"Great channel-like messaging platform"

What do you like best about Workstorm?

Similar to Slack but built more effectively, Workstorm works great with balancing multiple channels or workstreams. The desktop platform is very well organized and easy to use, which makes it hard for a user to get "lost" or to get mixed up in various different channels, which is why my company switched over from Slack. It's super easy to do everything important from file sharing to sending out surveys to email. Seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workstorm?

It says privacy is a huge thing, but not sure about if the privacy settings are actually significantly better than those of Slack, or other messaging apps. And while having a lot of functions seems great, sometimes my display can feel super crowded and hard to find things until I start deleting tabs and deleting bars. Recommendations to others considering Workstorm:

Consider if other free apps can take the place of Workstorm, as not everyone needs it (consider Slack, regular email, etc.) I think Workstorm is a great tool, but by no means a "necessary" tool that everyone should have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workstorm solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Workstorm to better organize communication, send and share files throughout people in the organization. It's a pretty neat tool, easy to use, and everyone seems to enjoy the benefit.
