
I find WorkSmart really effective for managing tasks, as it allows me to easily track my current workload through my To Do List, file related documents, and keep all related correspondence organized. I also like how I can add notes and reply to emails directly from within WorkSmart, which makes my workflow smoother. The initial setup was fairly easy once I understood the different sections. I would like to see improvements on reporting. Where we could run basic reports by document or file attributes instead of just by tasks in an interface that’s easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
