## Workvivo Reviews
  ### 1. Workvivo keeps me closer to my team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gayathri A. | SPS Associate Advisor (A), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

What stands out about Workvivo is how it helps maintain a sense of closeness even during busy times. As an associate, I don’t always have the chance to check in with every teammate personally. Workvivo makes it easy by showing me updates, celebrations, and comments from across the team. That daily visibility keeps me in touch without needing separate conversations. The best part is that it feels genuine, not forced. I can react, comment, or simply stay informed, and those little interactions help maintain the bond with my teammates. It solves the problem of drifting apart when schedules get hectic. The closeness I feel through Workvivo motivates me to engage more actively and appreciate my colleagues. For me, the platform isn’t just about communication it’s about preserving the human connection that makes teamwork meaningful. That’s what I like best about it.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

It takes extra clicks to find older content.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an associate, one of the challenges I faced was staying engaged with teammates who worked remotely or on different shifts. Without the right tool, it felt like I was only aware of the people I worked directly with. Workvivo solves that by giving me visibility into the wider team, no matter where they are. I can see updates, posts, and comments from colleagues I don’t interact with daily. This keeps me closer to the whole team instead of just my immediate circle. The benefit is a sense of belonging across the organization. I don’t feel limited to my desk or project group—I feel part of a broader community. Workvivo solves the problem of distance and time by creating one shared space where everyone’s voice can be heard. That closeness helps me stay motivated, collaborative, and open to new connections within the company.

  ### 2. Workvivo is a simple tool that does a lot

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arindam D. | SPS Associate Advisor (A), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The thing I like most about Workvivo is how much it simplifies communication while still being so effective. Instead of long email chains that are easy to miss or forget, everything is organized in one feed that’s easy to scroll through. The simplicity of the design makes it feel more like a social platform than a corporate tool, which encourages me to check it daily. At the same time, it does a lot more than just share updates. I can celebrate a teammate’s success, learn about leadership announcements, and keep up with events happening across the company. For me as an associate, this makes a huge difference because I don’t feel disconnected from leadership or from my peers. The fact that Workvivo manages to do so much without being complicated is exactly what I value most about it. It saves me time and keeps me engaged. It’s rare to find a tool that strikes such a perfect balance, but Workvivo manages to do it well.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Till now I don't find this app un-useful it is a great app.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Workvivo, one of the frustrations I had was that company updates often felt one-directional. We would receive information, but there was no way to interact with it. Workvivo changes that by letting me engage directly through likes, comments, or even sharing my own thoughts. The tool is straightforward to use, but it does a lot in breaking down the wall between leadership and associates. The benefit for me is that I feel part of the conversation, not just a passive reader. This solves the problem of feeling disconnected from decisions or updates. When I comment on a leadership post and see a response, it reminds me that my perspective is valued. Workvivo’s simplicity makes it easy to participate, and its depth ensures that engagement is meaningful. That balance creates a stronger sense of belonging for associates like me.

  ### 3. Workvivo helps me connect with associates daily

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit S. | SPS GAT Team Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

As a manager, one of the problems I’ve always faced is maintaining a daily connection with my associates. Workvivo solves this by giving me a space where communication feels natural and ongoing. I don’t have to rely only on scheduled meetings or emails to stay in touch. Instead, I can share updates, recognize efforts, and respond to questions in real time. The benefit is that associates feel more supported and engaged, while I get better visibility into their thoughts and concerns. That two-way interaction helps me manage more effectively because I’m not guessing how the team is feeling I can see it through their activity on the platform. Workvivo has turned daily connection into a habit rather than a chore, and it strengthens the trust I have with my team. For me, this constant connection is the single most valuable part of the platform. It creates an equal platform for engagement, which makes my team more cohesive. That ability to maintain daily, inclusive connections is exactly what I needed as a leader, and Workvivo delivers it consistently.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The search function doesn’t always bring up what I’m looking for.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a manager, I often struggled with how to recognize small wins consistently. Recognition is powerful, but in the past, it sometimes slipped through the cracks because I was too focused on urgent tasks. Workvivo solves this problem by making recognition quick, visible, and easy to share daily. I can give shout-outs to associates for their efforts, no matter how small, and everyone gets to see it. The benefit is that recognition becomes part of our everyday culture instead of a once-in-a-while event. Associates feel appreciated, and it motivates them to keep performing at their best. For me, this reduces turnover risk and boosts team morale. It also gives associates confidence that their contributions matter. By solving the recognition gap, Workvivo helps me connect with my team in a way that builds loyalty and enthusiasm. That’s a huge benefit to both sides.

  ### 4. Workvivo helps me see any leadership updates instantly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NISHA C. | SPS Quality Auditor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

One of the things I like best about Workvivo is how it makes leadership updates part of my regular routine. Instead of waiting for an email that I might miss or a meeting that gets delayed, I can log in anytime and see what’s happening from the top. It feels very current, almost like scrolling through social media but in a professional context. That immediacy matters because it helps me adjust my work priorities when leadership introduces new directions. I don’t feel like I’m scrambling to catch up after everyone else already knows what’s happening. It gives me confidence that I’m moving in the right direction at the same time as everyone else.Trust grows when you can see leadership communicating openly, and that’s exactly what Workvivo provides. It makes me feel like the company is genuinely trying to keep everyone informed and valued.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Sometimes the feed feels too crowded with posts, making it hard to find important updates.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finally, Workvivo solves the problem of leadership updates feeling one-sided. In the past, announcements came through emails or presentations where there was no opportunity to respond or engage. Workvivo changes that by allowing associates like me to interact with leadership posts. I can react, comment, or even share the update with my team. The benefit is that communication feels two-way instead of top-down. It gives me a voice, even if it’s just through a simple reaction. That engagement makes leadership communication feel more dynamic and inclusive. As an associate, it helps me feel like I’m part of the conversation rather than just a recipient of information. It also shows me that leadership is open to feedback, which builds a culture of transparency. That interactive element is one of the biggest benefits I’ve experienced from using Workvivo.

  ### 5. Workvivo give good balance of updates and fun of corporate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Koustav M. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

As an associate, I find that Workvivo creates a nice rhythm between keeping me informed and keeping me entertained. On one hand, I always know what’s happening at the corporate level—announcements, leadership updates, or upcoming events. On the other hand, the recognition posts, fun team updates, and shoutouts bring a lighter touch that makes the workplace feel less rigid. I like checking the platform during short breaks because it gives me both information and positivity. It doesn’t feel forced, which is important to me. The way people interact with each other here feels natural, like a genuine community instead of a formal bulletin board. For me, the balance of professional updates and engaging posts is what makes Workvivo stand out. It’s not just another tool it’s something that connects people while keeping work culture fresh and enjoyable. That’s exactly what I value the most. The platform feels natural to use, like a familiar social feed, which makes interaction easy. For me, Workvivo’s balance of updates and fun is what makes it my favorite part of the workday.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Mobile app keep hanging support team should definitely fix this issue.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One major problem Workvivo solves is the lack of visibility into company culture. Before, I only saw glimpses of culture through direct interactions with my own team. Workvivo has made culture visible across the whole company, whether it’s leadership posts, recognition stories, or fun celebrations. This benefits me because I feel more connected and aligned with the organization’s values. Another issue it addresses is motivation. Recognition often got lost in small conversations or private emails, but on Workvivo it’s celebrated publicly, which makes it more meaningful. It also solves the problem of missing out on updates. Everything is organized and easy to find, so I never feel left behind. The balance between official news and lighthearted posts makes engagement enjoyable. For me, the biggest benefit is that I feel like I belong to a lively, transparent workplace community where my voice and efforts matter. For me, Workvivo has replaced formality with community, and that shift has made work more engaging and enjoyable.

  ### 6. WorkVivo helps to spread joy through recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rashmi B. | Seller Support Speciaist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

For me, the best part of Workvivo is how it has made recognition a daily part of work life rather than an occasional gesture. Seeing appreciation posts pop up throughout the day adds a sense of energy and positivity that emails or newsletters never managed to deliver. What I like most is that recognition doesn’t feel forced it feels genuine and timely. When I achieve something and it gets acknowledged on Workvivo, the joy is multiplied by how quickly others can engage with it. On the flip side, when I recognize others, I feel good knowing that I’m contributing to a culture of appreciation. This two-way exchange of recognition spreads joy across the company, making the workplace feel warmer and more connected. That’s what sets Workvivo apart for me it transforms recognition from a simple action into a shared experience of joy.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The mobile experience isn’t always as smooth as the desktop version.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition was often inconsistent before Workvivo. Some associates received frequent acknowledgment while others went unnoticed. This created frustration and disengagement. Workvivo solved this by making recognition a visible, daily part of communication. I benefit because my work, whether small or large, can be noticed and celebrated. It spreads joy because recognition becomes a habit rather than a rare event. Associates feel appreciated consistently, which improves morale and reinforces a positive workplace culture. Knowing that everyone has equal opportunity for recognition makes me feel valued and connected. It’s motivating to see the consistent positivity across the platform—it reminds me that appreciation is part of our daily interactions, not just an occasional gesture.

  ### 7. Easier to access company-wide announcements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanu A. | SPS Associate Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I used to dread missing announcements when I was away from work. Coming back to a crowded inbox felt overwhelming, and sometimes I’d overlook something important. Workvivo solved that issue by storing announcements in one place that’s easy to revisit. I benefit because I can catch up quickly, without stress, after being offline. It’s like having a noticeboard that’s always updated and accessible. Even if I miss the live moment, I can go back and see the full announcement, along with any comments or reactions. That kind of access makes me feel more secure, knowing I’ll never be left behind on critical information. It keeps me aligned and reduces the anxiety of missing something important. This makes announcements less of a chore to read and more of a meaningful part of daily communication.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Sometimes posts go unnoticed by large parts of the company.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emails and newsletters used to be the only way to track what other offices were doing, and they were often delayed or too formal. Workvivo solved that by making updates immediate and engaging. I benefit because I don’t have to wait for a monthly roundup or dig through long email threads. I can see what’s happening across offices in real time, with photos, comments, and recognition posts that make the updates feel alive. It saves me time, keeps me informed, and brings back the human side of communication. Instead of being just information, it feels like a shared experience. That change has made me feel closer to colleagues everywhere.

  ### 8. Easier way to track what’s happening across offices

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nandita S. | LCI Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

One of the challenges I always faced was feeling out of the loop when it came to what other offices were doing. Updates would get passed around slowly, and sometimes we wouldn’t even know about important milestones until weeks later. With Workvivo, I now have a clear and easy way to track what’s happening across offices. It’s like a window into the activities, achievements, and celebrations happening everywhere. I benefit from this because I no longer feel isolated in just my location. I can see what colleagues in other branches are doing, and it makes me feel connected to a larger picture. That sense of being part of something bigger energizes my day. It also helps me understand how different teams contribute to the company’s success. More importantly, it makes me feel like I’m part of the same company culture as colleagues I may never meet in person. That connection has brought a fresh sense of belonging and motivation to my daily work routine.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The chat feature lacks some advanced functions compared to other tools.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One major issue that Workvivo solved is the inefficiency of relying on emails to track what’s happening. Emails get buried, delayed, or overlooked, and by the time important news reached me, it often felt irrelevant. Workvivo makes it so much easier to follow activities across offices in one place. I benefit because I no longer spend time searching for updates or asking around for information. It’s all visible on the platform, easy to engage with, and interactive. I can react to posts, leave a comment, or simply enjoy seeing what colleagues are celebrating. That kind of accessibility keeps me informed and connected, no matter where the update comes from. Instead of feeling like I’m catching up on old news, I now feel part of the story as it unfolds. That real-time visibility has been a huge improvement in how I stay engaged. Now it feels like we’re one company working toward shared goals, no matter where we are.

  ### 9. Workvivo brings back the missing energy in communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aneek S. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

As an associate, it sometimes feels like company updates are distant, designed for management circles rather than everyday employees. Workvivo changes that dynamic. I can see the updates, engage with them, and respond in real time. More importantly, I can share my own thoughts without worrying about getting lost in the noise. That two-way communication makes everything more vibrant. It’s not just leadership speaking it’s everyone contributing. That shift in communication has brought back the missing energy and made me more invested in what’s happening around the company. It no longer feels like I’m on the outside looking in. Instead, I’m part of the story. That sense of belonging is exactly what was missing in communication, and Workvivo has given it back in a simple but powerful way.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Notifications can be overwhelming if not managed carefully.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem I always struggled with was the lack of informal connection. In emails and chat groups, everything felt formal and task-driven. There was no real space for casual updates, celebrations, or small shout-outs. Workvivo solved that gap by creating a place where informal communication feels natural. I benefit from this because I get to see birthdays, achievements, and fun moments shared across the company. It makes work feel lighter and more connected. Even if I’m working remotely, I don’t feel isolated now I can join in the celebrations and conversations that used to only happen in the office hallways.

  ### 10. Effortless Event Discovery and Easy Navigation with Workvivo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neerja M. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

What I find most helpful about Workvivo is how easy it is to discover posts about upcoming Amazon events and activities directly in my feed or by searching with hashtags. I also appreciate how simple it is to explore the various Workvivo spaces by browsing different categories, and finding additional information about changes is straightforward as well.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

It’s not easy to discover other groups, and connecting with people is also challenging. To get relevant information, I have to actively follow groups or spaces, since there doesn’t seem to be a page that automatically recommends updates based on my preferences—or at least, I haven’t found such a page yet.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I often struggle to stay updated on activities and upcoming events by myself, but workvivo helps me overcome this challenge.

  ### 11. Workvivo helps me engage with remote employees

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishan D. | LCI Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

When managing hybrid teams, one recurring problem I face is keeping communication consistent. Office-based staff might overhear casual updates or announcements, while remote employees could miss out. Workvivo eliminates that problem by making communication transparent and accessible to everyone at the same time. What I like best is that when I post updates, I know remote employees won’t feel left behind. They can read, react, and ask questions in real time. The platform evens the playing field, ensuring engagement doesn’t depend on where someone sits. The benefit for me is huge I don’t have to repeat the same information in multiple formats or worry about whether remote team members are fully informed. They’re part of the same conversation stream. It gives me confidence that my leadership messages are being received equally, which strengthens trust and reduces the gaps that can often appear in remote team management.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Desktop and mobile experiences don’t always match Mobile app was slow.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem that used to consume a lot of my time was checking if employees were actually engaged with updates. Emails left me guessing did they read it, did they understand, or did it spark any thought? Workvivo fixes this issue by making communication interactive. I can see likes, comments, and reactions, which tells me instantly whether the message resonated. The benefit is that I no longer waste energy chasing confirmation. If there’s confusion, I know quickly and can address it in the moment. This has made my communication more efficient and far less stressful. It also empowers employees to engage with messages in a casual but meaningful way, creating dialogue instead of one-way broadcasts. For me as a manager, this shift has freed up time and reduced frustration, while at the same time strengthening the connection I have with my team members. This cross-pollination of ideas has been invaluable in making me a better leader and building a stronger, more cohesive company culture overall.

  ### 12. A practical way to reinforce leadership messages

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikash K. | SPS Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

Workvivo allows me to reinforce leadership messages with consistency, which is something I’ve always found challenging in the past. Emails get missed, intranet posts are overlooked, and meetings only reach those present. Workvivo cuts through those barriers by creating a space where everyone has equal access to the same messages. I can post updates knowing they’ll reach people regardless of their location or schedule. That consistency is what I like best, because it reduces the risk of miscommunication or uneven understanding across teams. I’ve seen a big difference in how quickly messages get absorbed company-wide. For example, when leadership announces a new initiative, the discussion starts almost immediately in Workvivo, and employees from different teams contribute their thoughts. That level of visibility ensures that messages don’t just get delivered they actually sink in. For me as a manager, that’s an invaluable benefit.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The app occasionally logs me out unexpectedly don't know why.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition has always been a challenge in management. While I might try to highlight contributions in meetings or emails, those efforts often stayed limited to small groups. Workvivo solves this by making recognition public and accessible across the organization. I can easily give a shoutout to an individual or team, and the entire company can see it. The benefit for me as a manager is that recognition becomes a powerful reinforcement tool—I can connect individual achievements to broader organizational goals, showing how daily work contributes to big-picture success. It also boosts morale and sets an example for others to follow. I’ve noticed that when recognition is visible, it creates a ripple effect where peers begin appreciating one another more often too. This relieves some of the pressure on managers to be the sole source of recognition while still amplifying the impact of acknowledgment. More importantly, it builds a culture of dialogue rather than one-way updates, making my role as a communicator more impactful and less frustrating.

  ### 13. Workvivo is my go-to place for company stories

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nupur S. | LCI Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The part I appreciate most about Workvivo is the way it captures company stories in such a personal way. Unlike formal newsletters, which can feel stiff or distant, the stories on Workvivo are written by real people sharing their experiences. When I read about a colleague finishing a big project or a team organizing a community event, it feels authentic and relatable. These stories give me a chance to see the human side of the company and remind me that we are more than just tasks and deadlines. What I like best is how easy it is to browse these updates and feel instantly more connected to what’s happening across the organization. It makes me proud to be part of something bigger. Instead of feeling like an outsider to other teams’ work, I feel invited into their world through the stories they share openly on Workvivo. I still get to celebrate its story and feel part of the progress that’s something I never got from traditional communication channels, and it’s what makes Workvivo stand out for me.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The design feels a little busy user interface can be upgrade.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A problem that Workvivo has really helped solve is the challenge of recognition. In the past, recognition often happened behind closed doors or was limited to a small circle. With Workvivo, appreciation has become more visible and inclusive. I can see colleagues being recognized for their efforts, and I can also join in by adding my own comments or reactions. It makes recognition a shared experience instead of a private one. For me, the benefit is that I feel seen and valued in a bigger way. When my work is highlighted on Workvivo, it doesn’t just reach my manager it reaches the whole company. That kind of acknowledgment is motivating and encourages me to do my best. It also creates a positive culture where everyone supports each other, making recognition part of our daily work rather than something rare or formal.

  ### 14. Workvivo encourages me to appreciate others

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhik B. | LCI Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

One thing I genuinely appreciate about Workvivo is how it makes giving recognition effortless. In most workplaces, it’s easy to get caught up in daily tasks and forget to acknowledge the efforts of colleagues. Workvivo changes that dynamic by giving me a visible and engaging space to say “thank you” or highlight someone’s achievement, no matter how small. what I like best is how inclusive it feels it’s not just managers praising their teams but associates recognizing each other. That makes the whole process authentic. When a coworker gives me a shoutout for something small, like helping them troubleshoot, it feels genuine and builds stronger bonds. The design encourages me to take a pause in my day to think about who deserves appreciation and share it openly. This not only improves morale but also creates an atmosphere where gratitude becomes second nature instead of something people only do occasionally.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Notifications don’t always sync across devices. Also battery is draining fast.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo addresses the problem of company culture feeling abstract or inaccessible. In many workplaces, “culture” is just something written in a handbook or mentioned during onboarding. But it doesn’t always translate into day-to-day experiences. With Workvivo, culture is lived and visible every day. I see colleagues celebrating milestones, managers recognizing efforts, and teams sharing their achievements. This makes the values we talk about actually come alive. For me, the benefit is that I don’t just hear about culture I see and participate in it. It creates a sense of belonging because I’m actively contributing to the environment we want to build. Whether I’m recognizing a teammate or reading about another department’s success, it constantly reminds me that culture isn’t just words, it’s actions. That makes me more engaged and proud to be part of the company, which ultimately motivates me to give my best.

  ### 15. It keeps me connected even when I travel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pragya K. | SPS Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

Traveling used to create a disconnect between me and my team, often leaving employees unsure whether I was aware of their updates or challenges. What I like best about Workvivo is how it completely removes that barrier. Even when I’m on the move, I can scroll through posts, add encouragement, and share updates of my own. It feels natural, like being part of the office conversation, even if I’m working from an airport lounge or a hotel. This constant connectivity means my leadership presence doesn’t fade just because I’m not physically present. For my team, it reinforces consistency they know I’ll see and respond, regardless of my location. For me, it reduces the worry of coming back to a mountain of updates I missed. Workvivo solves the long-standing challenge of “out of sight, out of mind” and ensures leadership is always engaged.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Analytics are helpful but could provide deeper insights into engagement trends.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the long-standing challenges I faced as a manager was ensuring consistent communication across a growing team. Emails often went unread, and chat tools lacked the structure to keep updates visible. Workvivo solved this problem by giving us a centralized hub where communication feels both professional and engaging. Now, updates are easy to find, recognition stands out, and important announcements don’t get lost in the clutter. This benefits me directly because I spend less time chasing after people to confirm they’ve seen key information. I can monitor engagement, respond quickly, and keep everyone aligned without repeating myself across multiple channels. The platform has removed the inefficiency of scattered communication and created a smoother workflow. For my team, the benefit is clarity; for me, it’s the reassurance that my leadership messages land consistently. Workvivo has turned communication from a pain point into a strength.

  ### 16. It Empowers me to highlight team efforts instantly

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The ability to shine a light on team efforts immediately is what I appreciate most about Workvivo. Recognition is most powerful when it’s timely, and in the past, I struggled with finding the right forum or moment to do it. Too often, great contributions would be noted but not celebrated widely. With Workvivo, I don’t need to wait. I can acknowledge someone’s hard work in real time and ensure that recognition reaches their peers, leadership, and other departments. This visibility is incredibly motivating for employees, as they see their work valued beyond their immediate circle. The benefit for me as a manager is that I can foster a culture of appreciation that feels authentic and frequent. It eliminates the problem of recognition being forgotten or delayed and instead makes it part of our daily rhythm. That immediacy is what makes Workvivo so impactful.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

The mobile app could be smoother; it occasionally lags when loading content.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo addresses the issue of company values feeling abstract rather than actionable. Often, values are discussed during onboarding or displayed on posters but don’t show up in day-to-day communication. With Workvivo, I can tie recognition and updates back to our values, making them tangible. When an employee demonstrates collaboration or innovation, I can highlight it publicly and connect it directly to the company’s core values. The benefit is that employees see how values translate into real actions and behaviors. As a manager, this makes it easier to reinforce culture consistently, rather than only during formal events. Workvivo has solved the problem of values being overlooked or forgotten, replacing it with a system where they are reinforced through daily stories and recognition. The result is a team that not only understands our values but actively lives them in their work. Workvivo has given leadership a more human voice, and the benefit is stronger connection and credibility across the organization.

  ### 17. Workvivo helps me bring energy to communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinay T. | Team Manager (A), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

What I like most about Workvivo is how it transforms communication from something routine into something motivating. As a manager, I’ve always believed that how a message is delivered matters as much as the message itself. With Workvivo, I can craft updates in a way that captures attention and sparks interaction. The use of recognition posts, shout-outs, or even lighthearted polls makes communication lively and fun. I’ve seen people respond enthusiastically to updates that might otherwise have gone unnoticed in an email. That enthusiasm spills over into team morale, making communication feel less like another task and more like an opportunity to connect. Workvivo gives me the confidence that my messages are being read, appreciated, and acted upon. The energy it injects into even routine updates helps maintain a culture of engagement, where communication becomes a source of positivity rather than an obligation. This shift in tone has done wonders for team engagement, because people feel like they’re hearing from a person rather than a system. That spark of authenticity is what I value most. It makes communication meaningful and keeps employees motivated to stay connected.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

User interface required an update from last two years seeing the same interface.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo addresses the challenge of low employee engagement in communication. Before using the platform, I often found myself sending updates or recognition emails only to wonder if anyone actually felt connected to them. The problem wasn’t that employees didn’t care it was that the format lacked energy and accessibility. Workvivo changes this dynamic completely by presenting communication in a more social and interactive format. Employees don’t just read updates they engage with them by liking, commenting, or even sharing their own related experiences. This energy keeps conversations alive well beyond the initial announcement. As a manager, the benefit is that I can see engagement happening in real time and adjust my communication style based on what resonates. The platform solves the problem of communication being transactional and turns it into something relational, which ultimately strengthens employee morale and reinforces a positive workplace culture. This consistent visibility reduces confusion, prevents bottlenecks, and keeps projects moving smoothly. For me, that efficiency is one of the most valuable benefits Workvivo delivers.

  ### 18. Workvivo encourages recognition without barriers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishu U. | LCI Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

As a manager, I’ve always believed recognition should be simple and accessible, but in reality, many systems put unnecessary steps between intention and action. What I like best about Workvivo is that it removes those barriers. I no longer need to wait for formal review cycles or approval processes to acknowledge good work. If someone on my team goes above and beyond, I can share that recognition immediately, in a space where everyone can see it. This not only validates the employee but also inspires the rest of the team. Recognition becomes part of the daily rhythm instead of a rare event. I value how the platform makes appreciation organic rather than procedural. Workvivo has taken something that can feel forced in other settings and made it feel authentic. It creates an environment where recognition is constant, accessible, and authentic, which makes my role easier and my team stronger.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Mobile app was slow in comparison of desktop version.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the major problems Workvivo has solved for me as a manager is the lack of visibility into employee contributions. In traditional setups, recognition often happened in closed conversations or performance reviews, which meant most of the team never saw the acknowledgment. That left some employees feeling overlooked and others unaware of what good performance looked like. Workvivo changed this by creating a transparent space where recognition is shared openly. Now, when someone excels, their achievement is visible to the entire company, and this sets a positive example for others. The benefit to me is that I no longer need to constantly remind people of our values or expectations—peer recognition naturally reinforces them. It also boosts morale across the board, which reduces the amount of motivational pushing I have to do. The sense of connection Workvivo fosters has solved the problem of disconnection in remote work, which makes managing my team much more sustainable and effective.

  ### 19. Workvivo builds belonging through communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhrubojyoti D. | LCI Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

What I enjoy most about Workvivo is how it keeps recognition at the heart of communication. A lot of platforms focus on announcements and updates, but Workvivo integrates appreciation into the everyday flow of interaction. I love scrolling through the feed and seeing colleagues being recognized for their hard work or even small wins. It creates a sense of positivity that spreads throughout the company. I benefit from this because it motivates me, not just when I receive recognition but also when I see others being appreciated. It reinforces that contributions matter, no matter the size, and it helps build mutual respect among teams. That focus on recognition through communication makes the platform feel more human. Also that visibility strengthens the sense of belonging because it reminds me we’re all contributing to the same goals, even if we work in different areas. For me, that broader awareness is one of Workvivo’s greatest strengths.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Notifications coming back to back feel irritating sometimes.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo is solving the problem of disengaged employees by making communication more interactive. In the past, company updates often felt like static announcements that employees skimmed or ignored. That lack of engagement created a gap between what leaders shared and how employees actually felt about it. Workvivo shifts that dynamic by allowing reactions, comments, and conversations to grow around every update. I benefit because it makes me more invested in what’s being communicated. Instead of passively reading, I can respond, ask questions, or celebrate with others. This interactivity keeps me engaged and ensures I actually connect with the information. It also gives me a sense of agency, since I can add my perspective to company-wide discussions. For me, that active role in communication makes the workplace feel less like a broadcast and more like a conversation, which has improved my overall engagement significantly.

  ### 20. It Simplifies employee appreciation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arijeet D. | SPS T4 Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

As a manager, one of my biggest priorities is making sure that employees feel recognized for their efforts. With Workvivo, the process of appreciation has become incredibly straightforward. Instead of waiting for formal reviews or quarterly recognition programs, I can immediately highlight great contributions right on the platform. This spontaneity means employees get real-time feedback and acknowledgment, which feels far more meaningful than a delayed “thank you.” I particularly enjoy how visible these recognitions are, ensuring the whole team can celebrate someone’s achievement. This openness encourages peers to join in and offer their own words of encouragement, which strengthens bonds and fosters a sense of belonging. Employees have told me that seeing their efforts acknowledged so openly makes them feel more connected to the organization. For me, this simplified way of celebrating accomplishments takes away the friction of recognition, ensuring that gratitude is both frequent and impactful.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

What I dislike about Workvivo is how dependent it is on active participation from everyone.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Workvivo, employee engagement was a recurring challenge. I often struggled with keeping my team connected to the bigger picture, especially in a hybrid environment where face-to-face interactions were limited. Traditional tools didn’t capture the sense of belonging people craved, and it showed in morale and participation. Workvivo solved this problem by creating a platform where updates, stories, and celebrations feel more personal and interactive. My team can now see how their work fits into the company’s goals and celebrate milestones together. This sense of visibility has improved engagement across the board. From my perspective, it makes managing easier because I don’t have to overcompensate with multiple team meetings to create connection it happens organically in the platform. Workvivo takes the pressure off managers by solving the recognition gap and ensuring appreciation becomes a natural part of company culture.

  ### 21. Workvivo turns company updates into conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ritika B. | LCI Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The best aspect of Workvivo for me is the way it makes recognition visible and meaningful. In previous workplaces, small achievements often went unnoticed unless they were part of a major project. With Workvivo, even day to day wins get celebrated publicly, and that acknowledgment motivates people more than I expected. When I see a colleague praised for their efforts, I feel inspired, and when I receive recognition myself, it feels genuine and rewarding. This open culture of appreciation builds trust and strengthens relationships because everyone can see and engage with these moments. It goes beyond emails or private messages; it becomes a shared celebration that others can learn from and join in on. I like that it normalizes gratitude and highlights the human contributions behind every outcome. The transparency and openness fostered through this platform make me feel like my voice actually matters, and that sense of inclusion is something I genuinely value about Workvivo.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

When it runs smoothly, it’s a great experience, but when there are delays or downtime, it becomes frustrating very quickly.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo solves the problem of employees feeling invisible within large organizations. In big companies, it’s easy for individual contributions to get lost in the crowd, especially if you’re not in a highly visible role. Workvivo changes that by giving everyone a space to share their work, celebrate wins, and be recognized by peers and leaders alike. I benefit because my efforts feel seen and valued, not just by my immediate team but across the wider company. It gives me pride in my work and strengthens my motivation to keep contributing. When others engage with my posts or acknowledge my input, it reinforces that what I do makes a difference. It bridges the gap between distance and connection, which has made hybrid work much more rewarding and less isolating.

  ### 27. Workvivo is A hub that reflects company values

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Argha R. | SPS Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

One persistent issue I’ve noticed in organizations is that values often feel aspirational rather than practical. Employees sometimes assume they only apply during special campaigns or leadership speeches, not in their daily roles. Workvivo solves this by weaving values into the ongoing rhythm of communication. Whether it’s a quick recognition post or a story about customer success, values are constantly highlighted as part of real work. For me as a manager, this makes coaching far easier. Instead of reminding employees of abstract principles, I can point to examples right in the platform where colleagues have embodied those same values. It reduces skepticism because employees can see authentic evidence of values in action. The benefit is a more grounded and consistent culture, where values don’t just live in policy documents but in everyday conversations. Workvivo helps transform aspirational words into practical habits that drive genuine engagement. Another problem Workvivo addresses is the lack of shared rituals that reinforce culture.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

It takes a bit of effort to filter through what’s truly work-related versus casual posts.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo addresses the problem of employee recognition feeling transactional. In many companies, recognition happens once a year in performance reviews, which often feels too late and too formal to have a real impact. This creates disengagement and missed chances to motivate. Workvivo solves this by making recognition ongoing, peer-driven, and connected to real-time achievements. For me as a manager, the benefit is that motivation doesn’t depend solely on my feedback—colleagues celebrate one another daily. This eases the pressure on managers to be the only source of validation, while still giving me visibility into who is excelling. The platform solves the problem of recognition being infrequent and top-down, replacing it with a culture of continuous appreciation. The effect on my team has been remarkable: employees feel valued more often, stay more engaged, and are more willing to go the extra mile because they know their efforts are seen.

  ### 28. Workvivo encourages culture from the ground up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gurleen K. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

As an associate, sometimes it’s easy to feel like you’re just a small part of a much bigger machine, but Workvivo changes that. The way it allows us to share updates, celebrate wins, and stay connected makes me feel like my contributions actually matter. I enjoy seeing shout-outs from colleagues across different departments, and it reminds me that the little things I do are part of a bigger impact. Instead of only hearing from my direct manager, I can get recognition or encouragement from peers across the company. That creates a culture of inclusivity and positivity, which is something I value a lot. It’s not just a tool it feels like a community space that celebrates us all.It brings a more human side into work communication, and that’s something I didn’t realize I was missing until I started using it regularly.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Sometimes the feed feels a bit overwhelming, and it’s easy to miss important updates among all the posts.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo has helped solve the issue of company culture feeling distant. In the past, it was easy to treat work as just tasks and deadlines, without much focus on the culture side. With Workvivo, culture has become visible and part of the daily workflow. Whether it’s celebrating milestones, welcoming new team members, or recognizing achievements, the platform brings these cultural moments into the open. For me, the benefit is that it creates a more enjoyable work environment. It makes the company feel less transactional and more people-focused. I feel like I know my colleagues better because I see updates beyond just work-related tasks. Even simple posts about cultural events or fun initiatives help lighten the atmosphere. This sense of culture makes me more loyal to the company and improves my motivation. It broadens my understanding of the company and gives me exposure to different areas of work. That collaboration not only helps me grow professionally but also builds stronger relationships across teams. Workvivo makes cross-team communication more natural and spontaneous, which ultimately improves both work outcomes and employee engagement.

  ### 29. Workvivo encourages people to celebrate each other

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajesh K. | SPS Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I value how Workvivo breaks down barriers between departments and creates a sense of shared community. In larger organizations, it’s easy for teams to feel isolated, focused only on their own goals. With Workvivo, I’ve noticed a real shift where people celebrate achievements across different functions. As a manager, that’s invaluable because it reminds employees that we are all working toward a common vision, not just individual departmental targets. When I see engineers celebrating a sales team’s success, or support staff acknowledging a project milestone, it creates a culture of unity. That kind of cross-team appreciation strengthens trust and makes collaboration smoother when challenges arise. Personally, I also feel more connected to areas of the company I don’t interact with daily, which helps me lead with greater context. What I like best is that it makes recognition a collective act, not something that happens in silos, and that’s a real cultural win.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

I wish there were more customization options to tailor my feed.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo has also solved the problem of low transparency in project visibility. Previously, employees often wondered what other teams were working on, which created misunderstandings and sometimes duplicated effort. Workvivo makes ongoing initiatives and updates much more transparent. I see employees posting about milestones, sharing progress, and celebrating achievements that otherwise would have stayed within their department. This visibility prevents silos from forming and gives employees a sense of the bigger picture. From my perspective, it helps me manage resources more effectively because I can see where teams might overlap or where support is needed. The benefit is not only efficiency but also stronger alignment with company strategy. When employees see how their work connects with the wider mission, their motivation increases.

  ### 30. Empowering Engagement with User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Islam D.

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I use Workvivo primarily because it significantly improves internal communication and employee engagement within our organization. The platform serves as a central hub for sharing updates, resources, and company news, making it easier to stay connected with colleagues regardless of location. The user-friendly interface stands out as a notable feature, providing empowerment to the users and enhancing their overall experience. Additionally, the initial setup of Workvivo was very easy, which was a relief for our team. This seamless integration and ease of use contributed greatly to our decision to switch from our previous platform, Facebook at Work, to Workvivo, seeking a better and more pleasurable experience.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

I find it problematic that different departments use other department groups for posts without their permissions. This could lead to confusion and issues related to privacy or department-specific information being shared inappropriately. Additionally, the search feature could be improved, as it currently lacks advanced filters to narrow down search results by categories such as date or type of content.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workvivo to improve internal communication and employee engagement, serving as a hub for updates and news, enhancing connectivity regardless of location. It also provides easy access to profiles, and its user-friendly interface empowers users.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I’ve noticed that even on stressful days, browsing through Workvivo helps lighten the mood. Seeing colleagues being appreciated or teams sharing achievements brings balance to the workday. It reminds us that, despite the challenges, there is always something to celebrate.Another thing I value is how Workvivo turns recognition into a shared experience. Instead of appreciation happening quietly behind the scenes, it’s public and open. From a productivity standpoint, Workvivo cuts down the noise. Instead of switching between multiple tools for communication, updates, and engagement, I can manage most of these needs in one place. This saves time not only for me but also for my team members who can focus more on their core work.

In the past, new team members would sometimes feel lost or disconnected. With Workvivo, they immediately see updates, news, and team conversations, which gives them a sense of belonging right from the start. This makes onboarding smoother and faster and recognition is also in next level.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I appreciate how easy it is to use. Recognition doesn’t require drafting a long note or scheduling time it can be a quick acknowledgment that still carries a lot of weight. For managers like me who juggle multiple priorities, this simplicity makes it practical to use consistently.I also like how it helps with visibility across the organization. Often, great work is done quietly in the background. With Workvivo, I can make sure those efforts are seen by other teams and even senior leadership.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

One thing I dislike about Workvivo is that sometimes the feed gets a little crowded.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee engagement is another area where Workvivo has made a difference. In a busy work environment, some voices used to go unheard. The platform encourages participation from everyone, no matter their role. Employees can share updates, celebrate small wins, or post photos, which makes them feel more visible and appreciated. From a manager’s perspective, Workvivo has also solved the problem of losing track of achievements.

**Reviewed by:** Jyoti R. | SPS Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I value how Workvivo enhances employee onboarding and development through curated journeys within the platform. New hires get welcomed with personalized content and access to key policies, training materials, and community introductions, easing acceleration into their new roles. This reduces time-to-productivity and improves new employee retention. Moreover, continuous career development tools and learning resources engage existing staff in goal-setting, skill development, and feedback collection directly on the platform. It also helps maintain employee attention and maximizes engagement impact, a challenge in today’s fast-paced digital environments.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Nothing I found bad in this app the user interface may be required an update.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform solves the challenge of cultural disconnect in global organizations by supporting multiple languages and accessibility standards, ensuring equitable communication across all employees regardless of geography or language barrier. Knowledge sharing and document management problems are tackled by Workvivo’s centralized repositories and wikis, allowing employees to easily retrieve policies, procedural documents, and updates without delays. This reduces frustration and increases productivity by ensuring everyone has access to current, reliable information.

  ### 36. Effective Community Builder with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I like that Workvivo helps create a community and enables sharing of success within the company. It's also very easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

I feel handling attachments and pictures in Workvivo isn't as easy as it could be. I'd appreciate a more intuitive interface, like drag-and-drop functionality for uploading files.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workvivo to catch up on company news and it helps create a community. I also like that it highlights when the same people succeed and allows us to share this success.

  ### 37. Workvivo remove the bridge between management and staff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neha G. | SPS Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The feature I appreciate most about Workvivo is how it breaks down communication barriers. Traditionally, employees may have seen management as distant or unapproachable, which creates unnecessary tension. As a manager, I can highlight successes across teams, respond quickly to concerns, and show recognition in a way that feels immediate. Staff members, in turn, respond with more openness because they see leadership as part of the same conversation rather than a separate group. That sense of unity is powerful. It reinforces that we are all working toward the same goals, not just following orders from the top. Also I like most is how natural it feels to engage, whether it’s sharing a vision, celebrating milestones, or addressing challenges. It makes me feel closer to my team, and them to me.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Mobile app was sometime slow in comparison to the desktop version.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest challenges we faced before Workvivo was fragmented communication. With teams scattered across different platforms emails, Slack, meetings—it became difficult to ensure everyone was on the same page. Workvivo solved this by centralizing communication. Now, I can share updates, announcements, and key information in one place, ensuring everyone gets the same message at the same time. This has significantly reduced confusion and improved clarity within the team.

  ### 38. Workvivo helps me discovering more about colleagues and teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suparna P. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The feature I value most in Workvivo is the recognition element, not just because it feels good to receive but because it gives me a glimpse into my colleagues’ talents and achievements. When someone is recognized publicly, it gives context to what they’re working on, what challenges they’ve overcome, and how they’ve made an impact. As an associate, I often don’t have full visibility into what happens outside my immediate role, but Workvivo makes those moments visible. It allows me to celebrate with my colleagues and appreciate their efforts. Over time, I’ve built more respect and admiration for people I might have never interacted with directly. For me, it feels motivating because I don’t just see success in abstract terms; I see real people making progress. That personal element makes me appreciate my workplace culture more and pushes me to bring my best effort every day.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Nothing I found dislike about workvivo i love this app very much.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A big problem in the past was not knowing what other teams were working on. I often focused only on my role, unaware of how different departments contributed to overall success. Workvivo solves this by giving visibility into cross-team efforts through posts, recognition stories, and updates. Now, I can see how marketing, operations, HR, and other groups are tackling challenges. The benefit is that I have a clearer picture of the business as a whole. It also helps me appreciate colleagues in other functions, which fosters a greater sense of teamwork, even if we’re not working directly together. Having that understanding builds respect and creates opportunities to connect across roles.

  ### 39. Workvivo is a space for recognition and respect

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourish B. | LCI Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The most powerful thing about Workvivo is how it gives recognition real weight. In many workplaces, people quietly do great work that never gets the visibility it deserves. Workvivo changes that by making recognition public, accessible, and easy to share. That creates a culture where respect is not only spoken about but also practiced in tangible ways. I’ve seen how even the simplest acknowledgments can boost morale when they’re posted for everyone to see. It motivates employees and reminds them that their efforts matter. Beyond motivation, it builds stronger relationships across teams. Recognition isn’t just top-down; it flows laterally between colleagues, which makes the culture more balanced and authentic. The impact is clear: people feel more connected, more valued, and more willing to support one another. That sense of mutual respect is something Workvivo has embedded into daily communication, and it’s one of the reasons it feels so different from other platforms. This has shifted our culture toward one of everyday appreciation, where respect isn’t something reserved for special occasions but part of the daily rhythm of work.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

I found nothing bad in this app but Sorting posts could be easier.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition in many workplaces can sometimes feel formal and impersonal, like something that only happens in performance reviews. The problem with that is people don’t always feel seen in their everyday contributions. Workvivo addresses this gap by making recognition instant, visible, and genuine. Anyone can take a moment to acknowledge a colleague, and that message is shared with the wider organization. The benefit is that recognition feels more real—it comes in the moment, tied directly to the work being done, and it reaches an audience who might not otherwise know about those contributions. For me, the biggest difference is how motivating it is to be appreciated publicly while also seeing others celebrated for their work. It creates a cycle of positivity where respect is part of daily interaction, not just a box to tick once a year. Workvivo has solved the unevenness of recognition and replaced it with a more balanced, company-wide approach.

  ### 40. Engagement Made Simple and Fun

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary G. | SP-S Specialist, Retail, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

It is a great platform which helps employees feel connected to company culture. It has the ability to publicly recognize coworkers for their efforts which helps boost motivation. It is easy to use and enjoyable to use as well. Almost everything from announcements to events can be done through this platform. This also supports authentication systems and suggests standard integrations.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Mobile users experience slower loading and features missing compared to the desktop version. Finding older posts may be harder than expected. This is most likely suited for large companies due to expensive rates.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of WV, I no longer feel like updates are lost in email threads because I see the key announcements. I also feel more connected to colleagues from other locations via recognition posts and community spaces.

  ### 41. A platform with full of personality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sukanya B. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

Workvivo has become a central part of how our team connects, and what stands out most is how effortless it feels. Updates are easy to follow, and the flow of communication feels natural, almost like scrolling through a social feed but with meaningful content. Colleagues across different departments share milestones, stories, and wins that I would have otherwise missed. That kind of visibility really helps build a stronger sense of community. It’s motivating to see achievements recognized, and it gives everyone a chance to participate in the culture no matter where they are located. It also creates an opportunity for employees to see the broader picture—what other teams are working on, what milestones are being reached, and how individual contributions connect to larger goals. By turning recognition into an everyday practice, It helps to create a workplace that feels connected, supportive, and proud of its people.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Logging in feels slower on mobile sometimes.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an associate, I often look for ways to feel more connected to the larger organization, and Workvivo makes that easier. It solves the problem of scattered communication by bringing everything into one central hub. Instead of digging through emails or relying on second-hand updates, I can quickly find the information I need. That clarity saves time and reduces frustration. Beyond efficiency, the recognition posts are what bring the platform to life. It’s encouraging to see colleagues appreciated not just by their managers but by peers as well. That culture of acknowledgment helps balance the pressures of day-to-day tasks. It’s also a space where I can contribute whether it’s celebrating someone’s milestone or reacting to an update.

  ### 42. Workvivo is a digital home that feels human

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anupama B. | SPS T4 Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

As a supervisor, I value tools that make employees feel part of a bigger story, and Workvivo does exactly that. It turns communication into an interactive experience where employees don’t just read updates—they engage with them. This is especially important when working with diverse teams spread across locations. Having one central space reduces the risk of people feeling isolated or disconnected from company goals. It also allows me to ensure that my team stays aligned with organizational priorities without sending constant reminders. Beyond alignment, there’s something powerful about seeing the company’s culture expressed in posts, celebrations, and shared recognition. Those elements create a rhythm that reinforces belonging, which is something no policy or manual can achieve on its own. For supervisors, this creates a healthier work environment because it lowers the friction of communication.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Sometimes the same post shows multiple times due to some glitch I believe.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A common problem I’ve seen in my role is that employees sometimes feel disconnected from leadership decisions, especially in larger organizations. Workvivo helps bridge that gap by making communication transparent and available to everyone at the same time. This prevents misunderstandings and ensures clarity. It also solves the issue of overlooked recognition. In the past, recognition was often confined to small team meetings, but with Workvivo, it becomes visible company-wide. This gives employees a sense that their contributions matter, no matter their role. As a supervisor, this has been a huge benefit because it creates a ripple effect of motivation within the team. Another challenge it solves is time management. With updates and recognition centralized, I don’t have to spend hours chasing alignment or repeating announcements. Instead, I can dedicate my time to guiding strategy and supporting individuals more directly. The end result is higher engagement and stronger performance, which benefits the entire organization.

  ### 43. Workvivo provides recognition that encourages growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankur B. | Manager, Risk Mngmt, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I appreciate that Workvivo allows me to recognize team members in a way that’s visible to the whole company. Recognition used to be private, but now everyone can see and celebrate together. This visibility encourages people to continue growing in their roles. I can share appreciation for the learning process and small wins, which shows my team that growth is just as important as outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

It can be a little distracting when too many posts come at once.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A key problem it solves is the inconsistency of recognition across teams. Some managers were vocal, others less so. Workvivo creates a level playing field where recognition is visible and frequent, which benefits me because I can ensure growth is supported across the board. The problem was that smaller improvements or skills development went unnoticed. Workvivo solved this by giving me a platform to highlight incremental growth, which benefits employees by showing that their learning journey is valued.

  ### 44. A space where everyday wins get noticed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vrijesh A. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

What I like best about Workvivo is that it shines a light on small achievements that might otherwise go unnoticed. It’s motivating to see colleagues being recognized for things that happen every day, not just the big milestones. That constant recognition helps build a stronger sense of appreciation at work. A post about a small achievement reaches the whole company, and people can react and add comments. That visibility makes the recognition feel more impactful.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Mobile app was hanging some time an vibrate continuously when any notification comes.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem Workvivo addressed for me was the “out of sight, out of mind” issue. If someone wasn’t in the spotlight, their contributions often slipped through the cracks. Now, even the smaller, behind-the-scenes work gets noticed, and that makes me feel more valued. Previously, recognition was tied mostly to formal reviews or awards. The problem was that it didn’t happen often enough.

  ### 45. Workvivo is easier than email, better than chat

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shambhavi A. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

What I like best about Workvivo is how it combines the simplicity of chat with the clarity of email, without the downsides of either. I don’t get buried under endless email chains, and I don’t lose important information in quick chats. Everything is structured, easy to find, and still feels engaging. Emails feel formal, chats feel too casual, but Workvivo blends the two into a platform that is professional yet personal. I can catch up quickly without feeling stressed or overloaded.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Nothing is bad in this app but notifications are coming frequently.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workvivo has solved the issue of chat messages getting lost too quickly. In the past, I’d get important information in a chat, only to lose it within a few hours as new messages pushed it down. Now, updates stay visible, organized, and easy to revisit, which benefits me by reducing stress and confusion. Now, everything I need is in one feed. The benefit is clear—I spend less time chasing information and more time focusing on my work.

  ### 46. An app where company culture truly comes alive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharina A. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The part I like best is how Workvivo breaks down the chaos in the company. I can see what’s happening in different teams and departments without waiting for an email or a meeting. It gives me a broader view of the organization and helps me feel more connected to the bigger picture. It doesn’t matter if you’re new or experienced, junior or senior—you can still share updates, celebrate milestones, or highlight something meaningful. It feels like a level playing field where every contribution is valued equally.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Mobile app was comparatively slow workvivo should work on it.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee engagement used to be a concern because not everyone participated in company activities. Workvivo makes it easy for everyone to join conversations, celebrate wins, and share thoughts. It benefits me by giving me a stronger sense of belonging. Earlier recognition used to happen in small circles and rarely reached the wider company. Workvivo solved this by making recognition visible and celebrated publicly.

  ### 47. It's a game changer for virtual sector offices.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rashi M. | SPS Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

When I joined this organization I am very scared of the engagement and communication as I work in offices earlier no experience of virtual work but this app helps a lot in terms of communicating and engaging I can react comment on my peers post they can do the same on mine posts we can give shout out to them and a lot more.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Mobile app was sometimes forcecloses automatically it should fix by updates.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can play games and quizzes over this app can fill surveys for the year end goodies and peak goodies also we can choose different color and logo by voting using the poll feature also we can check the Rnr rewards in this app.

  ### 48. Workvivo is a Surprisingly Addictive Work App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishaka A. | Training capacity specialist, Consumer Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

What I enjoy most, though, is how it humanizes work. Seeing birthday wishes, team outings, or quick celebrations reminds me that we’re more than just our job titles. It keeps the workplace lively and connected. It’s also nice to have a space where achievements don’t get lost. Whether big or small, every success can be highlighted, and that creates a culture where people feel valued. Personally, I think it makes teamwork stronger. When I see colleagues from different departments sharing updates, I get a better understanding of how all parts of the company fit together. That awareness is motivating. For remote colleagues, I can see how Workvivo bridges the gap. Even if they’re far away, their presence feels just as strong as those of us in the office. It keeps the company culture consistent across locations.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Notification sometime comes continuously like if someone follow me or commented on a post where i reacted.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solved the problem of low morale in some ways too. Recognition posts, appreciation shoutouts, and casual updates all contribute to a more positive atmosphere that lifts people’s spirits. for someone who likes to stay updated on events, Workvivo makes it easier to know what’s happening across the company. I no longer feel like I’ve missed out because the calendar is clear and visible. It has also solved the issue of limited engagement for quieter employees.

  ### 49. Glad my company switched to Workvivo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohd A. | SPS Associate - T4, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The sense of community it builds is my favorite part. For example, I’ve been able to learn more about colleagues I don’t usually work with directly. Seeing their posts about projects, hobbies, or even photos from events helps me feel like part of a bigger team. The shoutout feature is probably one of the highlights for me. It feels nice when someone tags me in recognition, and it feels equally good to send a shoutout to a colleague. It creates a positive loop of appreciation. I love how accessible it is on mobile. I can quickly check updates during a break or while commuting, so I never feel left out of important news, even if I’m away from my desk.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Nothing I found irrelevant about this app

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s also solved the problem of recognition being overlooked. In the past, small wins often went unnoticed, but with Workvivo, it’s easy to give shoutouts and celebrate people instantly. That recognition really motivates me.For remote employees like me, staying connected used to be a challenge. Workvivo bridges that gap by keeping me in the loop and making me feel part of the company culture, even when I’m not in the office.

  ### 50. Workvivo: One Year In, Here’s What I Think about the app

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Girish A. | Sps Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

I mainly use it to post project milestones and recognize team members. It’s simple, and the response is always encouraging. The engagement feels authentic, not forced. Our leadership also started using it to post updates and short videos. It’s helped close that communication gap between departments and senior staff, which had always been a challenge. We’ve also noticed newer employees engaging quicker thanks to Workvivo. It gives them a sense of culture right from the start, without needing to be physically present.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

There’s a bit of lag when navigating through Spaces or switching between tabs a little frustrating during busy days.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One big issue it solved for us was employee engagement. People rarely celebrated each other publicly. With Workvivo, shoutouts and wins are shared company-wide, and that’s helped boost morale in a way that feels real, not forced. It’s also solved the problem of top-down communication feeling impersonal. Now, leadership shares regular updates, videos, and posts — and people actually engage with them. It feels more like a conversation than a memo.
