I have issues with the Bravo economy. Some items are more cost-effective than others. For example, the Yorkdale gift card is most cost-effective compared to other items. These items are also available at Yorkdale, meaning there's no point in using your Bravo points on them. I find Workhuman Social Recognition to be a very good platform for reviewing someone. It solves the problem of reviewing by automatically sending recognition emails to the respective people like HR, managers, and others. I like the award names, such as Diamond and Gold, as they add value to recognizing employee work.
