
Workiz is a great CRM for field service industries that want to avoid a system that unnecessarily over-complicates things. I've tried a bunch of CRMs and have a background in information systems. Being an owner of a service business, Workiz is the best I've found. The phone integration is amazing and automatic text messages to both clients and team members that can be customized is a great feature. I love the simple user interface that allows me to turn features on and off. At the end of the day I need a CRM that makes my junk removal business more effecient without being cumbersome. Workiz does a great job of putting the data in front of me that I need to see when I need to see it. Also, amazing customer service and seems to be many new features on the horizon. There are a couple of nit-picky bugs that are a bit annoying. Understandable for a company relatively young and I would expect these things to be worked out. Things like text messages not auto-correcting text, limited functionality and customizability of mobile app, and other minor website bugs are a slight nuisance but no system is without shortcomings.
