Recognition helps me stay connected to my team while working remotely. It's effective at helping me recognize the most powerful contributors for their help, and it also reminds me that others depend on my contributions.

This kind of stuff is easy to lose track of in a team that is large, remote, and distributed.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It does take time for me to consider the achievements of my coworkers-- it would be great if we could get some AI here.

The cash increments for the prepaid VISA card options could be more granular as well. Also I have never used any of the native store/purchase options-- I typically cannot find my favorite brands or retailers there.

Helps me connect with my remote/distributed team. Sometimes somebody I work with frequently but who is out of my timezone uses this tool to let me know my work contributions helped them out. I use it for the same reasons.
