I really appreciate Workiva Sync because it saves time and eliminates data entry mistakes. The filing process is easy to manage, and the support assistance is timely, which I find very helpful. I like that Workiva is a user-friendly filing tool and onboarding new users is straightforward. The Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are especially helpful, always available to provide help when needed. With over ten years of experience using Workiva, I can confidently say it's an excellent tool, particularly for SEC filings. I would even give it a 10 for SEC filings. I find Workiva invaluable for SEC Reporting and SOX Compliance. It easily connects to our financial ERP, which significantly reduces the time needed to compile information for public reporting. There can always be more customization around the SEC Reporting side. I wish there was more ability to create reports that may cross-reference multiple data sources from Intacct. I really like how easy Workiva is to use and its collaborative tools. The advanced permissions and Wdata linking features stand out as extremely useful. I find redlining particularly convenient as it's very easy to track changes from any previous version with drag-and-drop options. I really like that with Workiva, requests are available and updated immediately for use by the requester. This feature means there is no delay for the requester to incorporate my data into financial reports, even if there are complications that delay input until late hours of the due date.
