Describe the project or task WorkSmart helped with:

I use WS daily as an Acct Administrator. I have several tasks waiting to be processed & it helps me keep them orderly and efficient. I can't imagine managing the work load that I carry without WS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WorkSmart?

Being able to sort my work list by various parameters. It helps my stay on top of the work that comes in daily. I can easily import emails from Outlook to the task list so that they don't get lost in my inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkSmart?

There's really nothing that I dislike about it! We have recently moved to the cloud verision & it has slowed us down some, but that is getting better as our IT dept works through it with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WorkSmart:

Go for it!! I'm not one that loves change and might have resisted this in the beginning, BUT once it was in & set up...I love it!! I can't imagine handling the work load that I do without it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?

WS helps keep up with the growing amount of work that comes in daily. We are able to get more work processed with fewer people due to the ease of use of WS and the ability to keep it all in view at a glance of the task list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
