I've tried a substantial quota of productivity and project management software, to find the one best fitting my work flow. All software has some unique feature or lacks a specific tool, yet with Workona, I think I have found the ideal compromise. This shows, by using it, in some way unconciously, when I'm up for researching and visualizing the key factors of a new project. I also like to use it in the every-day workflow, but am not that strict, since I preffer a block of paper next to me. I do not appreciate the close collaboration with Google's cloud services, since I don't plan to open an Accout with this third party data aggregator. So many features of the premium version are not useable for me. I could not find an option to use a self-hosted synchronisation server. The hirachy with spaces, work spaces, sections, tasks, resources and so on, does need some time to be comfortable with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How I can quickly switch between my projects and clients. A lot of time is saved by simply having the tabs saved and ready to go. My biggest concern was the memory-hogging Chrome but that's taken care of by automatically deactivating open tabs. This is brilliant! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
