**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I love that Workvivo facilitates communication between us, which also allows us to learn what's happening elsewhere in the company. It's an engine that works well for us on a professional level, allowing us to post articles and know the news within the company. For me, it's excellent. The initial setup was quite easy on our side.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

I would say that sometimes, for viewing people's profiles, it might be a bit more difficult to be able to see them. And also, we have a lot of different tabs, so you have to go page by page to clear the blue dots. We could perhaps have an option in the tab, like clicking a button that marks everything as read, because sometimes we have already seen certain news on a tab, but it appears as if we haven't seen them.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo solves communication problems between departments and allows for publishing articles and staying informed about news within the company. I appreciate the ease of communication and the ability to learn what's happening elsewhere in the company.

I like that there are separate sections for different work segments and hobbies! The high-five mechanic is really fun and is a good way to connect and learn more about people. The badges also come in handy.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Sometimes it can be difficult to find older posts. If I need to reference an update for the company but I didn't save it at the time, it can take a while to get back to the update.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me get to know everyone in the office. Since some people are remote, I can really only get to know them through WorkVivo posts. It also helps me stay up to date on compliance information and data sheets that I wouldn’t otherwise have access to.

Limited customization options and the collaboration features for internal comms teams could be more robust. Setting up new users and managing team/space targeting feels clunkier than it should.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

It's a really user-friendly platform  easy for employees across the org to run campaigns without much hand-holding. What I've been liking recently is the new chat experience (threaded replies, mark-as-unread,  small things but they make a difference), the revamped mobile app which actually feels snappy now, and Journeys for automating onboarding/offboarding flows. The unified search is also a nice touch, no more hunting across tabs. Honestly one of the best employee engagement platforms I've used.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Not much to complain about honestly. If anything, finding older posts or documents can take a bit of digging sometimes. And a few third-party integrations don't always play nice. But that's about it nothing that really gets in the way of day-to-day use.

Creating a user friendly platform on a professional front for the employees to acces with ease and work. Definitely a go to platform anytime this is being used

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

One of the new things I like about Workvivo is how it brings communication, collaboration, and engagement into a single platform. It makes it easy to connect with colleagues, share updates, collaborate during remote work, and access important information without switching between multiple tools. The user interface is intuitive, and the social-style features help teams stay connected and engaged.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Workvivo could be improved by optimizing video call quality and reducing CPU usage, especially during long meetings. File sharing could also be enhanced, as I have occasionally noticed a reduction in file quality or size after sharing. Addressing these performance and file-sharing issues would make the overall user experience even better.

This Workvivo application really helpful for me and others to engage in work and it in  collaborating with my colleagues. And this application really helpful during work from home.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I use Workvivo for my team's documentation needs, and it's been really helpful for us. Unlike SharePoint, Workvivo offers a website structure that includes a homepage and subpages, which has made organizing our training processes and product details much simpler. I really like the ease of creating pages—it's much more user-friendly compared to the folder structure we used before. The initial setup was also quite easy, which was a plus. Additionally, the social media section is a great feature, as it allows us to use it as an internal social media tool, enhancing our team collaboration and communication.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Workvivo is very basic and solves only the issue of basic documentation. There are a lot of restrictions for pages, and more flexibility about the type of pages we can create is needed. Designs like tiles and animations could go a long way. It also does not have expandable and collapsible sections, which restricts how we can structure pages. Importing Word and PDF documents without losing formatting would be a great option. Currently, I have to copy and paste and then format separately for the page to look good.

I use Workvivo to create a structured documentation system, solving issues with hosting our documents that we had with SharePoint. It provides a user-friendly webpage structure, making navigation easier and allows easy sharing of pages.

The interface is very good, helping associates to engage on the knowledge base what has been uploaded on workvivo which helps in on-boarding, can be leveraged to spread AI related activities. Yes, it's worth the price.

Guide to leverage AI  would be more helpful, and engaging themes like other social media platforms would be good which would increase the footfall and consistency.

I like that Workvivo is a very easy-to-use platform and it highlights the different business units that we have within RSK Group. I enjoy reading all of the articles made up on the platform, and it's a very good read. The initial setup of Workvivo was pretty easy; it didn't take long, and I find it quite useful and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

I do feel there's a lack of interaction from the majority of our business units. There are a few super users, but there are lots of people that don't participate. So we need to increase engagement from our colleagues.

I use Workvivo to stay updated with what's happening across different departments, and it's great for reading articles that keep me informed of current best practices.

I like that it lets everyone post updates. Sometimes I find out about things happening around the company or in other departments that I had no idea about. I also love that the Home page layout is similar to other social media, so it’s easy to use and feels familiar.

On rare occasions, the latest updates don’t appear at the top, and I have to reload the screen for everything to refresh, even if I’ve just opened the app/Website.

It is easy to navigate, bring positive vibe to teams. The platform promotes a sense of belonging and connection within the org, it is both professional and fun.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

It would be great if the mobile experience is improved as it has a lag during uploads and occasional buffering issues. Also the mobile UI could be more simplified. There is also difficulty in integrating Workvivo with few third-party application causing workflow disruptions and hindering seamless data exchange.

None as of now apart from looking into team engagement activities and few program updates.

Workvivo has made it much easier to share team photos by adding smoother bulk uploads and better album layouts to the gallery. It is updated event management, giving us the freedom to choose exactly when and how upcoming events show up on the main feed.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Workvivo needs to fix its compatibility bugs so that the mobile app is fully functional and reliable for iPhone users. This could also improve by allowing  profile customization, like adding unique cover photos and personal banners rather than just standard avatars.

I appreciate its ability to unite the company and facilitate conversations among us. We use it to exchange achievements, celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries alongside sharing life photos and captivating articles. The user interface is intuitive, making posting effortless and straightforward.

I like Workvivo for its ease of use. I appreciate the segregation into spaces that helps me stay updated on what I am interested in. The initial setup is also very easy. It offers a better interface and lesser cost compared to Jive.

I am not a big fan of the feed setup. That's a personal opinion, though; it might work for others. I would like it if the feeds could be improved so that only relevant information is shown to me.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

It's a clean interface and makes it easy to post mass communications to our team members, when the majority don't have work-issued computers. Most use their phones and Workvivo's app is very user friendly. There's also tons of options for translations as we have a diverse employee-base. Our CSM Caroline is amazing as well!

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

There is a lack of ease for some automations (there are some but all done via SFTP or API and not in-system), however, Workvivo is constantly working on new product releases and listening to their customers. To my understanding my ask of automations for spaces for several months (along with a few other customers) was what ultimately led to their initial development of it.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication and ease of communication. We had a big problem with employees not feeling like the company was communicating well, and Workvivo has helped fill that hole significantly. If there are still any issues with communication it's more on our company and our communication skills now more than a lack of a strong software.

Its a very usefull application, you are able to look at documentation and know information about the company, like news letters. First thing I do in the morning I open my workvivo application to see whats the news on the company. It contain usefull information about coworkers and company. The site is very responsive, and intuitive.

Some menus can be confusing, there like the spaces, is something i dont usually use much.

Workvivo is very simple. Maybe for someone who does not like simple and things that are working properly that get its job done will most likely not to be in favor of Workvivo. My statement still remain similar up to this date.

How the feed is personalized and I see the most important company updates + only the ones from channels I am following and interested in.

Sometimes searching by keyword can be a bit difficult, especially when the phrase is fairly generic. In those cases, it can be hard to filter the results and navigate within them.

I like the interface of Workvivo; it's pretty intuitive and easy to use. You can easily find all the manuals and guides on the left and news on the right, which means you don’t have to do a lot of clicks just to access something. I also appreciate how it keeps me informed about everything, like company news, events, and resources. It's handy for reviewing certifications and staying updated with all the Human Resources documentation. Workvivo keeps all important documents in one space and allows real-time updates for the entire corporation. The setup was pretty easy. The HR team welcomed us with a post, making it feel simple to begin using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

I would say that it has so many things in one place, on the front screen we see employees' family assistant, upcoming events, stock quotes, information from the cybersecurity team, links, the last post of the company on LinkedIn, explore careers, and then all the links for all HR forms. Yes, to keep it more organized, just using other methods to display the information that way it doesn’t become too overwhelming. Pretty easy to use, however too much info.

There is a general company page where we receive updates and share ideas, allowing me to do that and give feedback in time. I've had a very smooth and easy experience with the initial setup of Workvivo. It's very user-friendly. I haven't experienced any problems since I started using Workvivo, and it works perfectly for me at the moment. I rate it a 10 out of 10 and believe it is a very good tool.
