Having WorkVivo is an absolute game changer as it makes it easier for employers/managers to communicate with employees even having an acknowledgment button to see if employees have read the post. **What do you dislike about Workvivo?** I’d say that one disadvantage that WorkVivo has is probably staff recognition. By having more virtual badges that can be seen on an employee’s profile would 100% improve the platform. This would enable other employees to recognise the hard work efforts of staff and also give a standard to work towards.
