**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for peer-to-peer recognition and redeeming cheer points. I love how it solves the problem of multiple platforms by acting as a single platform where I can review all recognitions and shop or redeem cheer points, like a one-stop shop. I really appreciate the feature of recognizing or receiving recognition in front of a large group, as it acts as a motivation for everyone. The ease of navigation is fantastic, as it doesn't involve complicated steps and is easy to understand, even for a first-timer. ### 7. Making efforts seen & valued

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Recognizing people for their skills and talent is a powerful way to build a positive workplace culture. The portal makes this process simple and meaningful and also maintaining a record of past acknowledgments proves valuable during performance evaluations. It’s a thoughtful way to express gratitude, motivate colleagues, and ensure that their efforts are truly seen and appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Many times, people do not actively recognize their peers, and even when recognition is given, the process can be slowed down by lengthy approval cycles from managers. Additionally, limited budgets or funds for rewards can restrict how often employees are formally acknowledged. These barriers can reduce the impact of recognition programs, making it harder for employees to feel valued consistently.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman social Recognition fosters encouragement, strengthens teamwork, and inspires individuals to continue contributing their best.
Personally, recognition motivates me to keep putting in hard work and striving for excellence. It makes me feel truly seen and valued for my efforts, reinforcing that the contributions I make matter.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really enjoy being able to praise my coworkers in a public platform so their accomplishments can be seen by all

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I dislike that a manager has to approve my recognition of someone else as if my opinion holds no weight

It allows an anonymous and incentivisable method to recognise and motivate others

 ### 12. Easy, Efficient Coworker Recognition and Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drafneer . | Repack associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It’s easy and efficient to acknowledge my fellow coworkers and recognize their successes, and I also like being able to see what they’ve achieved.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It’s frustrating that, as a coworker, I’m not able to award my fellow coworkers what they deserve, even if it’s only a small amount.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other than making support easier to reach and more helpful, nothing else comes to mind.

 ### 13. Great for Real-Time Recognition, But Needs Better Search for Past Moments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

What I appreciate most about Workhuman Social Recognition is how it makes recognition visible, timely, and inclusive across teams and functions. It’s easy to give a quick thank-you or highlight great work in the moment — which really helps reinforce positive behavior and cross-functional collaboration in a tangible way.

It’s also a great reminder that contributions don’t need to be huge to be meaningful. Recognizing effort, support, or even a small win fosters a more connected and supportive culture, especially in a fast-paced environment like ours. Plus, the transparency of seeing others being recognized gives you better visibility into work happening across the org.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

One area I think could be improved is the visibility and discoverability of past recognitions. While it’s great to see recent recognitions in the feed, it can be hard to find or revisit specific messages later — especially if you're trying to reference a moment of impact during performance reviews or feedback conversations. Better search and tagging functionality would make the tool more useful over time, not just in the moment.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition is helping solve the challenge of making appreciation more visible, timely, and meaningful across teams — especially in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment like ours at Moderna. With so many moving parts, it can be easy for great work or behind-the-scenes contributions to go unnoticed. This platform creates a simple and consistent way to acknowledge those moments — not just within teams, but across departments.

 ### 14. Simple Setup, Inspires Team Motivation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sajana S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really like how Workhuman Social Recognition encourages people and motivates them by giving a small thank you. The system of receiving gratitude points and having built-in prompts to determine how many points to give is excellent. I also love that others, including management, can see the recognition, which is a big plus. Moreover, the initial setup was very easy, making it accessible from the start.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

not as much awareness

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to encourage good work, give small thank yous, and motivate colleagues. It enables us to recognize efforts through gratitude points and prompts, with recognition visible to others, including management.

 ### 15. Empowers Team Culture with Intuitive Recognition and Flexible Rewards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit S. | Software Engineer 1 - IT, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The biggest upside is culture reinforcement at scale. Workhuman creates a lightweight but consistent way to appreciate impact beyond formal reviews. The rewards are practical and flexible, which increases adoption, and the platform feels intuitive rather than forced. From a developer perspective, it helps surface invisible work—mentoring, unblocking others, knowledge sharing—that usually doesn’t show up in metrics but is critical for team success.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

From a usability and impact standpoint, the analytics and insights feel surface-level. It’s hard to derive deeper, actionable signals around contribution patterns or long-term engagement. Also, recognition can sometimes skew toward more visible work or outspoken contributors, while consistent but quieter impact can still be underrepresented. Finally, it’s great for appreciation, but it doesn’t naturally connect to growth, feedback, or performance discussions without additional systems in place.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a large organization, meaningful work often goes unseen, especially contributions like collaboration, mentoring, or unblocking others that aren’t captured by traditional metrics or performance reviews. Workhuman solves this visibility gap by creating a simple, scalable way for peers and managers to recognize impact in real time.

For me, this translates into clearer acknowledgment of day-to-day contributions and better morale. It reinforces positive behaviors early instead of waiting for quarterly or annual reviews, which helps maintain momentum and engagement. Over time, it also builds a culture where appreciation is normalized rather than exceptional, making collaboration and ownership more sustainable in a fast-moving engineering environment.

 ### 16. Transforms Recognition into Meaningful Impact

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit K. | Ams verification engineer , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really appreciate how Workhuman Social Recognition transforms recognition from a simple 'thank you' into something that feels visible and meaningful. I like the ease of use and the variety of rewards it offers. It really helps in creating a thriving culture where appreciation is visible and valued. The initial setup is well supported.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

everything is okay for me

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition creates a culture of appreciation, making recognition visible and meaningful with ease of use and reward variety, solving common organizational challenges.

 ### 17. Effortless Recognition, But Points Management Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaeli A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like how Workhuman Social Recognition lets me recognize my coworkers and show appreciation. It's quick to use, which helps a lot because I'm busy, and it shares recognition within the company, making people feel appreciated. The initial setup was super easy, just one click and I was in.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find how to allocate points and change point value difficult. It's not easy to find where to do it. A simple button selection or write-in value would be easier.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to truly appreciate my coworkers. It's quick, so it fits into my busy schedule, and sharing recognition company-wide makes people feel appreciated.

 ### 18. Effortless Recognition That Connects the Whole Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really like how easy it is to appreciate and recognize someone’s effort on this platform. It makes saying “thank you” simple and meaningful. The best part is that it connects everyone in the organization, so recognition feels more visible and impactful.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

One thing I find a bit challenging is the notification system—it can feel overwhelming at times when there are too many updates. Also, the search feature could be better; sometimes it takes a while to find older recognition posts.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman helps solve the problem of people’s efforts going unnoticed. In a busy work environment, it’s easy to forget to appreciate someone, but this platform makes recognition quick and visible to everyone. It creates a positive culture where employees feel valued, which improves morale and teamwork. For me, it has made it easier to build stronger connections with colleagues and keep motivation high.

 ### 19. Builds a Culture of Appreciation with Meaningful Recognition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neelesh S. | Technical Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Encourages a culture of appreciation — it makes sure that people who go the extra mile, help teammates, or contribute meaningfully don’t go unnoticed. The added reward is great, but the real value is in recognizing effort and motivating everyone to keep supporting each other.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Nothing as of to be disliked about the platform.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of unnoticed effort by rewarding meaningful contributions. For me, it boosts motivation and recognition, and the built-in store with gift card redemption makes the rewards tangible and personally useful.

 ### 20. Effortless Recognition, Culture Boost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becki-Louise F. | Leadership Development & Culture Change Coordinator

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition is an easy and interesting platform to use. It encourages people to give recognition. It allows me to send thanks and congratulations to colleagues in a way that can be seen by all and with added value. The platform is also valuable because it lets us connect our recognition and reward system to our culture change journey, helping to integrate these aspects while keeping employees happy and recognized for their work. It's built into our workday, making all our celebrations visible, and the setup was very easy, with not much to do from an employee side.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Maybe reminders to use the platform could be built in, reminders that points may be running out etc

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition makes it easy to send thanks and congratulations in a visible, valuable way. It supports our culture change journey by integrating recognition into everyday work, keeping employees happy and acknowledged.

 ### 21. Enhances Recognition and Collaboration Across Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt Y.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to send and receive recognition for my coworkers. It helps recognize people for their contributions in a way that others can see, which fosters collaboration across different groups. I like seeing on the feed what my coworkers have been doing in terms of going above and beyond, and understanding what it takes to achieve success. I appreciate the variety of rewards available, especially the gift cards. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think sometimes the thing that you're rewarding someone for might not fit squarely into the pre-determined 'award reason' categories. I also think people should be able to access this platform from their personal devices. Workhuman was recently excluded from the approved applications on personal devices after the security update last month.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to acknowledge contributions visibly, enhancing collaboration across groups. It helps see achievements on the feed, encouraging success, and offers a variety of rewards.

 ### 22. Seamless Recognition with Intuitive Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bishu R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to redeem coupons for DXC recognition, to order awesome products that are really very good in quality. The process of redeeming coupons and gift delivery is very streamlined and good. Recognition feels genuine, not transactional, and Peer to Peer recognition is my favorite. Recognition reaches people regardless of location, allowing remote employees to feel equally visible and valued. It integrates with multiple tools very easily with low friction. The interface is very intuitive and clean, which helps new users to use the application easily. The initial setup is very easy, and we don't have to do much for any new member. Everything is tied together very well.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Sometimes the recognition feed becomes overwhelming, and important recognition messages get lost. Also, the reward catalog has some limitations, and local preferences are not always fully covered.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition solves the hassle of coupon redemption and gift delivery, making the process streamlined and enjoyable.

 ### 23. Seamless Integration That Makes Recognition and Rewards Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamran H. | Associate Director Field Medical Team in Immunology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It is seemless with company systems and tools and allows for recognising others rewards.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Because reward points are limited, recognition feels restricted, and many of us end up running out of points by the end of the year.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appreciation of colleagues and to acknowledge the work they do with more than a thank you. The system is a quick to use and natural programme that is appreciated by the awardee

 ### 24. Enhances Employee Recognition Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition allows us to send a note of appreciation and acknowledgment through the company, sometimes even with a financial aspect. It's pretty helpful for us since we don't have other processes in the company to do things like this. It's our only avenue to show appreciation, which is great for recognizing a job well done or when someone goes above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I didn't find any dislikes.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition provides a way to show appreciation for a job well done and recognize extra efforts. It's our only avenue for acknowledgment and is pretty helpful.

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like the strong sense of shared mission with Workhuman Social Recognition, and another draw for me is the human connection it fosters. I also appreciate the variety and adaptability it offers, and I found the initial setup to be quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Ironically, even though the work is people-centered, acknowledgment can be inconsistent. Quiet contributors or behind-the-scenes roles often get overlooked, which affects motivation over time.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tackles motivational drift and helps address belonging and social safety. It boosts career visibility, ensuring meaningful work feels recognized and visible.

 ### 28. Workhuman Makes Recognition Visible, Authentic, and Team-Boosting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

What I like best about Workhuman Social Recognition is how it makes appreciation visible and meaningful across the organization. It creates a culture where achievements, collaboration, and everyday efforts are recognized openly, not just by managers but by peers as well. The platform is simple to use, encourages positive engagement, and helps build stronger connections within teams. I especially value how recognition feels authentic and timely, which boosts morale and reinforces company values in a very natural way.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

One area for improvement in Workhuman Social Recognition is that sometimes recognition can feel repetitive or template-based, which may reduce the personal touch if users don’t customize their messages. Additionally, navigating through older recognitions or filtering specific achievements could be more streamlined. Enhancing customization options and search functionality would make the overall experience even better and more impactful.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition helps solve the problem of appreciation often going unnoticed in busy work environments. It creates a structured and visible way to recognize contributions, collaboration, and achievements in real time. This reduces feelings of being undervalued and strengthens team morale.

For me personally, it increases motivation and engagement because efforts are acknowledged openly. It also improves team connectivity by highlighting cross-functional collaboration and reinforcing company values. Overall, it fosters a more positive and inclusive workplace culture, which directly benefits both individual performance and team alignment.

 ### 30. Inspires Greater Focus and Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Real-Time Recognition

I love that recognition isn’t delayed. When someone does something worth celebrating — whether it’s going above and beyond on a project, helping a teammate, or demonstrating company values — I can acknowledge that instantly. This immediacy makes praise feel sincere and impactful.

🤝 Peer-to-Peer Appreciation

It’s empowering that recognition doesn’t have to come only from managers. The ability for colleagues to recognize one another creates a culture of appreciation across teams and levels. This helps everyone feel valued, not just those in visible leadership roles.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Reward Saturation

In teams or organizations where recognition is very frequent, the value of points and badges can feel diluted. When people receive many small recognitions, it can be harder to distinguish between truly outstanding contributions and routine work.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You feel valued more often. Public, visible praise makes your contributions obvious and appreciated.

Recognition motivates you. Knowing achievements are seen and rewarded increases motivation and satisfaction.

Rewards are tangible. Points and badges can translate into gift cards and experiences, giving you real rewards for great work.

 ### 31. Empowers Recognition and Boosts Team Morale

I like that the points in Workhuman Social Recognition can be redeemed in many possible ways, which prevents being stuck with limited options. The variety of redemption choices, from travel accessories and home equipment to electronic gadgets and instant vouchers, is really amazing. This breadth of options ensures that the value of points genuinely brings cheer to the recipient, rather than becoming pseudo value. The dashboard and UI are really good and motivating. I also appreciate how the gamification of recognition works, allowing the entire team to see who is recognized and why, which motivates everyone to go the extra mile.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I would love if you add some sort of greeting / congratulatory message that can be downloaded in form of PDF for the wider social media sharing.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition boosts team morale by recognizing outstanding efforts immediately, ensuring team members feel valued and motivated. The broad range of reward options and visible recognition encourage everyone to excel and foster awareness of ongoing projects.

 ### 32. Empowers Recognition, Needs Streamlined Awards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna H. | Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like the feed where we can see what other awards people have given out. It's easy to recognize other people, and I appreciate the structure the system has built into giving awards. The prompts and questions that are preloaded are really helpful in putting together a message and assigning the award under different categories. The overall simplicity of use since I've been using the product is something I also value.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Sometimes it feels like there are quite a few steps to place an award. I want it to be as quick and easy as possible. Some kind of correlation between point value and dollar amount could be helpful - if I'm awarding someone 400 points or get 400 points - I have no idea what that actually means for me or the person.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to redeem awards and recognize coworkers. It facilitates awarding others, and I enjoy seeing the feed of awards people have received. The structured prompts help craft messages and categorize awards effectively.

 ### 35. Fast and Rewarding Recognition Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle B. | Training Consultant, Insurance, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really like Workhuman Social Recognition because the rewards are really good and it gives you a lot of options, especially the gift card option. It allows for a super quick recognition process that you can do in the moment. I can just jump online and type up a quick recognition that gets sent over to a manager for approval and then goes to the recognized party. Overall, it takes about maybe five to ten minutes. From a gift card perspective, there's a plethora of options for gift cards, and you can get them digitally, which usually arrive within an hour of selecting your reward. I appreciate that you can get it and use it quickly.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think the general cost of the items for redemption seems maybe priced a little bit higher from a points value than they would be if you were to buy them in-store. That's why I tend to go with the gift cards because I feel like you're getting a better value.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for quick, easy, and rewarding peer recognition, making it fast to acknowledge colleagues.

 ### 36. Connects Teams, Celebrates Achievements Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody A. | Vice President/General Manager

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really appreciate using Workhuman Social Recognition for company service celebrations and many other accomplishments. I like that it reaches more than just local colleagues, allowing additional sites to comment and celebrate our wins. The reminders leading up to an anniversary are really helpful, providing that additional reminder when it's needed. I also find the format when printing awards to be quite good. The initial setup was very easy, which was a nice bonus.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I feel that the AI for pictures and assisting with quotes and responses could be improved. It would be helpful if there was a feature to provide a picture for the celebrations and also a pre-typed response for specific celebrations.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to connect with colleagues globally for celebrations, providing reminders for anniversaries and a format for printing awards.

 ### 37. Empowers Employee Recognition but Needs Better Name Matching

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khaled A.

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think Workhuman Social Recognition is a nice platform to take a step back and recognize people for the work they've done. I like how it helps increase motivation and morale for employees by getting small but significant gestures of acknowledgement. The recognition tool is integrated with our system, so it allows you to go in and search for the name of the individual, confirm that's the right person, and answer a few questions to get a recommendation on what kind of award to send out. The initial setup was very easy because it's connected to the single sign-on with my company.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It seems like the names integrated into the system and connect it to our corporate platform are not very accurate. Sometimes it doesn't use exactly the same first name last name. So I think the search functionality for names could be improved.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps increase employee motivation and morale with small but significant gestures of acknowledgment.

 ### 38. Meaningful Recognition That Goes Beyond a Pat on the Back

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I appreciate being able to offer more thanks than a figurative pat on the back, and I likewise appreciate when others recognize the work that I do,

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I would like to know how the various selections contribute to the size of the reward that is suggested. I sometimes find the suggested amount is out of line with what I want to offer based on the work that has been completed.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing an alternate structure for recognition of hard work outside of the normal remuneration process, which is useful for recognizing people outside of my direct reports when they have been extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond in assisting me and my team.

 ### 39. A transformative way to recognise colleagues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Workhuman Social Recognition (Bravo) has truly revolutionised the way I celebrate and appreciate my colleagues and their contributions.

The intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy to recognise and reward team members for their hard work and achievements. Whether it’s a simple thank you or a more substantial reward, the platform ensures that every gesture feels meaningful, personalised, and impactful. The ability to share these recognitions across the organization fosters a sense of community and belonging that is simply unmatched.

From experience, receiving a Bravo is one of the best ways to start my work day, and I am sure my colleagues feel the same. I use the platform all the time to tangibly show my appreciation.

Bravo is also integrated with our systems allowing for seamless implementation and use.

Bravo's customer support is also responsive in the rare occassions their assistance had been required.

Bravo has not only boosted our team’s morale but also strengthened our organisational culture. It’s a must-have for any company looking to create a more connected and appreciative workplace. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

While the interface is intuitive, offering more customisation options could enhance user engagement, such as different views.

A Team Award option would also be a welcome addition.

Lastly, further integrations with our HR system would be a useful feature, to display the recognitions received as performance metrics and feedback are assessed.

Overall, Bravo is a powerful tool that has already made a significant positive impact. By addressing these areas, it could become even more effective in promoting a culture of appreciation and recognition.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives a better and more personalised feel, more than an emailed "Thank You".

I like the different choices of awards, like those for collaboration and safety, which make it personal and align to the achievements made by certain individuals. I also appreciate the option to choose to add points or not. The initial setup of Workhuman Social Recognition was easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The choice of products maybe.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to counter de-motivation by receiving awards for achievements beyond expectations. The option to personalize awards aligns with individual accomplishments.

 ### 41. Elevates Team Morale with Public Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize coworkers and departments, which helps keep spirits high in our work environment. I've found that it helps boost morale in my departments. I really like the feed feature that lets me see who else has been recognized and gives me the ability to recognize others publicly. It’s motivating to see other employees boosting each other up, and it encourages me to do the same. The platform has been easy for me to utilize.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I'm not sure about the turnaround process or how quickly my supervisor gets notified after I submit a recognition. It seems like it might not be fast enough for in-the-moment situations.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize coworkers and boost morale in my departments. The feed and public recognition features help me see others boost each other, motivating me to do the same.

 ### 42. Effortless Recognition That Boosts Team Morale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

What I like best about Workhuman Social Recognition is how it makes appreciation easy and meaningful across the organization. The platform allows peers and managers to recognize contributions instantly, which creates a positive and motivating work culture. I also appreciate the flexibility in choosing rewards and the transparency in tracking recognition. It truly helps strengthen team relationships and boosts morale.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Workhuman Social Recognition is an excellent platform for acknowledging colleagues, though at times the recognition seems to emphasize visibility over genuine effort. The experience could be improved with stronger integration into performance goals and by minimizing notification overload, which would help keep the platform more streamlined.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition effectively tackles the challenge of maintaining employee motivation and appreciation in a fast-paced workplace. By fostering a culture where achievements are recognized quickly, it enhances both team morale and collaboration. On a personal level, it helps me feel appreciated and more connected to the organization.

 ### 43. Clear Recognition Insights and Stronger Engagement Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It gives me more structure and clearer visibility into our recognition patterns. Our leaders can easily see who is being recognized and where engagement is strong—or where it’s lacking.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

There aren’t enough flexible options overall. The gift catalogs can feel limited or repetitive, and redemption sometimes involves awkward point conversions that don’t align well with real-world pricing.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognition feels inconsistent and, at times, rare. As a result, employees don’t feel truly connected to the company culture, and many end up feeling undervalued.

 ### 44. Workhuman for acknowledging contributions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek L. | Principal Systems Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I genuinely can’t see any room for improvement with Workhuman.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman helps maintain colleagues’ motivation, which in turn benefits entire organisations.

 ### 45. Boosts Morale and Motivation Across the Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James M. | Lead Application Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Really good for workplace morale, getting and giving little gifts really helps with motivation, especially after complicated projects/tasks. Encourages being proactive in reaching out to help colleagues, and feels great getting shines.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I'm not sure there are any significant downsides. Perhaps the fact that logging in requires me to go through my corporate portal landing page, but this is an issue with our company, not with Shine.

I dislike any AI integrations in the shine descriptions field, they feel impersonal.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workplace morale and motivation is greatly improved by the service, especially the fact that the lowest tier of Shine reward does not need explicit manager approval

 ### 46. Seamless, Easy Peer Recognition Through the Employee Portal

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

There are too few redemption options, and major players like Amazon are missing.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team bonding, engagement, and team appreciation.

 ### 48. Effortless Recognition with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

The Okta integration is great too, allowing for easy login from the Okta dashboard. Redeeming points is also straightforward, which I really value.

**Reviewed by:** Alyson K. | Technical Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that not only is the recognition shared with the employee and their manager, but also open for the rest of the company to see.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The award reasons aren't always applicable to what the recognition is for. They are a little too generic in the "more information" when hovering over the icon.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlines our ability to give kudos and thanks to anyone across the organization.
