"Empowering Employee Recognition with Flexibility and Choice"
4/5
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

I think Workhuman Social Recognition gives a wide variety of choices for employees to select from, especially with the coupons I've seen. Instead of directly going to a site and picking something up, I can make a choice of my own and either go to a showroom or shop to get something of my choice. It's an advantage to have both options available—buying online versus going in-person. It's also an online platform that's pretty easy to use without any difficulty. You have a wide range of choices, and you can go with that for recognition. Providing recognition to someone and getting the details on rewards is quite detailed and the information is sufficient. I think it's a good tool, especially with the rewards and Inspire points. Instead of dealing with the tax part, you are getting points, which is good. Not really cash, but in the form of cash, so it's beneficial for any organization willing to implement it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

I think there's one part which I actually have even communicated to one of you. The person from Workhuman when I was speaking to them. It's, when they give the certificates, right, the reward certificates, like, I want to buy, something from Max or Lifestyle or something, the expiry was not mentioned at all. But the moment when I walk into the showroom and actually, they will they mentioned that, you know, it's already expired, and you can't use it. So that that was not mentioned in when the mail was delivered to me. So I would make give a recommendation that we need to have that expiry option properly mentioned so that employee knows he or she has to use a coupon prior to that date. Instead, you know, going ending up, you know, not getting it. Getting the benefit. Right? That's one thing what I have seen, gap We should improve on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

I use Workhuman Social Recognition as our employee recognition system, and it is a useful resource to ensure that we recognize the value of our peers and their contributions. The program is very easy to use, and I like the points-based rewards with a large variety of items that can be redeemed. I'm always impressed with the selection, especially the electronic offerings like smartwatches, which I use to upgrade my smartwatch every 1-2 years. Sharing colleague recognition is accessible, simple, and easy to do. What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

The most helpful aspect of Workhuman Social Recognition is its ability to make employee appreciation consistent, authentic, and measurable. Employees can recognize each other in real time, making appreciation more inclusive and authentic. Recognition data flows into performance and engagement dashboards, aligning with broader HR strategies. Supports multiple languages and currencies, making it suitable for multinational organizations. Leaders gain visibility into recognition trends, helping them measure cultural health and ROI.

The upsides include stronger company culture, higher retention, and actionable insights into engagement trends, higher productivity and flexible rewards. Its a strategic engagement platform and by combining recognition with analytics, it helps organizations quantify the cultural and financial impact of appreciation. This makes it especially valuable for mid-to-large companies that want recognition to be embedded into everyday work and tied to measurable outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

The least helpful aspect is that Workhuman Social Recognition can feel like “too heavy” for smaller or less mature organizations both in terms of cost and complexity.

The major downsides are follows,

- Pricing can be higher compared to lighter recognition tools.

- Platform complexity may feel overwhelming for smaller teams.

- Adoption requires strong leadership buy-in to ensure consistent usage.

- Customization options (branding, rewards) may feel limited for some organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

I appreciate Workhuman Social Recognition for the appreciation and gratitude it shows, which helps reduce barriers by providing applause for the extra work we do. It builds trust among us and provides encouragement. I love how it makes me feel great when I appreciate someone or get appreciated myself. It's also great because it has a lot of options, which I find really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

The approval process required to validate the work and time spent can be cumbersome. It would be better if, at least quarterly, we could appreciate two peers without needing approval. This would make it easier for someone who wants to recognize a colleague without any hesitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
