## WorkRamp Reviews
 ### 1. Versatile LMS with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcelle N. | Content Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp not only caters to employee learning but also focuses heavily on client and partner training, and this is crucial for us. It allows us to create publicly facing pages with courses, paths, and events. We're able to segment users and show them only the learning content that's relevant for them. Additionally, WorkRamp has enabled us to create and launch a certification program.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There isn't enough parity between the Employee Learning Cloud and the Customer Learning Cloud. Some features like the reporting could be greatly improved. The bulk editing of native WorkRamp content also needs some work. The pre-built reports don't provide enough detail and don't allow customization with the data we care about, and it's unclear how the data is generated. The new report builder, although better, is still in beta, and features like sharing reports and dashboards still need work. For bulk editing of course content, the only feature available is a find and replace tool. There isn't an easy way to update all of the design elements within a course nor to standardize questions across courses. In retrospect, I wish we had built our training material in a more convertible format like SCORM instead of using the native builder.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp helps us track and measure knowledge from our product documentation. It allows us to train clients and partners effectively by creating publicly facing courses, segmenting content, and launching certification programs.

 ### 2. Easy Interactive Training Sessions and Resource Libraries

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel D. | Manager, Specialty Transportation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love how easy it is to create interactive training sessions and resource libraries for my team.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Coming up with ideas from scratch can be challenging. It would be really helpful to have templates available for different paths, so I have a clearer starting point depending on what I’m trying to do.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp solves the problem of having training and resource documents spread across multiple locations. It also helps when we don’t always have the capacity to have a trainer present, since it supports self-education and lets people learn on their own.

 ### 3. Easy course creation and tracking

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elman M. | Team Lead, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

What I like the best is the diversity and that it is easy to navigate, is easy to create your own courses, easy to implement, good customer support, and easy to keep track of completion of courses. Its a good learning platform, centralized content is a plus since you can check completion in just one tab.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Interface is not very friendly, the way to take courses is sometimes very frustrating, it should be more dynamic, it should also be easy to integrate, maybe this is just a personal opinion but the main landing page is also not very easy to navigate.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assigning courses to teammates to help them develop their skills.

 ### 4. Simple and Efficient Training Management with WorkRamp

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chetan p. | Software developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp stands out as an intuitive, user-friendly learning platform that makes it easy to create, organize, and manage training content. It supports videos, quizzes, and documents, and it also offers clear progress tracking so you can see how learners are doing. The integrations with other tools work smoothly, which helps improve overall training efficiency and keeps engagement high.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Sometimes WorkRamp can feel a bit complex to set up initially, particularly when you’re trying to configure the more advanced features. I’ve also heard from a few users that the customization options can feel somewhat limited, especially when compared with other platforms.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp helps solve the challenge of organizing and delivering training content effectively. It offers a centralized platform where I can create, assign, and track learning materials in one place, which supports smoother onboarding, ongoing skill development, and compliance tracking. For me, this means less time spent on manual training processes, stronger learner engagement, and clearer visibility into progress and performance across learners.

 ### 5. WorkRamp Makes Onboarding Simple with an Intuitive, Well-Organized Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I truly appreciate how simple and intuitive WorkRamp is to use. It's incredibly simple to keep track of everything thanks to the distinct tabs for completed courses, in-progress courses, and displaying badges that I've earned as part of my course. The simple dashboard interface is really appealing, and I recall how the course material was all well-organised throughout my onboarding days, which made the entire process much simpler. I also value how it keeps me informed about the weekly releases of new features in my company, particularly prior to client conversations. I adore utilising WorkRamp.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I would say that it can be challenging at times to measure the total outcome of the courses I've taken and turn it into an analytical format. Thus, I would claim that data visibility is restricted.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp facilitates training on new feature releases through courses and streamlines the onboarding process with well-organised content.

 ### 6. Centralized, Scalable Enablement with Clear Learning Paths

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I really like how centralized and structured WorkRamp is for learning and enablement. It makes it easy to organize content into clear learning paths, track completion, and ensure teams are aligned on the same information. The platform is intuitive for learners, supports different content types (videos, docs, quizzes), and works well for onboarding, product updates, and ongoing training. Overall, it helps turn training into a repeatable, scalable process rather than ad-hoc knowledge sharing.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some content management workflows can feel a bit manual and time-consuming, especially when updating or iterating on existing courses. Version control and bulk updates could be more flexible, and reporting sometimes requires extra steps to get the exact insights needed. There are also opportunities to improve customization and automation so admins can move faster as content and teams scale.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp solves the problem of scattered and inconsistent training by centralizing learning into structured, trackable paths. This benefits me by saving time, improving team alignment, and making onboarding and ongoing training more scalable and reliable.

 ### 7. Effortless Employee Training with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** K G.

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I find WorkRamp very simple to use; even if you're new to LMS administration, it has a minimal learning curve. If you're familiar with LMS admin, it's very easy to use right from the start. I also appreciate the approachable look and feel of the UX, which makes it easy to find what you need as both an admin and as a learner. There's no unnecessary complexity - it does what it needs to and does it well. We also had a really smooth experience with WorkRamp's onboarding team, which was amazing.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The guides are helpful but basic. It would be great if they could enhance the guide capabilities in terms of questions/quizzes. This tool might not be enough for complex use cases at the enterprise level.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp helps us deliver and track employee training, including e-learning courses and virtual instructor training. It's simple to use with a minimal learning curve and has an approachable UX that makes it easy to find what you need.

 ### 8. Cannot wait to do more!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adria L. | Director, Ad Sales Learning and Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Love the ability to centralized and share content with users. The ability to link resources from a centralized location into the system and update/revise the content in the "home location" and it easily update in the WR system has saved so much time and energy!

The ability to track learning progress in the system has helped streamline our training process!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There are a few basic limitations with the software that would make building content, personalizing content and assigning content faster and more effective. I wish these were prioritized over some of the AI improvements being made - seems like the cart before the horse in a sense.

1. Would like to assign due dates to each element of an overall path.
2. Integrate company fonts, images, colors.
3. Copy and paste any element in any guide in any other guide section or task.
4. Internal clip art.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized location for onboarding, learning and training documents. Centralized location for workflow documents. Ability to track and monitor employee use, development and growth.

 ### 9. A Modern, Intuitive LMS That Keeps Getting Better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan H. | Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp strikes the perfect balance between ease of use and powerful functionality. The interface is clean and modern—our learners consistently describe it as fun and easy to navigate. On the admin side, creating learning guides has never been easier. Their AI-powered content generation is a game-changer—you can upload slide decks, Notion pages, or PDFs, and WorkRamp helps turn them into structured, professional learning modules in minutes.

What really stands out, though, is that the platform continues to improve. They’re not content with being “good enough”—they actively innovate, especially in how they incorporate AI. The CEO, Ted Blosser, is incredibly engaged with the customer community, and that passion trickles down into every touchpoint. I’ve consistently had great experiences with their Sales and Customer Success teams. They’re responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in our success.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There’s very little to dislike. We are heavy Notion users, so I would love an ability to embed Notion pages within guides (this may exist already--I need to look into it).

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp has made it significantly easier to onboard, enable, and upskill our go-to-market teams at scale. Before, building structured, engaging training often meant juggling multiple tools—or spending hours formatting content manually. With WorkRamp, I can spin up beautiful, comprehensive training guides in minutes using the AI builder, which has saved us a ton of time and allowed us to keep content fresh and relevant.

It’s also helped solve for consistency. Every new hire now gets a standardized, high-quality learning experience, and we can easily track their progress and certification status. Plus, the platform’s flexibility allows us to use it beyond just internal training—we’ve been able to use it for partner enablement and customer education, too.

The biggest benefit? I spend less time wrestling with logistics and more time focusing on the strategy behind enablement—because the tech finally works with me, not against me.

 ### 10. Not scalable for compliance training

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Can’t think of any new things that I like

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Downgrading my review. This LMS does not have the automation capabilities necessary to manage compliance training. It’s a manual nightmare. Would not recommend for anything more than simple courses and lessons.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is acting as our primary LMS for employee training programs. Instead of tracking course completion through multiple, separate LMS platforms, we can now rely on WorkRamp to act as our single source of truth.

 ### 11. Comprehensive system that allows to build great learning management system to train all users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roy S. | Technical Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It takes less than an hour to understand the fundamentals of how to use it (design, adjust) and it offers a wide range of options to build courses, with different multimedia and learning functionalities.
The feedback we received from our customers of the courses themselves are great!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Although it takes an hour to learn the basics of the system, it does get deep and complicated. After getting used to it, its very useful.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us deeply train our customer to use our platform, and also internal employees that join the company.
It reduces the workforce needed to train other people, it shows tracking (progress) of each user training, and it can be easily updated from time to time with new content.

 ### 12. Easy to Navigate Courses You Can Pick Up Anytime

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to navigate and can always come back to the course if you don't have time to finish it in one sitting, or get pulled into a meeting, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Wish there was better visibility into my team / market unit's completion rates as a whole so I can compare my progress against others, but that could also be a limit that my organization has in place.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enablement and ongoing trainings

 ### 13. The Most Intuitive LMS I’ve Used — Great for Building, Limited for Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie D. | Director of Training & Enablement , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, especially compared to other LMS platforms I’ve worked with. It’s easy to build in — copying and pasting content is smooth, and I rarely run into formatting issues, which have been frustrating pain points in other tools. I also appreciate the range of features for building assessments and keeping learners engaged. From quizzes to interactive elements, there’s a lot of flexibility in how you can structure your content.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The reporting capabilities are pretty limited, which can be frustrating when trying to measure the impact of trainings or pull detailed learner data. There’s room for improvement in terms of customizable reports and visualizing course engagement or completion trends.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp helps us simplify and scale enablement for a fairly technical product. It breaks down complex topics into manageable, self-paced learning, which is much more efficient than running countless live sessions. It’s also been especially helpful for onboarding new hires, particularly when we’re bringing people on in cohorts — making the experience more consistent and repeatable.

 ### 14. Learning & Development's Best Friend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali Z. | Enablement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like the ease of use of WorkRamp and the evolution of the platform. We have been a client since 2022, and I have watched the evolution of the product as it makes my job easier and easier.

Implementation of WorkRamp was a breeze, and the new user support was above and beyond what I expected.

I use WorkRamp regularly—at least three times per week, since my company is always evolving!

Customer support has always been great. There are times when I need extra support, and they are always willing to set up a meeting with the team members who can best solve my problem.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I truly wish there were some sort of nesting feature within a Collection or Library where I could create folders that hold specific lessons that are not spread all over. I created about 20 micro lessons for our client trainings, and they have to scroll to get to what they need. Also, I want to create an FAQ section, and every new FAQ requires its own collection or resource, and instead of being able to have the card go horizontally, everything is set up where you have to scroll down to get to all of the information. I have too much info to set my FAQs up that way.

I would love some flexibility with the flip cards, i.e., color of the card itself, so that it stays on brand with Springbuk

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a tool that would provide our clients with on-demand training as well as help answer their questions. WorkRamp has provided us with a vehicle to do this and our clients love it. This year, we implemented the Learning Cloud which has been very beneficial for our client facing teams.

 ### 15. New WorkRamp Customer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia W. | Director of HR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The things I like best about WorkRamp is the ease of creating our own trainings and the ability to have content created added to our system that alows for mirco-learning. I like the simplistic look of the software and the ability to edit and add our company details.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I dislike that when the user doesn't pass the test, it doesn't take them back to complete the test again automatically and marks is as completed.

I also do not like when a new user receives the amil to get started they put in their first and last name and password Chrome asks to save the password and the username as the employees last name instead of the employees email address for the username. I would like to be able to have them put in the email as the username then complete the password portion so it saves correctly.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have short training videos for complaince in healthcare setting which is the main reason. The other benefits of adding learning for leadership, customer service skills, etc is the second main problem resolved. Having all of onboarding training in one system is the third.

 ### 16. Powerful tool and expert support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariel S. | Head of Learning & Communication, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love how WorkRamp stays up to date with the latest technologies to enable interactive learning. Recorded videos are stale and WorkRamp figured out with their AI capabilities how to take recorded videos or decks and turn them into interactive guides. We were also able to integrate it with LinkedIn Learning to make such a robust learning platform. It's huge what it's been able to enable in terms of Learning & Development for our company. All of this was made so much easier by the support team we had along the way. Our migration and customer success teams remain closely involved to make sure we are successful in using WorkRamp at our company.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I haven't yet found something that I dislike about WorkRamp.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us centralize and track all learning across the company. Helping us identify skills gaps. Helping us provide Learning & Development offerings that boost employee engagement.

 ### 17. Highly recommended

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna K. | Induction Training Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

We've been using WorkRamp for a few years, and it has transformed the way we approach associate training and development. The platform is intuitive, modern, and incredibly user-friendly for both administrators and learners.

One of the things we truly value is how responsive the WorkRamp team is to customer feedback. They regularly release new features (like AI Assist, new way of organising Paths), and updates that reflect the real needs of their users, showing they genuinely listen and adapt. It’s clear that continuous improvement is a priority for them.

The customer support is also top-notch—quick, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whenever we've had a question or needed assistance, their team was right there to help.

Overall, WorkRamp is an intuitive and powerful tool that continues to evolve in the right direction. It has become an essential part of our company’s growth and learning culture. Highly recommended for any organization looking to scale learning and development in a smart, effective way!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp Academy requires setting up a separate account, implementing training from Academy to the platform is not intuitive and sometimes leads to problems, e.g. when a training disappears from the Academy and I, as the administrator, do not receive information about it.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is helping us solve several key challenges related to associate training, onboarding, and knowledge retention. Before using WorkRamp, our learning processes were scattered across different tools, which made it hard to track progress, ensure consistency, and engage employees effectively.

The ability to track learner progress and performance in real time has also made it easier to identify gaps and take action quickly. This has significantly improved the overall efficiency of our enablement efforts, reduced ramp time for new hires, and increased engagement with training across the board.

In short, WorkRamp has brought structure, visibility, and scalability to our learning programs

 ### 18. Product and People - Workramp Partnership

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William F. | Senior Manager - Corporate Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The Workramp solution has driven great value here at Onapsis. From the product perspective, we find the Workramp LMS solution a foundation for our ongoing internal enablement program focused on both sales and operational units. The product's ease of administration has allowed us to completely pivot our learning motions as well as minimize core program essentials. The latter would not have been possible without the team behind the product - the Workramp team is committed to their customer's success and I have experienced this with the sales, implementation and customer outcomes teams - it is an across the board effort from all that I have engaged with from Workramp. Workramp is an essential component of any enablement program and have personally recommended the platform several times to peers in other organizations.

Additionally, because of the success with the internal implementation our firm upgraded to include the Workramp Academies platform - and we just launched our Partner enablement program based upon the success and commitment of our internal Workramp installation.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It is not a dislike but more of an enhancement pitch - analytics are fundamentally good but I look forward to seeing further enhancements in this area.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

The ease of administration can lead to over-engineering - as with any LMS - start with the fundamentals and build a program based upon the core learnings. Leverage the resources, the people, from Workramp - they are customer committed!!!

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had the need to create and deliver a consistent onboarding program and that has been accomplished with Workramp. Workramp's ease of use and intuitive content creation process made this much easier and effective for us.

Additionally, our Partners who are core to our go-to-market selling motion, we delivered a well-received and engaging program through the use of Workramp Academies. As an Admin and Sponsor, the continuance of the logic from the internal Workramp to the Workramp Academies (customer training) was a real time saver.

 ### 19. Jaclyn Ricchio, Kafui Dzaka, and Abillio Helped Extensively w/ an Enormous and Complicated Task

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron M. | Senior Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The reporting aspect of the tools is extensive and intuitive.

We are able to enroll users, track progress, and house resources rather easily, even incoporating other tools like Canva and Articulate. We are in this software daily working on enrollments and reportng, so all things considered, this tool has been relavtively smooth and easy to use for integrating employees and customers alike.

We have an internal "YouTube"-esque site that we use for our entire customer audience and it works wonderfully well in WorkRamp, even allowing for reporting on viewership, etc.

Even more so, the support staff are all INCREDIBLE. I have reached out dozens of times with very niche and nuanced requests, and I have consistently been met with patience, diligence, and expertise.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I think the most significant downside of Workramp is the UI and the mechanism for building courses. It is very cumbersome and technical. If that was improved in varying degrees, it would allow for us to continously build more and more courses within the software itself, rather than only importing courses elsewhere.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are two primary issues that WorkRamp is helping us solve.

1) We have a customer base that needed quick and easy (frictionless) access to *hundreds* of videos that could be organized in specific groups. The Customer Cloud accomplishes exactly that, allowing for us to give access to various categories of videos to their respective audience alone (i.e. staff videos only for staff, no customer visibility, but within the same site)

2) We needed a way to implement and track educational materials (like a library, per se) across the entire company, with hundreds of employee titles and dozens of departments (even with different courses and material for each respective audience). WorkRamp accomplishes exactly that and has substantial reporting mechanisms to accompany both of these solutions.

 ### 20. Solid Onboarding and Consistent Training with Easy Rollout and Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It’s been solid for onboarding and keeping training consistent. The content is easy to roll out, and tracking completion is straightforward. It’s helped us standardize enablement without a ton of manual work.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Nothing coming to my mind as major. Over all, it is great training tool.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp helps us centralize onboarding and ongoing training so teams aren’t learning everything ad hoc. It’s solved a consistency problem for us. Everyone gets the same baseline training, and we can track completion without chasing people manually.

 ### 21. WorkRamp has transformed the way we train and develop our teams.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna D. | Learning & Development Senior Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

What I like best about WorkRamp is how intuitive and flexible the platform is. It allows us to build engaging learning paths for different audiences - from onboarding new hires to training sales teams.

I use WorkRamp frequently across a variety of training programs, and I truly appreciate how versatile the platform is. It supports many different formats and use cases, and I take advantage of a wide range of features depending on the audience and goals.

The most helpful features include the ease of content creation and the ability to track learner progress through detailed analytics.

One major upside is how easy it is to scale learning across teams and regions while keeping content consistent and on-brand. The AI-powered practice modules and knowledge checks help reinforce key messages in a modern, interactive way. It also integrates seamlessly with tools like Slack.

The customer support team is outstanding - we're in regular contact, they respond almost instantly, and are always helpful and proactive. The implementation process was smooth and straightforward, which made getting started with the platform even easier.

Overall, it's a platform that genuinely supports both learners and the L&D team.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I don't have anything I dislike at the moment - WorkRamp is continuously evolving and adding new features, so any previous limitations have already been addressed or are actively being worked on.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp helps us centralize and scale learning across multiple teams and regions, which used to be difficult to manage consistently. It solves the challenge of delivering engaging, structured training to different audiences - from onboarding new hires to enabling sales teams - all within one platform.

Thanks to WorkRamp, we're able to create content quickly, adapt it to specific needs, and track learning progress with detailed analytics. It also helps us reinforce knowledge through AI-powered practice and knowledge checks, improving retention and engagement.

The platform saves us time, ensures consistency, and makes training easier to manage - which benefits both our learners and the L&D team.

 ### 22. WorkRamp

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andi S. | Human Resources Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to use; intuitive; great customer support

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There was a big chunk of work for us to do when we moved from another system. The set up and moving over of class information from the former system was labor intensive on our part. However, it was simple.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed very accurate reporting on classes, especially for legal/compliance classes. WorkRamp has offered that. It has a lot of options for reporting in numberous ways.
It offers a great way to set up "libraries" with various content which has allowed us to present classes in a more organized and easily accessed way.

 ### 23. Easy to use & intuitive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenna L. | Revenue Enablement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like how easy it is to upload SCORM files for e-learnings we've created in our content authoring tool. Along with this the assignment of learnings & paths is fairly easy. We also found that it was easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I do wish that paths were a bit more intuitive so that we could have due dates per section - for example I have an SDR onboarding path & I have each section broken out into a different day of the week but I can only put a due date for the entire path.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to create a better Sales onboarding program where they receive 101 e-learnings every day and then they have live 102 workshops to reinforce and practice what they learned in 101 to help the topics and skills resonate

 ### 24. A fully deployable LMS in 3 months

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

We were very pleased with our implementation experience and final LMS product. We had lofty ambitions for the volume of content we would launch in Phase 1 as we wanted to have it fully fleshed out before making available to our customer base. Through Workramp's support and a big internal commitment we were able to achieve this in about 90 days. The platform is easy to pick up and use and provides for a great customer experience. There are a wide variety of different tools available to make the lesson plans engaging. We have gotten positive feedback from our customer base and we feel that this has really elevated our Training and long-term support delivery.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Like with any platform there are a few quirks here and there, but nothing major. For example, I can't remove the prompt to retake the questions when progressing to the next page which results in a few extra clicks. It would also be nice to be able to sync the questions embedded in lesson plans to final exams, so that if you need to update one, the other automatically updates.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us a platform to educate our customer base during and after implementation. We also use it internally for onboarding and ongoing education.

 ### 25. Helpful tool for onboarding new employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kendall S. | Engineering Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love that WorkRamp allows you to create specific training packages that can be targeted toward specific audiences. It is nice to be able to create targeted onboarding processes for specific audiences that gets them the direct training they need to be successful at a new company. I also find WorkRamp to be easy to navigate. I also love the library feature and frequent it for referencing things when needed.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I feel like it can be a dumping ground for random trainings within my specific company that are sent out company wide rather then being focused. It causes people to be assigned trainings that don't really apply to them. This might be the way my company uses the program rather then WorkRamp itself.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamps allows for targeted training on specific topics ensuring that the company is up to speed on the latest policies and procedures. It helps ensure that we are all speaking the same language and understand the path forward. It makes things easier when you can quickly go back and refresh yourself on a topic you may have been distanced from for some time.

 ### 26. Simple Setup and Straightforward Training Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It’s not overly complicated. I really like how easy it is to set up, and how straightforward it is to complete the training in it.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It doesn’t feel like an enterprise solution like LinkedIn Learning, where there’s an option to set career goals and have AI automatically select a training path.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal training and upskilling for employees.

 ### 27. A Great Platform for Learning and Development

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

As a member of the L&D team at Webflow, I love how Workramp allows us to centralize our learning initiatives in one intuitive platform. It’s very versatile. We use it to create engaging e-learning courses, schedule workshops, and launch learning campaigns across the company. The AI-powered course builder is a game changer, significantly reducing the time it takes to produce high-quality training content. Integrations with Workday and LinkedIn Learning make learner management and content discovery effortless, allowing us to meet employees where they are and deliver relevant learning in the flow of work. Our Account Manager is responsive and very helpful when needed.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Sometimes the volume of resources can feel a bit overwhelming and it's hard to find where the information is

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is solving several key challenges for our L&D team at Webflow—most importantly, it gives us a centralized, scalable way to deliver learning experiences across the company. We can easily build structured learning paths, automate workshop scheduling, and launch campaigns that reach the right audiences at the right time. Overall, it saves us time, increases engagement, and helps us prove the value of L&D more effectively.

 ### 28. Easy to navigate and stellar onboarding!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

We switched to WorkRamp from another LMS platform. During our decision-making/switching process, we had high expectations. WorkRamp met all of them. It provides an awesome user experience. I found it easier to navigate and create courses. The team met with us a handful of times to answer questions, went above and beyond in finding a plan that worked for us, and provided us with additional examples and support to help our platform soar. We have had hundreds of customers log in and use the platform since launch, and they have even noticed the difference between our previous LMS and WorkRamp. I appreciate that they are working on a HubSpot integration and that they offer a Zapier integration. Being able to pass information from WorkRamp to elsewhere is a huge win.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

At this time, I do not have any dislikes. As mentioned, everyone communicates well, helps find a solution if I have questions, and the onboarding process was well laid out. Made it easy!

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an easy-to-use platform to store our training modules and ensure our customers were actually executing the training. WorkRamp offers easy-to-run reporting to confirm training statuses. They also offer an easy way to execute training paths, ensuring our customers watch videos and quiz on the content in a set order. WorkRamp being easier has made my job easier and made the overall experience easier for our customers as well.

 ### 29. WorkRamp has been a game changing LMS for our team!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp gives a great platform for learner engagement. It offers numerous opportunities for content creators to get creative and maximize the tools the platform provides. The team at WorkRamp is helpful and knowledgeable, and it seems this is a company that is continually open to improvement and iteration.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some of the platform's functionality can become laborious after prolonged use. However, improvements are often on the horizon, and help is offered.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is solving the gap of providing professional learning opportunities that are efficeient, engaging, and built for scaling. Not to mention the help it offers with monitoring learners progress, comprehension, and application skills.

 ### 30. Work Ramp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer M. | Engineering Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

- I LOVE the aesthetic of Work Ramp.
- Love the ease of use.
- Love the stats it gives you about each thing you create.
- Like that customer support is fast.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

- Do not like how you cannot simply copy & paste a picture. It does not appear once the item you created saves & is live. I screenshot everything to go around this...

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Allows me to create trainings w/ ease!
- Easy to organize trainings.
- Love paths... Allows me to tie trainings together to make processes / perspectives make more sense.
- A great way to reference a process / information if need be.

 ### 31. Easy to build your own content and easy to navigate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna S. | Induction and Early Engagement Team Leader/ L&D, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Friendly Account Managers are available to help at every step of the implementation process. Integration was easy and quick!
A very dedicated support team, always available whenever we need customisation.
WorkRamp is up to date with technology changes.
Very easy to create content and navigate through the tool
I use it almost every day for New Hires and the Sales Team.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I would love to have more sales-oriented features, reporting systems, and areas for development that can be based on the results from the training they had.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- tracking the progress of all mandatory training
- it saves my time, with pre build reports
- very easy to make your own induction/onboarding material

 ### 32. Workramp is oustanding!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaylie W. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like how clean and sophisticated the user interface it. It is also extremely intuitive in regards to navigation and content building. The ability to segment users is amazing! The implementation calls were really helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

One downside is the inability to text wrap around images. I also wish the ability to ask a question throughout the guides was available for the academy like it is for the employee learning side.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to use the LMS to onboard new clients - which creates more bandwidth for account management. It also allows us to offer new hire training for our customers.

 ### 33. A user-friendly experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp has always been a very user friendly experience on the platform. If I was unsure to search for a certain feature, I can usually click around and figure it out on my own. In addition, if extra support is needed, the WR support team is typically readily available and provides help screenshots and examples to help with my questions.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There is room for growth on more customization options all around with settings. In addition, it would be nice if there were more specific detailed features we could input in their reporting tab.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking learning completion and mass assigning trainings as part of yearly company objectives to specific populations to ensure required populations are assigned and complete trainings.

 ### 34. Great platform for internal and external training program delivery!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Britt W. | Lead Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I appreciate how easy it is to create content in Workramp. The modular based courses and paths make it easy to templatize content and allow multiple team members to collaborate on delivery.

Implementation team was very helpful and supportive throughout our onboarding.

I also find the customer facing UI to be very user friendly and easy to introduce to our customer learners.

I use this tool daily and it is integrated across our ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There are discrepancies in the Admin UI of the internal and external platforms (ELC & CLC). As a customer of both, it is challenging to know inherently where to go for each/reporting capabilities vary. Though Workramp's documentation of this is clear and helpful.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardization of learning content, internal and external. Ensures proficiency of our internal and customer teams, resulting in better delivery and adoption of our software.

 ### 35. An easy-to-use, reliable, and flexible authoring tool with AI features!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario P. | Learning and Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love how it's intuitive and flexible when creating content and making that content available to the right audience. I also like it's additional assignment features - lots of automation. They also have great customer support.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It has a very set list of content creation features. Though they have flexibility, I wish it would have more.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps create inclusive training that also serves as a resource for Associates and easily reports on completion for Managers to track.

 ### 36. Super user friendly for admins and learners alike

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah A. | Learning & Development Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Both the admin and learner sides of the platform are very intuitive and extremely easy to use. One of our highest priorities was finding a platform that non-learning focused employees could easily come in and create content for peeople in their departments, which workramp meets. It was also very important for us to select a platform that had high quality pre-built content that could seamlessly integrate with the platform which we were able to achieve at a reasonable price. The implementation period was short and extremely easy, I am a team of one, and it was completely realistic for me to implement this new platform on my own. When we launched, we saw extremely high adoption, and it was largely reported that this was due to how simple it is to get into the platform (not a lot of barriers with 2FA and other sign-on roadblocks) so our employees can get into the platform quickly and frequently. As mentioned, I implemented the platform independently so it was important for me to have strong implementation and customer support from the Workramp side to make this possible, and it exceeded my expectations.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

While there are a lot of automation features possible, there are still some features missing that would be extremely helpful for some of the processes we would like to automate (such as adding new hires to a "new hire" group for a dynamic amount of time rather than from a specific date range) and there are other features that we run into with things like Harassment Prevention training assignment rules. The automations are extremely intuitive and easy for a novice like me to set up (and customer support for when the automations don't work as expected is quick and so helpful), however, they seem to be a little less sophisticated than other platforms that we have used before, primarily for the very specific assignment rules we need to follow for compliance purposes. The only other sticking point for us was the pricing model was not as flexible as other platforms we vetted during discovery. It goes by total user count rather than a monthly active user pricing model we have seen with other vendors.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workramp serves primarily as our career development learning platform that couples with our career management platform. We largely use the platform for company wide learning opportunities (training on how to engage in our performance management process, compliance training, security training etc.) and for a destination for people interested in career development opportunities. We leverage the pre-built content from Go1 very heavily as our learning & Development team is very small and we need access to a large volume of high quality content that we cannot produce in house. This has allowed our career development program to be extremely robust and allowed us to support performance issues more specifically and directly throughout the company, and collect data on how people are engaging with learning across the company.

 ### 37. The best way to deliver customer education, quickly and easily.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The simplicity of everything across the platform. From setting up a customer-facing academy to creating content to measuring results, it's fast and efficient.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Having a robust platform that can handle a variety of use-cases is great, however, there are some downsides to this. Workramp builds for products for both external and internal audiences, and there's not always complete parity in features.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we grow, we consistently need to solve for more customers that want to implement faster. Workramp scales our customer enablement by helping us build and deploy content at scale. With Workramp we can deliver more content, to a larger audience, efficiently and easily.

 ### 38. A great tool with plenty of customizable options for our organization and client base

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelby B. | Head Of User Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The team is a dream to work with. Everyone is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to be helpful.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Not necessarily a Workramp thing, likely just due to lack of a team to launch and roll out the offerings. Would recommend that a team has a fully dedicated team during the onboarding period, so that you do not fall behind like we did.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to train our user base across all user types

 ### 39. Good general use training tool with lots of capabilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is great for developing and providing general training. User friendly interfaces. Very easy to get started. Responsive company. They improve the product all the time, and many updates are directly related to user feedback.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Not great for compliance-related training. Needs versioning, branching, equivalents, and edit logs.
The employee and customer environments are completely different including interfaces, configuration, features, and basic navigation. They need to be aligned.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more duplication - one location for course content that can be shared to multiple audiences at our discretion - both internal and external learners.

Customizable configurations and API functionality, allowing us to automate many actions; including granting access and deactivating.

 ### 40. Workramp is a great tool for our business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cam C. | Training & Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp has changed how we use eLearning in the business in a great way. It's easy to use and create content, and it's easy to train users on how it works. It has great integrations that makes management of users easy, and their customer support always respond quickly!

Workramp worked with us to implement into the business, and helped to get it done quickly.

We now have members of the business using workramp 2-3 times a week, as it's so easy to use!

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great functional LMS.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It's missing some basic features, like being able to remove assignments from a user page so you can mass un-assign content from a single user.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of our training was face to face, and workramp allows us to have a more blended learning style.

 ### 41. Excellent implementation experience and noticeable improvements!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliano L. | Sr. Global Revenue Enablement Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

What stands out the most about WorkRamp is its user-friendly interface and seamless integrations. The ability to easily create and manage training content, combined with powerful integrations with tools like Udemy, Workday, and Google, has truly enhanced our training processes. Additionally, the exceptional support during the implementation process made the transition smooth and efficient. It’s been a great tool to centralize and streamline our corporate learning.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

While WorkRamp has been a fantastic tool overall, one area that could be improved is the customization options for reporting. It would be helpful to have more flexibility in creating tailored reports that fit specific needs.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is solving several challenges for us in managing and scaling our training programs. Prior to using the platform, we faced difficulties in tracking training progress, coordinating across multiple teams, and creating consistent learning experiences. WorkRamp has centralized our training efforts, allowing us to manage everything in one place, from onboarding to continuous professional development. The integration with tools like Udemy, Workday, and Google has improved data synchronization and reporting, giving us better visibility into learner progress and performance. Additionally, the ease of content creation within the platform has helped us maintain a consistent training approach, ultimately driving better learning outcomes and increased team productivity.

 ### 42. Very easy to use LMS with some opportunities for improvement.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is rather easy to use and enables us to deliver content efficiently to our user base.
The UI is simple and friendly, and their support team is very responsive an knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

WorRamp reporting, (in both the employee and the customer clouds) could use some additional features.
It's not possible to schedule reports to anything other than mailboxes and the filtering is still rather limited.
Also, the segmentation of content in the customer academy requires manual intervention, which takes time and introduce the potential for human error.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Educating our clients on how to make the best out of our platforms.

 ### 43. Great LMS, easy setup and use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp makes building content effortless while still offering all the key features I need. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, yet powerful enough to support robust content creation. The onboarding and implementation experience was seamless, and their customer support is consistently responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I’m in WorkRamp daily and genuinely enjoy using it. The product continues to evolve in innovative ways, which I truly appreciate. While I occasionally have small pieces of UI feedback, they’re minor and don’t take away from my overall experience I'd still confidently rate it a 10/10.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize WorkRamp for our customer education as well as our internal enablement for our employees. It is easy to spin up content in a fast and meaningful way.

 ### 44. Exceptional Service and Value

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olga E. | Human Resources Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love the flexibility in building courses and paths, from the structure to the quiz options. I was also able to integrate workplace compliance trainings by using a WorkRamp partner, leading to cost savings by eliminating a vendor/ additional platform to have to login to. The reporting capabilities are also great!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Sometimes I have difficulty locating content. I believe it's primarily because we don't currently delete old material. Archiving or regularly cleaning up content would probably make it much easier to find what we need.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp has helped us centralize learning, train customers and meet compliance regulations.

 ### 45. WorkRamp is an amazing product, highly intuitive and scalable.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jai W. | Head of Training & Customer Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

The knowledge base is full of great articles for when you get stuck or aren't sure how to acheive a goal and the Customer Team as a whole is really responsive and knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There isn't much to dislike about WorkRamp. If I could offer any feedback it would be to have more customization around report building and distribution. Also some additional options for reporting on resource viewing.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is currently solving our employee onboarding needs. Streamlining and automating the process to reduce the time it takes for new hires to get up to speed in their role.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Havent found an issue so far and i have been using a lot lately in my new role.

 ### 47. User for 3 Years, both Learning Clouds

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The quick responses of Support is a definite plus. I also appreciate how often they are making enhancements to the platform.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The helpdesk content is not always updated based on the newest development.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting both the internal and customer facing LMS on one platform. The ability to use the content across both.

 ### 48. Great to Work with and Always Improving!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is easy to navigate and learn. There are a ton of option to create interactive content that meets different learning styles. The new AI features that allow learners to pick a learning style and how they want to digest content has been amazing.

The support staff has been wonderful to work with. While I wasn't around for the initial WorkRamp implementation, our team and customers use it every day! Adding and updating content is easy and those course and certification completions are reported directly to our Salesforce integration.

New features and content don't feel like bloat, but well though out and easy to implement changes that have been beneficial to our customers.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Internal and External training is handled separately. In some cases that is beneficial, but it others in creates more work. I would like to see the platform a little more seamless, but would miss some of the benefits of having separate "identities" for training.

Basic admin functions are still missing for user management (merging, updating) that would knock this software out of the park.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We train internal staff and our customer base. WorkRamp helps us create and organize content for both audiences. The reporting has helped us keep track of what content is working best and what needs an update.

 ### 49. Seamless implementation

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

So far, we do not have any complaints using WorkRamp

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to have our clients thoroughly work through navigating the system and keeps meetings more productive with implementation.

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to use and follow trainings, good notification system, can follow progress clearly, clean interface

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

You can't skip through a training or mark it as read essentially if it isn't relevant to you or if it's expired/past due you can't clear it from the queue,

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mandatory trainings being completed and enablement for my job. It's benefitting me because it's easy to follow and use. It also gives a clear simple outline of what's included in the training and estimated time of completion.
