**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

When we were using Workvivo, what stood out the most was how it helped everyone feel more connected—especially in a hybrid work environment. It was easy to use, and it actually made internal communication feel more engaging and less like just another task. I loved the shoutout feature—it gave people a simple way to recognize each other and celebrate wins. It created a more positive, people-first culture that I really appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

There wasn’t anything I strongly disliked, but there were a couple of small things I remember. The reporting tools could’ve offered more depth, especially for tracking engagement. And the mobile app sometimes felt a little clunky compared to the desktop version. But honestly, those were minor issues compared to how much it added to our team culture.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we were using Workvivo, it really helped solve the problem of scattered communication and lack of employee engagement. Important updates, team news, and shoutouts were all happening in one place, so people actually stayed informed and felt involved. It also gave us a way to recognize and celebrate wins, which boosted morale across the company. Overall, it made our internal culture stronger and more connected—something that’s hard to achieve, especially with remote and hybrid teams.

As a user, it's a nice hub to get updates on what's going on around campus. It's also easy to look up older posts.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

As a space administrator, the lack of engagement with the platform has made communication with my cohort very difficult. The platform itself is quite good, and I actually like it, but without buy-in from my colleagues and audience, it's not nearly as useful as it could be.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It serves as a centralised communication platform with the goal of reducing quantity of mass-targeted email communications.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The interface that Workvivo has is mind-blowing.

It is definitely going to surpass and be a top platform in providing a better employee experience.

Knowing about peers work histories and journeys helps the peers such as me to stay motivated and aim for big at work.

I started to know about Workvivo today only. And i am sure that i ll be using it daily from today in order to get better of myside at work on a daily basis.

I am also very excited to share my journey with Workvivo and learn more about Workvivo.

The news feeds, articles, events, insights within an organization is necessary for an employee to progress within an organization.

From my point of view, Having multi-language interface and multi-language customer support will help to cover more number of peoples to share their views and thoughts in their own experience.

From my understanding, Workvivo is trying very hard to reach out large number of employees and to provide best employee engagement experience to them.
Getting into employee engagement via workvivo will benefit me to understand the insights of my organization for the betterment of my career in an organization.

What I like best about Workvivo, is the attention to detail that allows a company to be able to not only hold but also archive and push out content that is important and relative to everyday operations. It provides the ability for all employees at all levels an opportunity to stay engaged and have a sense of belonging with a tool like Workvivo.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The least helpful thing about Workvivo or what would be a dislike about the tool, is a difficult discussion. There have not been any major inconveniences. The only dislike would be more options to filter archived information that provides a much clearer directory for companies.

A business problem that Workvivo solves is bringing employees together to find and collect information about the company.

I think the organization makes it very easy to navigate the resources I need to stay connected to what is happening in my company. I work solo at a remote site so it's a nice way to stay in the loop.

I can't say I've run into any downsides. Each experience I've had with it has been a positive one.

I work mostly solo and only meet with my manager as needed. I enjoy being able to find everything I need to be self-sufficient which saves me and my manager time.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The best thing about Workvivo for me is the features we mainly use it for employee engagement purposes and the interface of it very easy to use. It helps to make interactions more easier with the team mates and colleagues as it has options like polls and survey's. The feature of #hashtag is something i find very amusing and its a thing which we all use more in every post nowadays. Its quick adaptations on the interface for all the latest developments make it the best.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The one thing I see as a improvement point for Workvivo would be the mobile application experience is not always as fast as the browsers as it doesn't have much of bug fixes or updates.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me its benefiting me like keeping connected with my team mates and colleagues from other teams inside the company. I am able to know the information and updates and events happening all around the company on the right time and it helps to attend global meetings which makes us know the transparency of the company in better ways. At times, it makes it even more easier with keeping track of the advancements in process within the company and also maintain a perfect work life balance. It helps more with sharing the views and communication with the leadership more easier.

I have used workvivo in extensive working environment, but i have never faced any issue with its super convenient interface. So there is absolutely nothing to dislike about workvivo

The problems it solve is second to none. It solves every possible problem that an organisation goes through, from employee engagement, to time saving, to intranet facility that it provides and the employee experience interface , workvivo does everything in a perfect way.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

Having a platform for general in-company communication and celebration of achievements. Integrated in Zoom, so no additional app needs to be installed on PC/MAC. Web interface available as well. Android/iPhone app with notifications (!) though only for very special occasions (shoutouts).

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Notifications have improved, but unless there is a specific shoutout I often do not see a relevant post until several days later. The access that is integrated into the Zoom app often doesn't load correctly or complains it has lost connection. Limited upload options (no PDF) so constantly exporting PDF info to JPG before I can upload anything. Reponses are limited to a single attached file so I when an answer requires two pictures I either first merge them manually or need to reply twice.

SHoutouts are a good way to make sure everyone receives an important message. The platfora allows for a quick action/reply. It feels a little more interactive and engaging than sending out emails, but since notifications are not working as expected the app doesn't really work for me.

The best thing about Workvivo is it keeps me updated with what is going on in my organization, whether it is a event, any new update related to process, any poll and awards function.

Workvivo should launch their AI version to help us in writing and make our work quick and easy. An app would be useful.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

Workvivo is a one-stop shop for internal communication tools. We consolidated multiple platforms we used for numerous functions into one cohesive tool. The survey function, newsletter application, news feature, and social media-esque feed are just a few things we greatly appreciate. They were also on top of everything when we migrated to their platform. The customer service is top-notch, and they always get back to us within a few hours or a day. The analytics are super helpful to ensure all staff members use the platform, and they like how much it reminds them of their favorite social platforms.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The only downside is that the search function could be better. We have decades of information and training materials that aren't always easily found. However, they are implementing a new AI function, so we're hoping this helps address that problem.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They've solved a huge problem of us having to use multiple communication platforms. We had a separate social media esque platform, a separate intranet pages platform, and another platform we used for email weekly newsletters. This integrated all those things together so not only did it save on cost, but a lot of time spent trying to communicate procedure and policy changes through all communication channels.

It is really easy to see and share evets happening in and outside of work with other people from the company. I have visited many events I would not have otherwise. I also like how well it sits within the company Zoom app, which makes it really convenient to use.

In many organizations, especially remote or hybrid teams, employees can feel disconnected from the company culture and their colleagues. I get updates about the promotions or any other upcoming events which is always helpful and keeps us up tp date with the company workflow.

We have implemented Workvivo for our intranet, and have had an incredibly easy time getting all of our users up and running with it.  The entire company uses it with much more frequency than we ever did our old Intranet, and the robust features and options have made it wonderful for us to start using a lot of new initiatives.

The directory feature could be a little more robust, we are continuing to use our old intranet directory for now.

Not much to dislike, I would like a notification system that alerts you when certain, more important posts, go live so we don't miss anything.

As a worker at Kmart, we constantly needing to get regular updates and information for the store not only on a store basis but also on a regional, state and national level. Having WorkVivo is an absolute game changer as it makes it easier for employers/managers to communicate with employees even having an acknowledgment button to see if employees have read the post.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

I’d say that one disadvantage that WorkVivo has is probably staff recognition. By having more virtual badges that can be seen on an employee’s profile would 100% improve the platform. This would enable other employees to recognise the hard work efforts of staff and also give a standard to work towards. Thus creating a better work atmosphere.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving the unnecessary need to constantly receive notifications on messages and have a single go to platform where it is accessible to all employees. This is more of a benefit for employers but it helps a lot. I’ve been able to benefit from WorkVivo by being able to interact with managers and other workers easily.
