I think Workhuman Social Recognition gives a wide variety of choices for employees to select from, especially with the coupons I've seen. Instead of directly going to a site and picking something up, I can make a choice of my own and either go to a showroom or shop to get something of my choice. It's an advantage to have both options available—buying online versus going in-person. It's also an online platform that's pretty easy to use without any difficulty. You have a wide range of choices, and you can go with that for recognition. Providing recognition to someone and getting the details on rewards is quite detailed and the information is sufficient. I think it's a good tool, especially with the rewards and Inspire points. Instead of dealing with the tax part, you are getting points, which is good. Not really cash, but in the form of cash, so it's beneficial for any organization willing to implement it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there's one part which I actually have even communicated to one of you. The person from Workhuman when I was speaking to them. It's, when they give the certificates, right, the reward certificates, like, I want to buy, something from Max or Lifestyle or something, the expiry was not mentioned at all. But the moment when I walk into the showroom and actually, they will they mentioned that, you know, it's already expired, and you can't use it. So that that was not mentioned in when the mail was delivered to me. So I would make give a recommendation that we need to have that expiry option properly mentioned so that employee knows he or she has to use a coupon prior to that date. Instead, you know, going ending up, you know, not getting it. Getting the benefit. Right? That's one thing what I have seen, gap We should improve on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
