"Worksoft Analyze - one of the best documentation tools I had ever seen for SAP Gui"

What do you like best about Worksoft Process Intelligence?

1.Analyze helps users to get an end to end business process without the need of a functional KT by just uploading the capture recordings .

2.Using create documentation option, analyze gives detailed documentation with screenshots ,data, recording details in a very easy to read format.

3.It doesn't require users to have experience on automation. Users can directly create automation tests by selecting create automation from the uploaded capture recordings and tescases are imported into worksoft certify.

5.It generates complete documentation and accelerates automation.

6.It not only supports SAP Gui but also works for SAP web applications like fiori, netweaver portal.

7.Analyze also sends emails to the users notifying that documentation has been created

8.Different kinds of templates can also be used for documentation purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksoft Process Intelligence?

1.Analyze works really well for SAP Gui but not so reliable for web applications.

2.Capture recordings that are uploaded have a naming convention , which is not preserved once documentation is generated - which confused the users regarding the documentation that is created.

3.When steps are imported into worksoft certify , order of the steps is not maintained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Worksoft Analyze is very good tool if documentation is the sole purpose as it bypasses functional knowledge transfer and it allows customization of documents with different templates . Since it also helps in automation , this tool is highly recommended Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Worksoft Process Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

1.We are bypassing functional KT ,by just going through the documentation that analyze has created for us.

2.Sometimes we are also making use of automation feature that analyze provides us.

For SAP and Web based applications it has large repository to store business process and run them automatically with integration and also results are more faster then manual process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The trial version of Worksoft Process Intelligence is not that free. You need to purchase their premium subscription to gain access to all of their features.
