While Workvivo excels at driving engagement, there are key areas where the platform could improve to further boost our productivity and visibility. Enhancing the search functionality with deeper cross-platform indexing would make finding specific documents across external drives much faster. Refining the mobile chat notification settings would help users better manage digital noise and prevent alert fatigue during off-hours. Additionally, offering more advanced analytics dashboards directly to team leads—rather than just top-level administrators—would give managers better visibility into local team engagement and help them address communication gaps proactively.
