  ### 7. A Game-Changer for Our Company's Internal Communications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mudasir A. | Selling partner support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

What I appreciate most about Workvivo is how effectively it fosters a genuine sense of community within our digital workplace. The platform’s social-media-style interface encourages engagement in a way that feels organic rather than contrived. I especially value the recognition features, which make it easy for team members to celebrate each other’s achievements with kudos and shout-outs. The mobile app is another highlight—it’s thoughtfully designed and makes staying connected with colleagues as effortless as checking your personal social media.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

While Workvivo is generally good overall, its search function could use some improvement—finding older posts can be frustratingly time-consuming. The notification system can also become overwhelming, especially if you're part of multiple groups, and there isn't an easy way to filter notifications effectively. I've noticed that the platform sometimes lags during busy periods, particularly when uploading media files. Although these issues aren't deal-breakers, they do affect the daily user experience and would benefit from some fine-tuning.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo has effectively solved several critical communication challenges in our organization. Before implementing it, we struggled with fragmented communication across email, messaging apps, and our intranet, which often led to important updated being missed or buried. Now, we have a central hub where company news, team updated, and daily interactions all live together.

The platform has been particularly valuable in connecting our hybrid workforce. Remote employees now feel more connected to the office culture and daily happenings. The engagement features have helped break down silos between department, and we've seen a noticeable increase in cross-team collaboration.

Previously, recognizing employee achievements was inconsistent and often overlooked. With Work vivo's social features, team members regularly celebrate each other's win, which has boosted morale and created a more positive work environment. The analytics also help us gauge employee engagement levels, something we struggled to measure before

  ### 9. "Workvivo: Fostering Connection and Collaboration in the Modern Workplace"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohd Z. | selling-partner-support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

Workvivo excels at fostering a sense of community and connection within the workplace. By providing a platform for employees to share updates, celebrate successes, and engage with one another, Workvivo helps to build a more cohesive and collaborative work culture. The ability to easily disseminate information and recognize achievements across the organization is particularly valuable.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

One potential downside of Workvivo is the risk of information overload if not properly managed. The constant stream of updates and notifications could potentially distract employees from their core work if not balanced carefully. Additionally, there may be privacy concerns for some organizations around the level of transparency enabled by the platform.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo is solving a few key problems that are highly beneficial in the modern workplace:

1. Improving internal communication and information sharing: Workvivo provides a centralized platform for employees to stay up-to-date on company news, announcements, and updates. This helps avoid siloes and ensures everyone has access to the same information.

2. Fostering employee engagement and connection: The social features of Workvivo, like the ability to share updates, comment, and recognize colleagues, help build a stronger sense of community. This can enhance employee morale, collaboration, and overall job satisfaction.

3. Streamlining workplace processes: Workvivo integrates with other tools and platforms, allowing employees to access and share information more efficiently. This can save time and improve productivity across the organization.

4. Enabling remote and hybrid work: Workvivo's digital-first approach is well-suited for supporting employees who are working remotely or in a hybrid environment. It helps maintain cohesion and collaboration despite physical distance.

For me personally, Workvivo has been beneficial in keeping me informed about the latest developments in the company, allowing me to feel more connected to my colleagues, and streamlining various work tasks and processes. The improved communication and engagement have been particularly valuable.

  ### 10. Workvivo is a space that encourages communication while still respecting my time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Udayan B. | SPS Associate [DEU], Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I appreciate that Workvivo respects my time while still fostering a sense of inclusion and community. Updates and announcements are concise and accessible, ensuring I don’t spend extra time searching for what’s relevant. At the same time, the platform encourages employees to recognize each other and engage in conversations that build trust and camaraderie. For me, this solves the problem of being either disconnected or overwhelmed. I can quickly absorb key information and contribute where it matters without feeling that I’m drowning in messages. Workvivo’s thoughtful approach to communication creates an environment that is both productive and engaging, making it easy to stay informed, connected, and appreciated at the same time. This balance between connection and efficiency makes me more productive and more motivated to participate, as I know that the platform values my attention while keeping communication meaningful and manageable.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The “like” system feels too basic without other reactions.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A challenge I’ve experienced in other workplaces is that casual recognition or informal communication often gets lost in multiple tools, while formal updates dominate attention. Workvivo solves this by combining both in a single platform that respects employees’ time. For me, this balance is extremely helpful because I don’t need to search through emails, chats, or meeting notes to understand what’s happening. I can quickly see key announcements, upcoming priorities, and peer recognitions all in one place. This solves the problem of fragmentation and inefficiency, making communication more coherent and manageable. The benefit is clear: I stay informed, feel included, and can focus on my responsibilities without feeling overwhelmed by scattered information or constant interruptions. Workvivo allows me to engage meaningfully at my own pace.

  ### 11. Workvivo provides a creative blend of professional updates with an authentic community feel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kanika C. | SPS Associate - CSAC, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I really value how Workvivo blends professional updates with community-driven interaction. Announcements and directives from leadership are communicated clearly, so I know exactly what the organization’s priorities are. But beyond that, the platform fosters an authentic community where employees can engage, celebrate milestones, and share insights. For me, this is particularly valuable because it provides context and humanizes the data and updates I rely on. I can track projects and priorities while also observing the impact of initiatives on teams and individuals. This creative mix ensures that communication feels complete and engaging, rather than one-sided or disconnected. Workvivo’s approach supports both efficiency and culture, making it a space where work and human connection coexist harmoniously.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Comment threads get messy if too many people reply.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A challenge I’ve noticed in other workplaces is that updates and recognition often feel scattered across different channels, making it hard to stay informed. Workvivo solves this problem by creating one space that balances professional updates with authentic community engagement. For me, this means I no longer have to check multiple systems to find important information or see how teams are doing. I can track leadership priorities while also observing colleagues’ achievements, which gives me a better sense of the overall environment. This balance also encourages me to participate, share my own updates, and celebrate others. It makes me feel connected, appreciated, and more confident that I’m aware of everything that matters. Communication feels seamless, inclusive, and human, which benefits both my understanding and my engagement.

  ### 12. The mix of formal announcements and casual recognition feels well balanced here

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Subhendu B. | Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I really value how the platform handles both structured announcements and casual recognition in a balanced way. In my role as a business analyst, structured information is critical. Formal updates give me the context I need to analyze changes, forecast outcomes, and adjust reports. But I also recognize that culture drives performance, and that’s where casual recognition plays such an important role. Seeing employees celebrate each other’s efforts gives me insight into areas of the business that may not appear in the numbers alone. That blend of formal and informal keeps communication complete. Without it, I’d only see the technical side, but this way I get a more holistic view of the organization. The balance supports both my analytical needs and my human need for connection. It ensures I don’t miss key directives, but I also don’t lose sight of the people making it happen.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The feed updates too quickly, making it hard to catch up.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One common problem in many organizations is that formal announcements often lack context, leaving employees unsure how changes affect their work. Workvivo solves this by pairing structured leadership updates with casual recognition, which highlights the practical impact of initiatives. For me as a business analyst, this balance allows me to interpret both the strategic intentions and the real-world effects of decisions. I can see how priorities translate into tangible outcomes, such as improved performance or increased collaboration. The benefit is clarity: I understand not just what is being announced, but also how it resonates within teams. This dual insight improves my reporting and analysis, making it more actionable and reflective of both the organizational goals and the human factors that influence success. Workvivo’s blend of formal and informal communication ensures that critical information is comprehensive and grounded.

  ### 13. A rare platform where information flow feels balanced between leaders and employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aishi B. | Ops Support Assc, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

For me, the standout feature is how well communication flows in both directions. Leaders aren’t just broadcasting updates; they’re also engaging with the feedback, stories, and ideas coming from employees. That kind of exchange creates a stronger sense of community and makes employees feel that their voices genuinely matter. It helps remove the invisible walls that sometimes exist in organizations, where leadership operates separately from the rest of the team. Instead, it feels like everyone is part of the same dialogue, working toward shared goals. This two-way communication is also motivating because employees can see their ideas being recognized and sometimes acted upon, which reinforces a sense of purpose. It’s not just about staying informed it’s about staying connected in a way that’s both personal and professional. That balance of voices is what makes the culture feel authentic and collaborative.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

It can be tricky to find older posts without scrolling endlessly.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Too often, employee feedback ends up going unheard or gets stuck in formal surveys that don’t always lead to visible action. Workvivo solves this by giving employees a place to share input instantly and visibly, where leaders can engage with it directly. The balance of communication ensures it’s not just leaders talking but also employees shaping the conversation. For me, the benefit is knowing my feedback doesn’t disappear into a black hole. I can see leaders respond, sometimes even adjust based on what’s shared. That visibility is powerful—it tells me my voice actually matters. It also creates accountability, because leadership communication isn’t one-sided; it’s interactive. This problem of unheard feedback is something I’ve experienced in many workplaces, and Workvivo makes it much less likely to happen. That balance encourages me to share more openly and feel like I have a genuine influence.

  ### 14. Workvivo makes even remote employees feel part of the bigger picture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** PREM B. | Sr. Process Specialist, MS, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

Workvivo makes even remote employees feel part of the bigger picture, solving the problem of isolation that often comes with distributed teams. In previous setups, working from home meant missing out on informal updates and team achievements, which reduced my sense of involvement. Through the platform, I can follow project milestones, team successes, and peer accomplishments in real time, making me feel connected no matter where I am. This benefits me by keeping me aligned with organizational objectives and understanding how my work contributes to larger goals. It also encourages me to recognize colleagues’ efforts, strengthening relationships and trust across departments. Being able to engage with remote and office based teammates alike has improved collaboration, boosted morale, and enhanced my overall productivity. It’s a solution that bridges gaps and fosters a culture of inclusion. The platform effectively reduces gaps in recognition and ensures that contributions from every associate, regardless of location, are celebrated in real time.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Sometimes updates feel repetitive when people post the same thing.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A common problem in workplaces is that associates’ contributions often go unnoticed, especially when teams are large or distributed. Updates and public recognition address this issue by highlighting achievements across departments, making it easier to appreciate the work of others. This benefits me personally because it encourages me to engage with colleagues outside my immediate circle, fostering collaboration and relationship-building. Seeing achievements recognized motivates me to maintain high performance and contribute meaningfully. It also creates a sense of fairness and inclusion, as all associates’ efforts are acknowledged regardless of location or role. By ensuring visibility and appreciation for contributions, the platform helps maintain morale, engagement, and productivity, creating a culture where associates feel valued, informed, and inspired to support one another and the organization’s objectives.

  ### 15. The interface of Workvivo is simple yet highly effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swarnava G. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The interface of Workvivo is simple yet highly effective, and it tackles the problem of inconsistent communication across the organization. In many workplaces, updates are sporadic or delayed, leading to misunderstandings or missed opportunities. With a straightforward platform, I can stay informed about key achievements, project milestones, and organizational news in a consistent manner. This benefits me by reducing uncertainty and helping me plan my work more efficiently. Being aware of what colleagues are accomplishing also inspires me to participate in cross-team collaboration and offer support where it’s needed. The simplicity of the interface ensures that engagement doesn’t require technical expertise or time-consuming navigation. By solving the communication gap, the platform enhances transparency, reinforces recognition, and strengthens connections among associates, leading to a more cohesive and motivated work environment. Overall, the simple interface has enhanced my engagement, strengthened professional relationships, and created a more inclusive and motivating workplace.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Nothing I found bad for this app in my three years of use.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining engagement in hybrid or remote work settings is often difficult because associates may feel isolated or disconnected from team activities. This platform solves that problem by providing a central hub where achievements, updates, and milestones are visible to all. For me, this benefits my sense of inclusion and connection, even when I am working remotely. It allows me to learn about colleagues’ contributions across departments, discover opportunities for collaboration, and feel part of larger organizational goals. Additionally, seeing others’ accomplishments inspires me to contribute more actively and engage in recognition. The visibility it provides reduces silos and enhances teamwork, ensuring that associates remain informed, motivated, and connected regardless of location.

  ### 16. Workvivo helps me connect with colleagues I rarely interact with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aranya G. | SPS Associate - T4, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

Workvivo helps me connect with colleagues I rarely interact with, which solves the problem of limited communication in a hybrid or remote work environment. Without frequent in-person interactions, it’s easy to feel disconnected from projects and team dynamics. Through updates, posts, and shared achievements, I can stay informed about what others are working on and celebrate their successes. For me, this has been highly beneficial because it reduces isolation and helps me feel part of the organization’s collective efforts. It also opens doors for collaboration that might not have occurred otherwise. Being aware of colleagues’ accomplishments allows me to reach out, exchange ideas, and offer support when needed. Overall, this has enhanced my engagement, strengthened professional relationships, and created a sense of community, making it easier to stay motivated and involved, even when direct interaction is limited.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

There’s no easy way to bookmark important posts.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of visibility into the contributions of others can often make associates feel undervalued. Many efforts remain unnoticed when recognition is limited to immediate teams or managers. By sharing updates and highlighting achievements, the platform ensures that contributions are visible organization-wide. This benefits me because it allows me to appreciate peers’ efforts publicly, strengthening relationships and promoting trust. It also encourages me to perform at my best, knowing that my work may be recognized beyond my immediate circle. Observing and acknowledging colleagues’ contributions fosters a culture of collaboration and mutual respect. It has made me more engaged, motivated, and connected to the broader organization, while ensuring that valuable contributions don’t go unnoticed.

  ### 17. Workvivo keeps workplace morale high through consistent updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sweety G. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

Workvivo keeps workplace morale high through consistent updates, and what I like most is the encouragement of peer recognition. I often see colleagues acknowledging each other’s efforts, whether it’s completing a challenging project, offering support, or demonstrating creative problem-solving. These updates create a culture where appreciation is visible and contagious. As an associate, this benefits me by fostering a positive atmosphere and reinforcing the value of collaboration. The updates motivate me to be more observant of others’ contributions and share my appreciation publicly. Over time, this culture of acknowledgment has strengthened relationships across teams and departments. It also improves overall engagement because everyone feels noticed and valued. The regularity of updates ensures that positivity is constant rather than occasional, making the workplace more dynamic, encouraging, and supportive for all associates, including myself.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The desktop version works better than the app, which isn’t ideal.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inconsistent or private acknowledgment has often left associates feeling undervalued in traditional workplaces. This platform solves that issue by making recognition visible to all, allowing efforts to be celebrated publicly. Being able to highlight colleagues’ contributions, whether it’s completing a challenging task or providing support, creates a culture of appreciation that extends beyond individual interactions. Personally, this has benefited me by reinforcing the importance of gratitude and motivating me to recognize others more frequently. Public acknowledgment also helps build trust and respect among team members, as contributions are seen and valued by everyone. Over time, this consistent recognition strengthens collaboration, improves morale, and encourages associates to go above and beyond in their daily work.

  ### 18. Workvivo is an easy way to appreciate colleagues publicly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Afra A. | Seller Support Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I never realized how powerful public appreciation could be until I started using it regularly. A simple post highlighting a colleague’s effort seems small, but it carries a lot of weight. I once thanked a teammate for patiently walking me through a complicated process, and the ripple effect was incredible. Not only did they feel good, but others chimed in to share similar experiences with that person. It became clear that recognition has a way of uncovering hidden contributions that many of us might otherwise overlook. As an associate, that’s important to me, because it shows that success is built on collaboration and trust, not just individual performance. I also find that taking time to reflect on others’ strengths makes me more intentional about my own work. It motivates me to contribute more actively, knowing that the effort I put in has the potential to inspire someone else to share appreciation too.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Sometimes the mobile app logs me out unexpectedly, which is frustrating.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition in the workplace has often been inconsistent, and I’ve felt that small contributions frequently go unnoticed. This platform has solved that problem by allowing acknowledgment to happen in real time, making every effort visible. For example, when a colleague helped me troubleshoot a problem under tight deadlines, I was able to highlight their contribution immediately. That recognition not only made them feel appreciated but also strengthened our working relationship. It benefits me because it reinforces a sense of teamwork knowing that people notice and value each other’s efforts motivates me to give my best consistently. Seeing colleagues’ achievements also encourages me to reflect on their strengths, which fosters collaboration and trust. Over time, this consistent acknowledgment has shifted the workplace culture, replacing feelings of being overlooked with mutual respect and motivation. Every small gesture now carries weight, and that’s a huge personal benefit.

  ### 19. Workvivo has brought a sense of fun and engagement back to work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KRISHNA D. | SPS Associate - Premium [ITA], Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

Opportunities for lighthearted recognition have transformed the way colleagues interact. Humor, creativity, and playful posts make engagement feel natural and enjoyable. I often find myself sharing reactions, comments, or memes that spark laughter while simultaneously strengthening professional relationships. These interactions have encouraged me to reach out to other teams, initiate conversations, and build rapport in ways that didn’t exist before. **What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The platform allows me to acknowledge associates’ contributions publicly, which strengthens trust in leadership. When achievements are celebrated openly, associates know that recognition is genuine and not just routine. I’ve noticed that team members feel more motivated and secure in their roles because they can see their work valued by management and peers alike. For me, this visibility helps establish credibility and shows that management is attentive and appreciative of everyone’s efforts. Workvivo also solves the challenge of remote or distributed teams feeling disconnected from management. Updates and recognition are visible to everyone, regardless of location. As a manager, this helps me maintain trust with associates who aren’t physically in the office, ensuring they feel included and informed. The benefit is that associates remain engaged and loyal because they know management is accessible and supportive, no matter where they work from.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The interface sometimes feels less intuitive for first-time users.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining engagement in remote or hybrid teams is a common challenge. Associates can feel disconnected and unsure of leadership’s visibility into their work. Workvivo solves this by creating a platform where updates, milestones, and achievements are shared broadly. As a manager, the benefit is knowing that associates feel included, informed, and appreciated regardless of location. This trust reduces misunderstandings, increases engagement, and strengthens loyalty across the team. On Workvivo, associates can comment, ask questions, and share feedback, creating a two-way dialogue. As a manager, this benefits me because I gain insights into team sentiment, concerns, and ideas. For associates, the benefit is trust they feel their voices are heard and valued, which strengthens their engagement and commitment.

I appreciate how leadership uses Workvivo to connect with us in ways that feel more genuine and approachable. In the past, leadership updates were limited to emails or formal announcements, which often felt distant and one-sided. On Workvivo, I see posts where leaders share insights, celebrate wins, or even reflect on challenges. It feels like a conversation instead of a memo. As an associate, this makes me feel included in the company’s journey, not just like someone receiving instructions. Being able to comment, react, and sometimes even get a response makes leadership feel accessible. It builds trust, because I can see that communication is open and two-way. For me, that’s one of the most valuable aspects of the platform it makes leadership feel closer and more human.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In many companies, leadership messages can feel overly formal, making it hard for associates to relate. I appreciate how leadership uses this space to communicate in a more authentic and personal way. They celebrate wins, acknowledge challenges, and sometimes even share their human side. That makes the workplace feel less rigid and more connected. For me, the benefit is that I feel included in a community rather than just being an employee. Knowing that leadership is willing to connect with us openly makes me more confident in the company’s culture and values. It’s a small change with a big impact on how engaged I feel in my role.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The ability to recognize both major accomplishments and small everyday successes makes Workvivo unique. Many traditional recognition systems focus only on high-profile results, which can leave incremental efforts unnoticed. Workvivo changes that by giving equal weight to small gestures, daily achievements, and larger projects. Personally, this has motivated me to celebrate my peers more frequently, as even small efforts can be acknowledged quickly and meaningfully. Recognizing incremental successes reinforces positive habits and encourages collaboration, as people feel their work is visible and valued. The benefit is a workplace culture where employees feel consistently appreciated, which enhances engagement, trust, and satisfaction. Workvivo’s approach ensures that acknowledgment is frequent, inclusive, and heartfelt, making recognition a regular, meaningful part of work life. What I love about Workvivo is its approach to consistent recognition. Celebrating both big and small wins ensures that employees feel noticed for all their contributions. Personally, this balance has boosted my motivation, as even minor achievements are acknowledged by peers and leadership.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Nothing I found about this app till now mobile app should need some update.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many workplaces fail to recognize smaller contributions, focusing only on major projects or high-profile achievements. This creates feelings of being overlooked and reduces engagement. Workvivo addresses this problem by celebrating both large and small wins, ensuring every effort receives acknowledgment. Personally, this has been motivating because even minor contributions, like helping a teammate or completing a challenging daily task, are noticed and appreciated. This approach reinforces a culture of continuous recognition, encouraging employees to maintain consistent effort. Colleagues feel seen and valued regardless of the scale of their accomplishments, which enhances morale and engagement. The benefit is a workplace where acknowledgment is frequent, genuine, and inclusive. Celebrating all contributions fosters trust, loyalty, and motivation, creating an environment where employees feel appreciated for the full spectrum of their work, not just the high-profile milestones.

Recognition feels more genuine when it’s easy to give, and Workvivo’s simplicity allows that. There’s no need to draft long messages or prepare formal statements; acknowledging someone’s contribution is straightforward and immediate. Personally, this encourages me to celebrate achievements more often because it takes minimal effort but has maximum impact. Quick recognition fosters a positive feedback loop, motivating both the giver and the receiver. It also reduces the hesitation often associated with traditional recognition systems, where employees might worry about whether their acknowledgment is appropriate or significant enough. The benefit is a workplace culture where contributions are frequently noticed, morale is consistently boosted, and employees feel valued without the process feeling cumbersome. Workvivo’s simple approach has made recognition natural, spontaneous, and more authentic than formalized or delayed systems.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Sometimes I miss important announcements because of notification overload.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo solves this problem with its simple and immediate acknowledgment system. I can send recognition at the moment I notice effort, which makes the appreciation timely and relevant. Personally, this immediacy encourages continuous engagement and boosts motivation, as I know my peers’ contributions are noticed and valued in real time. Simple recognition also reduces ambiguity, making it clear what behaviors, efforts, or achievements are appreciated. **Reviewed by:** Piyush B. | SPS Associate - Mentor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

Workvivo’s design supports a seamless mix of work-related content and personal stories, which is something I value deeply. In many organizations, employees hesitate to share personal updates for fear of being judged or appearing unprofessional. Workvivo encourages sharing in a respectful and supportive environment, making it easier to highlight achievements while also celebrating personal milestones, such as birthdays, hobbies, or family accomplishments. Personally, this balance has made me feel more connected to my colleagues, as I get a glimpse into the human side of the team. At the same time, I can still maintain professional credibility by sharing achievements, results, and insights related to my work. This dual approach strengthens trust and camaraderie across the organization. I like that Workvivo allows me to maintain professional growth while fostering authentic personal connections, creating a workplace experience that feels holistic, inclusive, and truly engaging.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Loading speed is occasionally slower than I’d like.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into both professional achievements and personal milestones creates a more inclusive environment. Traditional recognition systems often highlight only results, overlooking the stories, challenges, or learning processes behind them. Sharing personal insights alongside professional updates has allowed me to connect more deeply with colleagues, who can respond not only to what I accomplished but also to how I achieved it. This holistic acknowledgment makes achievements feel more authentic and memorable. For me, it reduces the feeling that personal growth or effort goes unnoticed. Colleagues celebrate not just outcomes but the journey, fostering a culture where contributions are fully appreciated. The benefit is a stronger sense of belonging, improved engagement, and meaningful relationships built around both professional excellence and personal authenticity. Recognition becomes a tool for connection, not just a formality.

  ### 27. Workvivo recognition reduces feelings of being overlooked

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyanka D. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The aspect I value most about Workvivo is how easy it is to give and receive recognition. Before, recognition often required a formal process, or waiting until performance reviews to highlight achievements. That formality sometimes made appreciation rare and delayed. Now, with Workvivo, recognition is a few clicks away. If someone does something helpful, you can immediately acknowledge it publicly. I’ve both given and received recognition this way, and the immediacy adds so much impact. It tells you right in the moment that your effort mattered, and that immediate validation removes any chance of being overlooked. For me, that accessibility is a game-changer. It creates a culture where recognition isn’t a rare event but a daily habit. I like how it empowers everyone to participate, not just managers. This inclusivity ensures recognition doesn’t slip through the cracks, and that’s the most valuable part for me. It reassures me that every piece of work contributes to something bigger and is valued. That culture shift, driven by Workvivo, is what I like most. It makes recognition the norm, not the exception, and that keeps morale high.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Notifications don’t always sync properly between desktop and mobile.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A problem many organizations face is that recognition is often inconsistent and selective, leading some employees to feel overlooked while others are frequently praised. Workvivo solves this by creating a transparent system where recognition is visible to all, and everyone has the opportunity to both give and receive acknowledgment. Personally, this has helped me feel that my contributions are treated fairly and equitably. I can see others’ achievements, and the visibility encourages me to strive for consistent performance, knowing that recognition is not biased or limited to certain individuals. By addressing inconsistency and opacity in traditional recognition practices, Workvivo reduces the perception of favoritism and ensures that appreciation is accessible, fair, and inclusive. This problem-solving aspect strengthens morale and fosters a culture where employees feel valued, seen, and part of a collaborative environment. Workvivo also tackles the problem of recognition being passive or one-way. In many workplaces, acknowledgment is delivered as a formal statement, with little opportunity for interaction or engagement.

By maintaining visibility into achievements and fostering communication, Workvivo ensures that recognition and motivation remain a priority, even during challenging periods. This ongoing support helps me stay focused, engaged, and committed to delivering my best work. Workvivo also tackles the challenge of making recognition meaningful rather than routine. The posts and updates come from real people who genuinely want to appreciate each other’s work. As an associate, that authenticity makes a big difference. I can tell when recognition is genuine, and Workvivo has created an environment where it feels honest. This makes the whole platform more engaging because it’s not just about checking a box it’s about celebrating real teamwork. **What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Push notifications can be overwhelming and come often.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One major problem Workvivo solves is the lack of visibility for everyday contributions. Often, as an associate, my work can feel hidden, especially when it involves supporting larger projects behind the scenes. Before Workvivo, it was easy for small yet impactful efforts to go unnoticed, leaving employees feeling undervalued. Workvivo changes this by creating a platform where achievements, teamwork, and contributions are visible to peers and leadership in real time. The benefit is significant: I feel recognized for my efforts, which boosts motivation and engagement. It also reinforces that even small tasks matter to the bigger picture. Knowing that my contributions are seen encourages me to remain proactive and involved. Workvivo ensures that recognition is consistent, not limited to formal reviews, making teamwork feel appreciated on a daily basis.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

What stands out about Workvivo is how it helps maintain a sense of closeness even during busy times. As an associate, I don’t always have the chance to check in with every teammate personally. Workvivo makes it easy by showing me updates, celebrations, and comments from across the team. That daily visibility keeps me in touch without needing separate conversations. The best part is that it feels genuine, not forced. I can react, comment, or simply stay informed, and those little interactions help maintain the bond with my teammates. It solves the problem of drifting apart when schedules get hectic. The closeness I feel through Workvivo motivates me to engage more actively and appreciate my colleagues. For me, the platform isn’t just about communication it’s about preserving the human connection that makes teamwork meaningful. That’s what I like best about it.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

It takes extra clicks to find older content.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an associate, one of the challenges I faced was staying engaged with teammates who worked remotely or on different shifts. Without the right tool, it felt like I was only aware of the people I worked directly with. Workvivo solves that by giving me visibility into the wider team, no matter where they are. I can see updates, posts, and comments from colleagues I don’t interact with daily. This keeps me closer to the whole team instead of just my immediate circle. The benefit is a sense of belonging across the organization. I don’t feel limited to my desk or project group—I feel part of a broader community. Workvivo solves the problem of distance and time by creating one shared space where everyone’s voice can be heard. That closeness helps me stay motivated, collaborative, and open to new connections within the company.

The simplicity of the design makes it feel more like a social platform than a corporate tool, which encourages me to check it daily. At the same time, it does a lot more than just share updates. I can celebrate a teammate’s success, learn about leadership announcements, and keep up with events happening across the company. For me as an associate, this makes a huge difference because I don’t feel disconnected from leadership or from my peers. The fact that Workvivo manages to do so much without being complicated is exactly what I value most about it. It saves me time and keeps me engaged. It’s rare to find a tool that strikes such a perfect balance, but Workvivo manages to do it well.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Till now I don't find this app un-useful it is a great app.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Workvivo, one of the frustrations I had was that company updates often felt one-directional. We would receive information, but there was no way to interact with it. Workvivo changes that by letting me engage directly through likes, comments, or even sharing my own thoughts. The tool is straightforward to use, but it does a lot in breaking down the wall between leadership and associates. The benefit for me is that I feel part of the conversation, not just a passive reader. This solves the problem of feeling disconnected from decisions or updates. When I comment on a leadership post and see a response, it reminds me that my perspective is valued. Workvivo’s simplicity makes it easy to participate, and its depth ensures that engagement is meaningful. That balance creates a stronger sense of belonging for associates like me.

That two-way interaction helps me manage more effectively because I’m not guessing how the team is feeling I can see it through their activity on the platform. Workvivo has turned daily connection into a habit rather than a chore, and it strengthens the trust I have with my team. For me, this constant connection is the single most valuable part of the platform. It creates an equal platform for engagement, which makes my team more cohesive. That ability to maintain daily, inclusive connections is exactly what I needed as a leader, and Workvivo delivers it consistently.

The benefit is that recognition becomes part of our everyday culture instead of a once-in-a-while event. Associates feel appreciated, and it motivates them to keep performing at their best. The benefit is that communication feels two-way instead of top-down. It gives me a voice, even if it’s just through a simple reaction. That engagement makes leadership communication feel more dynamic and inclusive. As an associate, it helps me feel like I’m part of the conversation rather than just a recipient of information. **What do you like best about Workvivo?**

For me, the best part of Workvivo is how it has made recognition a daily part of work life rather than an occasional gesture. Seeing appreciation posts pop up throughout the day adds a sense of energy and positivity that emails or newsletters never managed to deliver. What I like most is that recognition doesn’t feel forced it feels genuine and timely. When I achieve something and it gets acknowledged on Workvivo, the joy is multiplied by how quickly others can engage with it. On the flip side, when I recognize others, I feel good knowing that I’m contributing to a culture of appreciation. This two-way exchange of recognition spreads joy across the company, making the workplace feel warmer and more connected. That’s what sets Workvivo apart for me it transforms recognition from a simple action into a shared experience of joy.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The mobile experience isn’t always as smooth as the desktop version.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition was often inconsistent before Workvivo. Some associates received frequent acknowledgment while others went unnoticed. This created frustration and disengagement. Workvivo solved this by making recognition a visible, daily part of communication. I benefit because my work, whether small or large, can be noticed and celebrated. It spreads joy because recognition becomes a habit rather than a rare event. Associates feel appreciated consistently, which improves morale and reinforces a positive workplace culture. Knowing that everyone has equal opportunity for recognition makes me feel valued and connected. It’s motivating to see the consistent positivity across the platform—it reminds me that appreciation is part of our daily interactions, not just an occasional gesture.

  ### 37. Easier to access company-wide announcements

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I used to dread missing announcements when I was away from work. Coming back to a crowded inbox felt overwhelming, and sometimes I’d overlook something important. Workvivo solved that issue by storing announcements in one place that’s easy to revisit. I benefit because I can catch up quickly, without stress, after being offline. It’s like having a noticeboard that’s always updated and accessible. Even if I miss the live moment, I can go back and see the full announcement, along with any comments or reactions. That kind of access makes me feel more secure, knowing I’ll never be left behind on critical information. It keeps me aligned and reduces the anxiety of missing something important. This makes announcements less of a chore to read and more of a meaningful part of daily communication.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Sometimes posts go unnoticed by large parts of the company.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emails and newsletters used to be the only way to track what other offices were doing, and they were often delayed or too formal. Workvivo solved that by making updates immediate and engaging. I benefit because I don’t have to wait for a monthly roundup or dig through long email threads. I can see what’s happening across offices in real time, with photos, comments, and recognition posts that make the updates feel alive. It saves me time, keeps me informed, and brings back the human side of communication. Instead of being just information, it feels like a shared experience. That change has made me feel closer to colleagues everywhere.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

One of the challenges I always faced was feeling out of the loop when it came to what other offices were doing. Updates would get passed around slowly, and sometimes we wouldn’t even know about important milestones until weeks later. With Workvivo, I now have a clear and easy way to track what’s happening across offices. It’s like a window into the activities, achievements, and celebrations happening everywhere. I benefit from this because I no longer feel isolated in just my location. I can see what colleagues in other branches are doing, and it makes me feel connected to a larger picture. That sense of being part of something bigger energizes my day. It also helps me understand how different teams contribute to the company’s success. More importantly, it makes me feel like I’m part of the same company culture as colleagues I may never meet in person. That connection has brought a fresh sense of belonging and motivation to my daily work routine.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The chat feature lacks some advanced functions compared to other tools.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One major issue that Workvivo solved is the inefficiency of relying on emails to track what’s happening. Emails get buried, delayed, or overlooked, and by the time important news reached me, it often felt irrelevant. Workvivo makes it so much easier to follow activities across offices in one place. I benefit because I no longer spend time searching for updates or asking around for information. It’s all visible on the platform, easy to engage with, and interactive. I can react to posts, leave a comment, or simply enjoy seeing what colleagues are celebrating. That kind of accessibility keeps me informed and connected, no matter where the update comes from. Instead of feeling like I’m catching up on old news, I now feel part of the story as it unfolds. That real-time visibility has been a huge improvement in how I stay engaged. Now it feels like we’re one company working toward shared goals, no matter where we are.

  ### 39. Workvivo brings back the missing energy in communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aneek S. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

As an associate, it sometimes feels like company updates are distant, designed for management circles rather than everyday employees. Workvivo changes that dynamic. I can see the updates, engage with them, and respond in real time. More importantly, I can share my own thoughts without worrying about getting lost in the noise. That two-way communication makes everything more vibrant. It’s not just leadership speaking it’s everyone contributing. That shift in communication has brought back the missing energy and made me more invested in what’s happening around the company. It no longer feels like I’m on the outside looking in. Instead, I’m part of the story. That sense of belonging is exactly what was missing in communication, and Workvivo has given it back in a simple but powerful way.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Notifications can be overwhelming if not managed carefully.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem I always struggled with was the lack of informal connection. In emails and chat groups, everything felt formal and task-driven. There was no real space for casual updates, celebrations, or small shout-outs. Workvivo solved that gap by creating a place where informal communication feels natural. I benefit from this because I get to see birthdays, achievements, and fun moments shared across the company. It makes work feel lighter and more connected. Even if I’m working remotely, I don’t feel isolated now I can join in the celebrations and conversations that used to only happen in the office hallways.

  ### 40. Effortless Event Discovery and Easy Navigation with Workvivo

**Reviewed by:** Neerja M. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

What I find most helpful about Workvivo is how easy it is to discover posts about upcoming Amazon events and activities directly in my feed or by searching with hashtags. I also appreciate how simple it is to explore the various Workvivo spaces by browsing different categories, and finding additional information about changes is straightforward as well.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

It’s not easy to discover other groups, and connecting with people is also challenging. To get relevant information, I have to actively follow groups or spaces, since there doesn’t seem to be a page that automatically recommends updates based on my preferences—or at least, I haven’t found such a page yet.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I often struggle to stay updated on activities and upcoming events by myself, but workvivo helps me overcome this challenge.

  ### 41. Workvivo helps me engage with remote employees

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishan D. | LCI Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

When managing hybrid teams, one recurring problem I face is keeping communication consistent. Office-based staff might overhear casual updates or announcements, while remote employees could miss out. Workvivo eliminates that problem by making communication transparent and accessible to everyone at the same time. What I like best is that when I post updates, I know remote employees won’t feel left behind. They can read, react, and ask questions in real time. The platform evens the playing field, ensuring engagement doesn’t depend on where someone sits. The benefit for me is huge I don’t have to repeat the same information in multiple formats or worry about whether remote team members are fully informed. They’re part of the same conversation stream. It gives me confidence that my leadership messages are being received equally, which strengthens trust and reduces the gaps that can often appear in remote team management.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Desktop and mobile experiences don’t always match Mobile app was slow.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem that used to consume a lot of my time was checking if employees were actually engaged with updates. Emails left me guessing did they read it, did they understand, or did it spark any thought? Workvivo fixes this issue by making communication interactive. I can see likes, comments, and reactions, which tells me instantly whether the message resonated. The benefit is that I no longer waste energy chasing confirmation. If there’s confusion, I know quickly and can address it in the moment. This has made my communication more efficient and far less stressful. It also empowers employees to engage with messages in a casual but meaningful way, creating dialogue instead of one-way broadcasts. For me as a manager, this shift has freed up time and reduced frustration, while at the same time strengthening the connection I have with my team members. This cross-pollination of ideas has been invaluable in making me a better leader and building a stronger, more cohesive company culture overall.

  ### 42. A practical way to reinforce leadership messages

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikash K. | SPS Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

Workvivo allows me to reinforce leadership messages with consistency, which is something I’ve always found challenging in the past. Emails get missed, intranet posts are overlooked, and meetings only reach those present. Workvivo cuts through those barriers by creating a space where everyone has equal access to the same messages. I can post updates knowing they’ll reach people regardless of their location or schedule. That consistency is what I like best, because it reduces the risk of miscommunication or uneven understanding across teams. I’ve seen a big difference in how quickly messages get absorbed company-wide. For example, when leadership announces a new initiative, the discussion starts almost immediately in Workvivo, and employees from different teams contribute their thoughts. That level of visibility ensures that messages don’t just get delivered they actually sink in. For me as a manager, that’s an invaluable benefit.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The app occasionally logs me out unexpectedly don't know why.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition has always been a challenge in management. While I might try to highlight contributions in meetings or emails, those efforts often stayed limited to small groups. Workvivo solves this by making recognition public and accessible across the organization. I can easily give a shoutout to an individual or team, and the entire company can see it. The benefit for me as a manager is that recognition becomes a powerful reinforcement tool—I can connect individual achievements to broader organizational goals, showing how daily work contributes to big-picture success. It also boosts morale and sets an example for others to follow. I’ve noticed that when recognition is visible, it creates a ripple effect where peers begin appreciating one another more often too. This relieves some of the pressure on managers to be the sole source of recognition while still amplifying the impact of acknowledgment. More importantly, it builds a culture of dialogue rather than one-way updates, making my role as a communicator more impactful and less frustrating.

  ### 43. Workvivo is my go-to place for company stories

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nupur S. | LCI Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The part I appreciate most about Workvivo is the way it captures company stories in such a personal way. Unlike formal newsletters, which can feel stiff or distant, the stories on Workvivo are written by real people sharing their experiences. When I read about a colleague finishing a big project or a team organizing a community event, it feels authentic and relatable. These stories give me a chance to see the human side of the company and remind me that we are more than just tasks and deadlines. What I like best is how easy it is to browse these updates and feel instantly more connected to what’s happening across the organization. It makes me proud to be part of something bigger. Instead of feeling like an outsider to other teams’ work, I feel invited into their world through the stories they share openly on Workvivo. I still get to celebrate its story and feel part of the progress that’s something I never got from traditional communication channels, and it’s what makes Workvivo stand out for me.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The design feels a little busy user interface can be upgrade.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A problem that Workvivo has really helped solve is the challenge of recognition. In the past, recognition often happened behind closed doors or was limited to a small circle. With Workvivo, appreciation has become more visible and inclusive. I can see colleagues being recognized for their efforts, and I can also join in by adding my own comments or reactions. It makes recognition a shared experience instead of a private one. For me, the benefit is that I feel seen and valued in a bigger way. When my work is highlighted on Workvivo, it doesn’t just reach my manager it reaches the whole company. That kind of acknowledgment is motivating and encourages me to do my best. It also creates a positive culture where everyone supports each other, making recognition part of our daily work rather than something rare or formal.

  ### 44. Workvivo encourages me to appreciate others

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhik B. | LCI Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

One thing I genuinely appreciate about Workvivo is how it makes giving recognition effortless. In most workplaces, it’s easy to get caught up in daily tasks and forget to acknowledge the efforts of colleagues. Workvivo changes that dynamic by giving me a visible and engaging space to say “thank you” or highlight someone’s achievement, no matter how small. what I like best is how inclusive it feels it’s not just managers praising their teams but associates recognizing each other. That makes the whole process authentic. When a coworker gives me a shoutout for something small, like helping them troubleshoot, it feels genuine and builds stronger bonds. The design encourages me to take a pause in my day to think about who deserves appreciation and share it openly. This not only improves morale but also creates an atmosphere where gratitude becomes second nature instead of something people only do occasionally.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Notifications don’t always sync across devices. Also battery is draining fast.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo addresses the problem of company culture feeling abstract or inaccessible. In many workplaces, “culture” is just something written in a handbook or mentioned during onboarding. But it doesn’t always translate into day-to-day experiences. With Workvivo, culture is lived and visible every day. I see colleagues celebrating milestones, managers recognizing efforts, and teams sharing their achievements. This makes the values we talk about actually come alive. For me, the benefit is that I don’t just hear about culture I see and participate in it. It creates a sense of belonging because I’m actively contributing to the environment we want to build. Whether I’m recognizing a teammate or reading about another department’s success, it constantly reminds me that culture isn’t just words, it’s actions. That makes me more engaged and proud to be part of the company, which ultimately motivates me to give my best.

  ### 45. It keeps me connected even when I travel

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

Traveling used to create a disconnect between me and my team, often leaving employees unsure whether I was aware of their updates or challenges. What I like best about Workvivo is how it completely removes that barrier. Even when I’m on the move, I can scroll through posts, add encouragement, and share updates of my own. It feels natural, like being part of the office conversation, even if I’m working from an airport lounge or a hotel. This constant connectivity means my leadership presence doesn’t fade just because I’m not physically present. For my team, it reinforces consistency they know I’ll see and respond, regardless of my location. For me, it reduces the worry of coming back to a mountain of updates I missed. Workvivo solves the long-standing challenge of “out of sight, out of mind” and ensures leadership is always engaged.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Analytics are helpful but could provide deeper insights into engagement trends.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the long-standing challenges I faced as a manager was ensuring consistent communication across a growing team. Emails often went unread, and chat tools lacked the structure to keep updates visible. Workvivo solved this problem by giving us a centralized hub where communication feels both professional and engaging. Now, updates are easy to find, recognition stands out, and important announcements don’t get lost in the clutter. This benefits me directly because I spend less time chasing after people to confirm they’ve seen key information. I can monitor engagement, respond quickly, and keep everyone aligned without repeating myself across multiple channels. The platform has removed the inefficiency of scattered communication and created a smoother workflow. For my team, the benefit is clarity; for me, it’s the reassurance that my leadership messages land consistently. Workvivo has turned communication from a pain point into a strength.

  ### 46. It Empowers me to highlight team efforts instantly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fahad S. | LCI Supervisor (A), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The ability to shine a light on team efforts immediately is what I appreciate most about Workvivo. Recognition is most powerful when it’s timely, and in the past, I struggled with finding the right forum or moment to do it. Too often, great contributions would be noted but not celebrated widely. With Workvivo, I don’t need to wait. I can acknowledge someone’s hard work in real time and ensure that recognition reaches their peers, leadership, and other departments. This visibility is incredibly motivating for employees, as they see their work valued beyond their immediate circle. The benefit for me as a manager is that I can foster a culture of appreciation that feels authentic and frequent. It eliminates the problem of recognition being forgotten or delayed and instead makes it part of our daily rhythm. That immediacy is what makes Workvivo so impactful.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The mobile app could be smoother; it occasionally lags when loading content.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo addresses the issue of company values feeling abstract rather than actionable. Often, values are discussed during onboarding or displayed on posters but don’t show up in day-to-day communication. With Workvivo, I can tie recognition and updates back to our values, making them tangible. When an employee demonstrates collaboration or innovation, I can highlight it publicly and connect it directly to the company’s core values. The benefit is that employees see how values translate into real actions and behaviors. As a manager, this makes it easier to reinforce culture consistently, rather than only during formal events. Workvivo has solved the problem of values being overlooked or forgotten, replacing it with a system where they are reinforced through daily stories and recognition. The result is a team that not only understands our values but actively lives them in their work. Workvivo has given leadership a more human voice, and the benefit is stronger connection and credibility across the organization.

  ### 47. Workvivo helps me bring energy to communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinay T. | Team Manager (A), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

What I like most about Workvivo is how it transforms communication from something routine into something motivating. As a manager, I’ve always believed that how a message is delivered matters as much as the message itself. With Workvivo, I can craft updates in a way that captures attention and sparks interaction. The use of recognition posts, shout-outs, or even lighthearted polls makes communication lively and fun. I’ve seen people respond enthusiastically to updates that might otherwise have gone unnoticed in an email. That enthusiasm spills over into team morale, making communication feel less like another task and more like an opportunity to connect. Workvivo gives me the confidence that my messages are being read, appreciated, and acted upon. The energy it injects into even routine updates helps maintain a culture of engagement, where communication becomes a source of positivity rather than an obligation. This shift in tone has done wonders for team engagement, because people feel like they’re hearing from a person rather than a system. That spark of authenticity is what I value most. It makes communication meaningful and keeps employees motivated to stay connected.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

User interface required an update from last two years seeing the same interface.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo addresses the challenge of low employee engagement in communication. Before using the platform, I often found myself sending updates or recognition emails only to wonder if anyone actually felt connected to them. The problem wasn’t that employees didn’t care it was that the format lacked energy and accessibility. Workvivo changes this dynamic completely by presenting communication in a more social and interactive format. Employees don’t just read updates they engage with them by liking, commenting, or even sharing their own related experiences. This energy keeps conversations alive well beyond the initial announcement. As a manager, the benefit is that I can see engagement happening in real time and adjust my communication style based on what resonates. The platform solves the problem of communication being transactional and turns it into something relational, which ultimately strengthens employee morale and reinforces a positive workplace culture. This consistent visibility reduces confusion, prevents bottlenecks, and keeps projects moving smoothly. For me, that efficiency is one of the most valuable benefits Workvivo delivers.

  ### 48. Workvivo encourages recognition without barriers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishu U. | LCI Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

As a manager, I’ve always believed recognition should be simple and accessible, but in reality, many systems put unnecessary steps between intention and action. What I like best about Workvivo is that it removes those barriers. I no longer need to wait for formal review cycles or approval processes to acknowledge good work. If someone on my team goes above and beyond, I can share that recognition immediately, in a space where everyone can see it. This not only validates the employee but also inspires the rest of the team. Recognition becomes part of the daily rhythm instead of a rare event. I value how the platform makes appreciation organic rather than procedural. Workvivo has taken something that can feel forced in other settings and made it feel authentic. It creates an environment where recognition is constant, accessible, and authentic, which makes my role easier and my team stronger.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Mobile app was slow in comparison of desktop version.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the major problems Workvivo has solved for me as a manager is the lack of visibility into employee contributions. In traditional setups, recognition often happened in closed conversations or performance reviews, which meant most of the team never saw the acknowledgment. That left some employees feeling overlooked and others unaware of what good performance looked like. Workvivo changed this by creating a transparent space where recognition is shared openly. Now, when someone excels, their achievement is visible to the entire company, and this sets a positive example for others. The benefit to me is that I no longer need to constantly remind people of our values or expectations—peer recognition naturally reinforces them. It also boosts morale across the board, which reduces the amount of motivational pushing I have to do. The sense of connection Workvivo fosters has solved the problem of disconnection in remote work, which makes managing my team much more sustainable and effective.

  ### 49. Workvivo builds belonging through communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhrubojyoti D. | LCI Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

What I enjoy most about Workvivo is how it keeps recognition at the heart of communication. A lot of platforms focus on announcements and updates, but Workvivo integrates appreciation into the everyday flow of interaction. I love scrolling through the feed and seeing colleagues being recognized for their hard work or even small wins. It creates a sense of positivity that spreads throughout the company. I benefit from this because it motivates me, not just when I receive recognition but also when I see others being appreciated. It reinforces that contributions matter, no matter the size, and it helps build mutual respect among teams. That focus on recognition through communication makes the platform feel more human. Also that visibility strengthens the sense of belonging because it reminds me we’re all contributing to the same goals, even if we work in different areas. For me, that broader awareness is one of Workvivo’s greatest strengths.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Notifications coming back to back feel irritating sometimes.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo is solving the problem of disengaged employees by making communication more interactive. In the past, company updates often felt like static announcements that employees skimmed or ignored. That lack of engagement created a gap between what leaders shared and how employees actually felt about it. Workvivo shifts that dynamic by allowing reactions, comments, and conversations to grow around every update. I benefit because it makes me more invested in what’s being communicated. Instead of passively reading, I can respond, ask questions, or celebrate with others. This interactivity keeps me engaged and ensures I actually connect with the information. It also gives me a sense of agency, since I can add my perspective to company-wide discussions. For me, that active role in communication makes the workplace feel less like a broadcast and more like a conversation, which has improved my overall engagement significantly.

  ### 50. It Simplifies employee appreciation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arijeet D. | SPS T4 Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

As a manager, one of my biggest priorities is making sure that employees feel recognized for their efforts. With Workvivo, the process of appreciation has become incredibly straightforward. Instead of waiting for formal reviews or quarterly recognition programs, I can immediately highlight great contributions right on the platform. This spontaneity means employees get real-time feedback and acknowledgment, which feels far more meaningful than a delayed “thank you.” I particularly enjoy how visible these recognitions are, ensuring the whole team can celebrate someone’s achievement. This openness encourages peers to join in and offer their own words of encouragement, which strengthens bonds and fosters a sense of belonging. Employees have told me that seeing their efforts acknowledged so openly makes them feel more connected to the organization. For me, this simplified way of celebrating accomplishments takes away the friction of recognition, ensuring that gratitude is both frequent and impactful.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

What I dislike about Workvivo is how dependent it is on active participation from everyone.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Workvivo, employee engagement was a recurring challenge. I often struggled with keeping my team connected to the bigger picture, especially in a hybrid environment where face-to-face interactions were limited. Traditional tools didn’t capture the sense of belonging people craved, and it showed in morale and participation. Workvivo solved this problem by creating a platform where updates, stories, and celebrations feel more personal and interactive. My team can now see how their work fits into the company’s goals and celebrate milestones together. This sense of visibility has improved engagement across the board. From my perspective, it makes managing easier because I don’t have to overcompensate with multiple team meetings to create connection it happens organically in the platform. Workvivo takes the pressure off managers by solving the recognition gap and ensuring appreciation becomes a natural part of company culture.
