I really appreciate Workiva Sync because it saves time and eliminates data entry mistakes. The filing process is easy to manage, and the support assistance is timely, which I find very helpful. I like that Workiva is a user-friendly filing tool and onboarding new users is straightforward. The Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are especially helpful, always available to provide help when needed. With over ten years of experience using Workiva, I can confidently say it's an excellent tool, particularly for SEC filings. I would even give it a 10 for SEC filings. I really like that with Workiva, requests are available and updated immediately for use by the requester. This feature means there is no delay for the requester to incorporate my data into financial reports, even if there are complications that delay input until late hours of the due date. My least favorite aspect is that sometimes I cannot easily find a request. It may perhaps just be the way my company has set this up. I have seen some improvements over the past year or so. The linking capabilities and data integration are amazing. I’ve recommended it to other teams in my organization because it can really help streamline their processes.
