we can also give shout out via this app.

Notifications features are feel overwhelmed it can be stop permanently who follows react because I open this app daily no need of that.

We can use this app to fill surveys for year end goodies and peak gifts we can check the RnR rewards of peak season via this app also we can poll by using the poll feature for favourite color and tshirt logos.

Loopdln is the platform we use for networking, and it’s built on Workvivo. It’s really easy to use and feels secure, which makes it great for staying connected with others in the organization. One of the things I like most is how many features it offers you can give shoutouts to teammates, share updates, plan events, and even keep track of what’s happening day to day.
It’s kind of like a central hub where everything comes together. Whether you want to recognize someone’s work, post an announcement, or just stay in the loop, Loopdln makes it simple. It’s accessible from anywhere, and the layout is clean and user-friendly. Overall, it’s a helpful tool that keeps our team engaged and informed.

So far, my experience with Loopdln has been entirely positive. It’s easy to use, secure, and packed with features that support daily communication, planning, and engagement. I haven’t come across any issues or drawbacks yet, which makes it a reliable tool for staying connected and organized.

Mobile app consumes more battery that should be taken care of.

Whether it’s a quick recognition post or a story about customer success, values are constantly highlighted as part of real work. For me as a manager, this makes coaching far easier. Instead of reminding employees of abstract principles, I can point to examples right in the platform where colleagues have embodied those same values. It reduces skepticism because employees can see authentic evidence of values in action. I use Workvivo primarily because it significantly improves internal communication and employee engagement within our organization. The user-friendly interface stands out as a notable feature, providing empowerment to the users and enhancing their overall experience. Additionally, the initial setup of Workvivo was very easy, which was a relief for our team. This seamless integration and ease of use contributed greatly to our decision to switch from our previous platform, Facebook at Work, to Workvivo, seeking a better and more pleasurable experience.

I find it problematic that different departments use other department groups for posts without their permissions. This could lead to confusion and issues related to privacy or department-specific information being shared inappropriately. Additionally, the search feature could be improved, as it currently lacks advanced filters to narrow down search results by categories such as date or type of content.

Instead of appreciation happening quietly behind the scenes, it’s public and open. From a productivity standpoint, Workvivo cuts down the noise. This saves time not only for me but also for my team members who can focus more on their core work.

The feature I appreciate most about Workvivo is how it breaks down communication barriers. With teams scattered across different platforms emails, Slack, meetings—it became difficult to ensure everyone was on the same page. Workvivo solved this by centralizing communication. Now, I can share updates, announcements, and key information in one place, ensuring everyone gets the same message at the same time. This has significantly reduced confusion and improved clarity within the team.

This also supports authentication systems  and suggests standard integrations.

Mobile users experience slower loading and features missing compared to the desktop version. Finding older posts may be harder than expected. This is most likely suited for large companies due to expensive rates.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The best thing about Workvivo is the way it brings visibility into what’s happening across the organization. In the past, I felt like there was a gap between leadership and employees, and a lot of communication was filtered through managers or email chains. With Workvivo, everything is shared openly, and that sense of transparency really builds trust. I can see updates from leadership, celebrate milestones with colleagues, and keep track of important announcements all in one place. I don’t need extra training to use it, and the mobile app is simple and reliable. The combination of accessibility, recognition, and transparency makes me feel more engaged and included in the company’s journey.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Mobile app was little bit slow take time to loads.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo has been a huge improvement in terms of breaking down communication barriers. In the past, company news was delivered through email newsletters that many people overlooked or ignored. Important messages often got lost in inbox clutter, which led to confusion and even mistakes. With Workvivo, updates are central, visible, and easy to access at any time. I feel more engaged and motivated knowing that I’m fully informed and valued.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I love how Workvivo facilitates interaction and communication with my colleagues, allowing me to stay updated with the latest company developments on both local and regional scales. I appreciate its ability to connect me with my peers and provide a fun environment for daily interactions. The platform effectively eliminates geographical barriers, allowing me to feel involved with all the teams without having to physically travel, which saves a lot of time and effort. I also enjoy the feature that lets me share my thoughts and respond to birthday announcements, which creates a personalized and engaged atmosphere. I am particularly fond of the seamless initial setup, which only required logging in with our work credentials, making the experience hassle-free right from the start. The sense of pride and purpose that Workvivo instills through its ability to keep me updated and involved, without the need for travel, is invaluable. It provides a sense of connection and participation across various sites, fostering a community where I can partake in the wins with different teams. This has greatly enhanced my overall experience and satisfaction with the platform.

I think Workvivo sometimes presents too much information in a non-site-specific manner. It would be more effective if it was organized to show updates relevant to one's own site first before showing information from other sites. This way, the user can focus on what's immediately pertinent without being overwhelmed by less relevant data from other locations. A feature, such as distinct name tags or colors for different sites, could be implemented to help distinguish between updates from various locations.

I use Workvivo to bridge communication gaps between sites, see updates across regions without traveling, and stay connected with colleagues, fostering pride and purpose in our work.

What I like best about Workvivo is how it brings the whole company together  kind of like having a town hall every day. Instead of waiting for a big meeting or email, you get real-time updates, celebrations, and conversations all in one place. It makes me feel connected and in the loop, no matter where I’m working from. It’s informal but meaningful, and honestly, it’s the closest thing we have to the office vibe when remote. We also received our peak goodies by filling the survey on this app.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

It used to be hard to show associates how their daily work tied to the company’s mission. Workvivo solves this by giving me a platform to connect our team’s results with broader goals. It benefits me because associates gain clarity and purpose, which leads to higher engagement. Also it helps to solve the problem of remote work isolation. Associates often felt disconnected when not in the office. By sharing posts, updates, and recognition, I can maintain team culture even at a distance.

As of now I feel nothing to be changed everything is perfect right now

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a supervisor, I struggled with engagement during change management. Associates often resisted new processes because they didn’t understand the “why.” Workvivo helps me explain changes openly and answer questions in a transparent space. It benefits me by reducing resistance and building trust during transitions. They also like the events and recognitions organized for them.

I really appreciate Workvivo for its capability to facilitate employee engagement and interaction effectively. The platform allows me to post events, share photos, and even organize contests, which significantly boosts engagement among employees. Having the ability to see our team's success even when not physically on-site is incredibly rewarding and helpful. I also find the integration of all applications in one spot especially valuable, particularly for onboarding new employees. It streamlines the process as new hires can easily access all necessary software from a single point, making it straightforward for them to find the information they need. Furthermore, Workvivo’s search feature is indispensable for discovering employee details like departmental affiliations, reporting lines, and locations effortlessly. The company fully encourages the use of Workvivo, which keeps everyone connected. The site map or floor plan feature is another favorite, as it enables me to type in an employee's name and instantly see their seating assignment, which is extremely practical. The integration with other tools like Dayforce and ticketing software within Workvivo adds to its usability, ensuring employees have everything they need a click away. Lastly, the ease of setup for new employees, which I manage, is impressive. With about 1300 employees, the process remains smooth, as new hires access their Workvivo accounts as the first step, which I then guide them through effortlessly.

Workvivo has this way of turning routine updates into real conversations. Instead of a plain email, I see posts that people actually respond to. I once commented on an update from our HR team, and a senior manager replied directly to me. That had never happened in any other company I worked for. It might sound small, but those interactions make me feel like leadership isn’t behind some invisible wall they’re present, approachable, and listening. It feels like a digital break room where we can connect as people, not just coworkers. During remote work, especially, that has been a lifeline for me.

Sometimes Too many notifications occurs while I open my internet this thing keep vibrating my phone

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I like the social media type aspect of Workvivo, which helps connect all business units across the country. It's a good way to disseminate information countrywide to the various business units. The platform provides a more enriched and robust experience compared to our previous company intranet site, offering features that facilitate better communication. Additionally, the initial setup was a breeze because the company had already set it up for us, provided us with demos a couple of times, and assigned a champion within our business unit to answer any questions we had. This made the whole process very easy and smooth. I would probably give it a nine or ten when referring it to a friend or colleague, indicating my satisfaction with Workvivo.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

I find it difficult to locate the information I'm looking for within Workvivo, as the search bar doesn't effectively connect me to the relevant information even when I type in keywords. Additionally, the platform could benefit from a more user-friendly format to make information retrieval easier.

I use Workvivo to centralize HR tasks and company-related information, making it easily accessible in one place. It facilitates nationwide connection among business units with its social media aspect, enhancing communication and dissemination of information.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I’ve worked remotely for over two years, and last year I joined Amazon where I find this app Workvivo is one of the only platforms that genuinely helped me feel connected to the company. I love that I can quickly catch up on news, share my thoughts, and celebrate others  all without needing to be in the office. It makes culture and community accessible to everyone, no matter where you are. I like that Workvivo doesn't feel like work. It feels more like a digital breakroom where I can catch up with what people are doing, both inside and outside work.

The mobile app is sometime laggy but it can fixed with updates.

It used to be that remote work meant missing out on the fun stuff birthdays, team wins, inside jokes. Workvivo changed that. I see all those moments now, and I can even contribute to them. It’s given me back the social side of work, which makes everything feel a lot less robotic and a lot more real.

The interface allows us to pin posts and share links to external content effortlessly. In the center of the platform, there's a useful scroll of all company updates and detailed information, which I find incredibly beneficial for users. Locating information is easy and intuitive, sparing users from excessive searching or scrolling. The system feels like a social media platform for colleagues, enhancing engagement and retaining attention without overwhelming them with emails. I also value how Workvivo supports sharing updates with colleagues efficiently. The spaces feature, which allows creating subsections for various audiences, is intuitive and accessible, promoting inclusivity. Overall, I find Workvivo's setup smooth and compartmentalized, effectively managing information distribution within the organization.

I think from an accessibility perspective, if Workvivo could be more supported, it would be great. It would also be good to have integrated features like multiple-choice forms or survey sections built-in, allowing users to share links and conduct quizzes or surveys directly within Workvivo. Currently, users are redirected to external platforms for such tasks.

I really appreciate the convenience of having all the essential information in one portal with Workvivo, making it very handy for me to stay informed about my company’s activities, check payslips, and access emails. I love the social network interface, which adds an intuitive and engaging aspect to the software, keeping me connected with colleagues in a familiar way. I also enjoy the well-organized sections within the platform, which simplifies navigation and makes it easier for me to find what I need without feeling overwhelmed. Everything works well in my opinion, and I found the initial setup process to be quite easy, rating it an 8 out of 10 for ease, showcasing how user-friendly it is right from the start.
