When I open my profile's landing page, it provides me with a summary of my history and what's happening across, making navigation to different slides very easy. I like the multiple ways it offers to give a shout-out to fellow employees, whether with just recognition or combined with a monetary benefit. Additionally, the platform enhances the shopping experience, which I find quite valuable. The initial setup was seamless, just signing in with SSO made everything very smooth. I like the ease of gifting points with Workhuman Social Recognition. It's really simple to quickly recognise someone by gifting them points that have a monetary value, which they can then use to get something material outside of work. When you only have half the amount of points, paying for the remaining amount with actual money seems very expensive compared to shopping online. I find Workhuman Social Recognition to be a very good platform for reviewing someone. It solves the problem of reviewing by automatically sending recognition emails to the respective people like HR, managers, and others. I like the award names, such as Diamond and Gold, as they add value to recognizing employee work. Switching from using normal emails to Workhuman Social Recognition has provided us with more features and awards to recognize achievements in a special way. The initial setup for our team was great.
