What do you like best about WorkProud?

Various options for various needs. We needed a platform that offered only digital gift cards. Didn't want the social recognition platform. Love how easy it is to upload participant data and points. Appreciate the wide catalog offered. Implementation was really easy and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkProud?

I've worked with some great staff members. However, I did encounter a staff member that was difficult to work with. Dislike that I have to be the first point of contact for support tickets (esp. forgotten login and password inquiries) now. It used to be that tickets only got for cases that were beyond WorkProud's scope of business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkProud solving and how is that benefiting you?

WorkProud gives us an easy way to rewards employees for various situations. It's also helping us in getting employees more motivated about our wellness program, as they want more points (more gift cards). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
