And since it does pull the general ledger balance automatically, I won't need to spend hours every month copying the same information over from netsuite. **What do you dislike about Workiva?** I find it frustrating that I have to contact a salesperson to obtain a quote price for this product. Also, I don't like that I cannot change the options myself and I need to contact an administrator to do it and it wastes both of our time since I only needed to make a small adjustment to a checklist. **What problems is Workiva solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we've reduced the amount of time spent on closing the books, I am able to take some weekends off as well. They have taken all the nightmares out of version control, editing and communication and simplified it. It's a software that is a dream come true. **What do you dislike about Workiva?** It's a struggle as executives hesitate to get involved, but they usually love the system once we finally get them in it! The other downside I can think of is if internet is not working, you are not able to work in the software. This proved to add some good efficiencies along with easier reporting and knowledge for everyone to view the status. We use Workiva daily and **What do you dislike about Workiva?** Customer Service answers your posts quickly, but it does take quite a while for any meaningful change to occur, if they do choose to take your suggestion under review. For example, 4 years ago I requested an advanced search that would allow us to search within files that are in the testing experience. This is to help comply with regulations such as the CCPA. About a year ago they implemented an advanced search that looks in files, however it doesn't look in the testing experience for some reason, and after multiple follow-ups I am told they are still looking into it. **What problems is Workiva solving and how is that benefiting you?** not having to do the work and track manually.
