The wide range of options for converting points to different brands is very appealing.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The products that are directly available to purchase with points on Workhuman Social Recognition website are sometimes not up to par with the points values.

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The ability to choose the rewards that I want from a range of different suppliers and retailers.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Sometimes the choices can be limited but generally there is always something to choose from.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can quickly and easily recognise my colleagues and team with points that acknowledge their hard work and receive awards and points from stakeholders minutes after completing a task rather than waiting for quarterly or annual appraisals.

 ### 3. Easy to Use with Company-Wide Recognition Visibility

I don't see any downsides for now - no comments for now.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes, work life moves fast and we don’t always think to thank or recognize a colleague right away. I really like being able to go back on the platform and still thank or recognize someone, even a few days after something happened.

 ### 4. Easy to Use with Great Recognition Features

Another thing I like is how it's easy to recognize the tool when switching from Slack.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manjunatha K. | Senior Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Easy to use, simple but well designed front end with required features. I had very positive customer support experience with 2 products.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The products displayed on the portal often differ in quality from what is actually delivered, particularly when it comes to low-value items. In my view, reducing the number of low-value items available would help minimize frequent purchases, which in turn would also lessen the logistical burden.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program encourages individuals to improve the way they work, motivating them to strive for greater recognition. The gifts and products they receive as rewards bring happiness and comfort to their entire family. Families feel a sense of pride when an employee is acknowledged for their achievements and receives a reward in return.

Additionally, it's seamlessly integrated into the company ecosystem. The initial setup was quite simple and easy, making for a smooth transition.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I don't like that there are limited options for points. Instead of just 500 or 1000 points, there should be more options like 250, 500, 1000, etc.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to motivate my colleagues and encourage others. It provides points that we can redeem for vouchers or gifts and integrates well into our company ecosystem.

It's nice to be rewarded for putting in extra effort at work, and the ability to easily express gratitude is just as important to me. **What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I love that Workhuman Social Recognition allows me to thank more than one person at a time, which is handy for group effort projects. I like being able to add media to the recognition to personalize notes. The recognition feed is great for seeing what my coworkers are doing and the impact they are having. I enjoy using it as a positivity goal for my team to encourage sending at least two thank you notes per month, helping us focus on the good work others are doing. This is an easy and attainable goal for the team and helps them stay grounded in positivity. The initial setup was super simple.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

My segment only uses it as a thank you tool, I'd like to see us use the rewards and points more.

overall, its stands out because its combines technology with genuine human connections, helping organization build trust and motivation within organization

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Workhuman Social Recognition has many strong points, but people sometimes notice a few drawbacks as well. When there is too much activity, recognition can start to feel repetitive or less meaningful. At times, recognitions also seem more visible for people who are more socially connected, even though others are doing great work too. Writing a thoughtful message can be time-consuming, especially for busy leaders. The points and rewards are great, but the redemption options feel limited.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 13. Empowering Peer Recognition with Meaningful Rewards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** pankaj s. | analyst, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Peer‑to‑peer recognition at scale, Recognition often comes with points or rewards employees can redeem in ways that matter to them personally.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

If managers don’t actively model specific, values‑based recognition, usage may skew toward cliques, popularity, or one‑off bursts after reminders. Without clear guidelines, some recognition messages can become generic (“Great job!”) or transactional.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition is helping solve the problem of employees feeling unseen by making appreciation more frequent, visible, and inclusive across the organization. Instead of relying only on annual reviews or manager-driven praise, it enables peers and leaders to recognize everyday contributions in real time, which improves morale and creates a stronger sense of belonging.

 ### 14. A Motivating Recognition Program That Celebrates Employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

 ### 15. Simple, Quick Feedback That Boosts Morale and Performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Workhuman provides a simple and quick way to provide feedback but most importantly to boost morale. The options available on the site are useful and are good enough to actively encourage people to try and earn them. As a result, I would say that the system definitely creates and encourages people to perform.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think the fixed level of rewards is somewhat awkward and there is not always an appropriate level of reward available. I also think sometimes the thankyous are not received as well, and there may be a system that results in a monetary/points reward if people rack up a certain number of Thankyous.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system opens up a genuine way of rewarding and recognising colleagues that goes beyond a written response. This actively encourages people to go above and beyond and can acts as specific rewards to tasks which encourages teams/individuals to actively engage. For example, company wide surveys/tasks/form filling can be mundane and a lot of the time can result in disingenuous or lazy responses, whereas when employees know there is potentially points on offer you can get valuable responses. This means the actions we put in place are going to be useful and actually have a genuine impact on our teams.

 ### 16. Transforms Recognition Culture, Needs Mobile Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swapnil S. | Sr Finance analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to encourage peer-to-peer appreciation, which makes recognition visible and meaningful, creating a positive work environment. I appreciate how it boosts employee engagement and morale by fostering a culture of appreciation, motivating both employees and team spirit. I like the visibility and transparency, as recognition is public and easily accessible. I enjoy the timely and real-time recognition aspect; it's great that there's no need to wait for an annual review to celebrate achievements and milestones. Immediate acknowledgment makes recognition more meaningful, and public recognition ensures everyone can see the achievements.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find the mobile app experience lacking. The mobile interface could definitely be more intuitive and faster, especially for on-the-go recognition. Sometimes it feels slower compared to the web version. I'd love more granular control over push notifications to reduce the workload. Also, there could be more self-service configuration options for admins and a simplified integration guide for connecting with tools like Microsoft Teams. Setting up custom recognition programs, notifications, and permissions was also challenging.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition encourages peer appreciation, makes recognition visible, boosts employee engagement, and creates a positive work environment with real-time acknowledgment.

 ### 17. Fosters Appreciation & Engagement Brilliantly

**Reviewed by:** Shivnand G. | CP Costing Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like Workhuman Social Recognition for its peer-to-peer recognition feature that creates a culture of appreciation where recognition isn't just from managers, but from anyone. I value the real-time feedback because recognition happens instantly, making us feel valued when the effort is fresh. The platform boosts engagement and morale, as frequent recognition increases morale, reduces employee turnover, and fosters a sense of belonging. Additionally, the initial setup was simple and user-friendly, which made it easy to get started quickly.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find the integration of daily tools and mobile experience lacking. Also, individual analytics could be improved. While managers get good insights, as an employee, I often want to see my own recognition trends and impact.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to solve low employee engagement and retention issues. It allows for peer-to-peer recognition and instant feedback, creating a culture of appreciation and boosting morale, which helps in reducing turnover and fostering a sense of belonging.

It's quick, easy, and efficient, plus the initial setup was pretty quick and easy. The 'My Moments' feature is a good way to recognize people and give them gift cards that are actually usable. I also appreciate that I like it so far and haven't found any issues.

 ### 19. Empowering Recognition with Easy Award Redemption

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** angela f.

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I love that the award redemption is in the same spot as Social Recognition for ease of use. I received recognition from my manager and went to redeem my award in the shop, which was convenient. I also use it to see how others are being recognized to understand what management values. I like how positive the platform is, and I use it as a learning experience for my current work. I love looking at the 'For You' section of the home screen because it shows people I work with, and it's all very recent. I can also see reward stories and positive collaboration. The initial setup was very easy; everything was set up when I first signed up.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It was very hard for me to login to mobile. It kept saying password error even after attempting to change it multiple times.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to redeem awards and understand management values. It keeps award redemption and recognition in one place for ease of use. I also like how positive it is for learning and love the 'For You' section for seeing recent collaboration stories.

 ### 20. Fosters a Culture of Appreciation and Connectivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vasundhara G.

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition creates a culture of appreciation and connection. I really value its global accessibility, which helps me connect with colleagues worldwide. The integration with everyday tools like Outlook or Teams makes recognition effortless. I appreciate the rewards and points system as it adds a tangible benefit that motivates me, and celebrating milestones ensures important moments like work anniversaries or project completions never go unnoticed. The initial setup was easy and straightforward, mostly automated, making the process smooth. These features altogether create a positive and inclusive culture where contributions are visible and appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think the Workhuman Social Recognition app is sometimes slower on a mobile phone compared to the desktop version. While it integrates with tools like Outlook or Teams, deeper integration could make recognition even more seamless. Too many notifications can feel overwhelming, and in global teams, sometimes messages don't translate.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition addresses workplace challenges like low engagement, morale, and weak culture by celebrating and acknowledging contributions.

 ### 21. Empowers Genuine Recognition and Culture Building

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tejas s. | finance consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition is inclusive, allowing anyone to recognize anyone else, rather than just top-down praise. This makes appreciation more genuine and widespread. It's effective in breaking down silos as employees can recognize colleagues outside their immediate team or department, ensuring contributions are acknowledged across the board. The platform integrates with several widely used workplace tools, making recognition a seamless part of daily workflows. I really appreciate how Workhuman emphasizes social recognition and culture building, not just transactional rewards. It seems like a strength that shines is its peer-to-peer recognition. Setup is relatively easy, with admins able to configure recognition categories, values, and reward catalogs quickly, enabling employees to use the platform immediately.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

While Workhuman integrates with HRIS and collaboration tools, setup can be complex and may require IT support, slowing down implementation. It's one area where Workhuman Social Recognition could feel smoother, and there are several practical improvements that would make onboarding more seamless for organizations. Organizations need to configure recognition categories, values, and reward catalogs, which can feel overwhelming.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to celebrate achievements, foster appreciation, and build culture. It makes recognition a daily habit, boosting morale and motivation. Anyone can recognize anyone, breaking silos and ensuring contributions are acknowledged. Integration with workplace tools makes recognition seamless within workflows.

I like the simplicity of it, which is easy and straightforward to use. I also appreciate being able to comment on the recognition, as it allows for more interaction and engagement with the feedback.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I wish there was a central place for everyone to see recognition, like a continuously moving wall of recognition being given.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition provides a formal place to share praise among coworkers. I like its simplicity and being able to comment on the recognition.

 ### 23. Empowers Recognition with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura R.

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to acknowledge peers who go above and beyond their daily responsibilities. I love that I can redeem points in various ways. If someone can't find an item in the store, they can redeem points for a Cash Award or Lilly merchandise. I feel it motivates employees since being recognized for hard work goes a long way. Adding a 'prize' makes the effort even better. I really like the program being added to Teams and Outlook because it puts the program right in front of you, making it easier to recognize others. It serves as a reminder to recognize others, which is great because in the past, the program was 'Out of sight, Out of mind.'

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I cannot give examples, since we just started using the program.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to acknowledge hard work and innovation, motivating employees with recognition and rewards. Integrating it with Teams and Outlook makes it easier and more frequent to recognize peers, addressing the issue of time constraints and busy schedules.

The feature where someone from another organization can recognize your efforts and submit a request, requiring leader approval, is something I find very good, as it ensures that significant achievements are acknowledged even if a leader misses them initially. Additionally, the tool's user-friendly nature makes it easy to navigate the process of recognition and approval, which is really nice.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Nothing as of now

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to appreciate team members' exceptional contributions, motivating them by acknowledging their effort and impact on growth. It helps everyone see who is making a difference, boosting morale and fostering a supportive environment.

 ### 26. Boosts Morale with Recognition, Needs Greater Integration into existing communication tools, and ease of recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allen S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to acknowledge colleagues' standout efforts, which is appreciated as a virtual pat on the back and morale booster. It feels good to be recognized and also to give recognition, offering assurance that my efforts align with company goals. I also like how it allows me to give discreet recognition to colleagues for efforts not known to others, informing their manager of their valuable contributions.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think having a Team page or section for recognitions could improve the experience by increasing the frequency and number of recognitions. An integration with Slack for announcements and shortcuts would help increase interactivity. Also, while the recognition process is set up by the company, it involves several steps and could be simplified. I believe a point system for peer recognition would encourage and increase peer recognition and re-enforce positive work activity and behaviours.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition highlights extra efforts, boosts morale with recognition from peers and managers, and supports remote work by acknowledging contributions without needing meetings.

 ### 27. Immediate, Meaningful Recognition That Strengthens Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DARSHAN S. | AUTO PD CLAIMS ADJUSTER, Insurance, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Workhuman Social Recognition stands out because it makes appreciation immediate, visible, and genuinely meaningful—it turns everyday contributions into shared moments of recognition that strengthen culture, boost morale, and help people feel valued for the work they do.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I don’t have any dislikes about Workhuman Social Recognition — the platform consistently creates a positive, engaging experience. It makes recognition easy, meaningful, and visible, and it genuinely strengthens connection and appreciation across teams.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition helps solve the challenge of making appreciation consistent, visible, and meaningful across the organization. It ensures great work is acknowledged in real time, not just during formal reviews, which boosts morale and strengthens team connections. By making recognition easy and accessible, it creates a more supportive culture where people feel valued and motivated, and that directly enhances my engagement and overall work experience.

 ### 28. Empowers Recognition, Fosters Engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven M. | Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really like how intentional and human the recognition feels on Workhuman Social Recognition, making it more than just transactions. The platform makes appreciation highly visible through the social feed, which makes it feel shared and celebrated across the organization. I also appreciate that the recognition is tied directly to company values. It reinforces the values that our company aims to promote, and helps employees understand how their work contributes to the bigger picture.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

While the social feed is a great aspect, it can also become crowded at times. More robust filtering or personalization options, such as prioritizing recognition from direct teams or managers, would help to make it easier to find the most relevant content and celebrate recognition from your closest peers.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to celebrate achievements meaningfully, ensuring timely, visible appreciation aligned with company values. It boosts morale, enhances engagement, and drives social connections through inclusive, real-time recognition.

 ### 29. Effortless Recognition with Quick Rewards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerrianne C. | Medical Lead - Vaccines Pipeline

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for giving and receiving rewards at work, and I really like the platform because it's very easy to use. There are a ton of options available for how to redeem your points, which is great. I especially like the gift cards page, which I use the most. When I choose a gift card, the voucher code usually comes through within minutes, so I can redeem it very easily. It's also very easy to send a bravo award to others; it only takes a minute or two. The initial setup of Workhuman Social Recognition was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I personally wouldn't use my points to buy an item on site because usually the price isn't as competitive as if I were to buy the item elsewhere, hence why I only redeem gift cards from the platform.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to give and receive rewards at work, making recognition a key part of our culture. It's easy and straightforward, allowing us to feel recognized for our hard work.

 ### 30. Effortless Recognition and Appreciation Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

What I find most helpful about Workhuman Social Recognition is how straightforward and intuitive it is to record positive interactions with colleagues. While expressing gratitude in person is always valued, having a record of appreciation received from coworkers is a wonderful bonus. Using the website is very user friendly, and has a lot of features that are beneficial for the user and company!

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

At the moment, my main suggestion would be to make it easier to set the privacy level when sending an appraisal to a coworker. The current options for restricted and open are a bit confusing.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think that Workhuman Social Recognition addresses the challenge of not being able to keep track of the thank yous and appreciation we receive in real life. It allows users to monitor and visualize the positive impact they've had on others. This feature is valuable not just for me, but for all employees, as it helps them see the influence of their work and use that insight to their advantage in their daily tasks.

 ### 31. Empowers Recognition, Needs UI Tweaks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really like that Workhuman Social Recognition is a very well-designed website with varied levels of recognition. It's perfect for acknowledging not just extraordinary work, where there's an extraordinary award, but also for giving someone a simple shout-out when they help out. It's definitely the best thing about Workhuman. The UI is quite helpful and easy to use, which made the initial setup a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think the UI has been really bad earlier. But I think now it's very good. One thing that I think really will make a difference is if I get an award from someone and when I say thanks as a comment, it's not really a congratulations. But you're just saying to my award giver, thanks for recognizing me. But you see the same in the comments. Right? You see that both awardee and then a general guy also comments on the same. Some of the things will say just say thanks, another says wow. What a great work. So I think there should be a difference from that where I should be thanking the award giver a different sort of a comment and a placeholder for that. And, you know, which should not appear or doesn't really have to appear on the award. Whereas general comments should be put in.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition helps me recognize peers' talents widely, ensuring accolades are visible to VPs and directors. It keeps a record of achievements even if roles change, solving the challenge of consistent acknowledgment.

 ### 32. Empowers Peer Recognition, Offers Diverse Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew N. | Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition allows people to assign points and that it offers a variety of options available for redemption. The ability to have employees recognize each other without it being top-down is a great feature. Additionally, I appreciate that the initial setup was easy because it seemed to know everything.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find who it shows me in the feed to be random and not highlight people I work with

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize colleagues, fostering peer recognition without being top-down.

 ### 33. Effortless Peer Recognition, Simplified Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace V. | research assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find Workhuman Social Recognition really easy to use and I appreciate the option to choose a category to recognize a peer, especially because it makes the process straightforward even when I'm busy. The initial setup process was also easy, thanks to the good SSO integration.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I don't like having to ask a manager to recognize their team member. We should be able to do it without the manager's involvement.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for recognizing peers easily, especially when busy. It's simple to use, though I'd prefer recognizing without manager involvement.

 ### 34. Exceptional Recognition Tool with Reward Variety

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie M. | Learning and Development Manager Neuromuscular Rare Disease

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to acknowledge and reward colleagues for exceptional and above-and-beyond work. I appreciate how the platform allows for recognition when people perform work outside of their job description. I like the variety of ways to redeem points, including getting gift cards to buy many different things or redeeming them directly for high commodity items. This feature enhances my experience with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I believe this could be specific to my organization, but it is sometimes difficult to get the system to actually reward points for certain behaviors. When trying to send points you're asked questions that determine how many/if they receive points, which can be frustrating as it doesn't allow for nuance.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to acknowledge colleagues for exceptional work that goes beyond their job description, providing a way to reward such efforts.

 ### 35. Simplistic UI Elevates Team Recognition

**Reviewed by:** Shubham A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like Workhuman Social Recognition for its simplistic UI and the ability to write messages for recognition. It allows me to recognize colleagues for their good work and for following organizational principles and values. This capability helps me develop a sense of togetherness in the team. Additionally, the initial setup of Workhuman Social Recognition was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think personalized messages for a group of colleagues should be there

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize colleagues who follow organizational values and go beyond their work scope, building a sense of togetherness in the team with its simple UI and message writing feature.

 ### 36. Enhancing Company Culture with Workhuman

Employees also get to know the work done by peers or friends within the company.
Additionally, ease of claiming the gift cards and there are many options available to buy the products from like croma, pantaloons , variety of domain options are covered.
and conveniently, we can get the gift card over email within minutes.

 ### 37. Empowering Recognition, but Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daff C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition is flexible, as the points received can be used immediately, saved and accrued for a larger purchase, or even transferred as credit for gift cards or experiences in the shop. The recognition platform is hugely appreciated by colleagues because everyone is empowered to nominate others for awards, bringing more valuable and real rewards for their contributions. It also provides consistency of awarding, especially for cross-functional teams or those across multiple countries, taking into account local guidelines.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

There are a few gripes, which can be improved. Some prices are quite high in the online shop. The cap for receiving points is too low. When nominating multiple people, where some people have met their cap and some haven't, there is no flexibility to allow variable points gifting.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition provides a consistent way to recognize positive contributions across teams, empowering colleagues to nominate others, and offers flexible options for redeeming recognition points.

 ### 38. Beautiful Interface, but Rewards Store Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayush G. | Software engineer 1, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The interface is very pleasant and does a great job of displaying the team's recent recognition. Even though the company is quite large, it still highlights the people I work with, which I appreciate. The color scheme is also very appealing and adds to the overall aesthetic.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

When it comes to redeeming the awards, I find the store provided is not suitable for me. The prices are very high, and there is no way to see the quality of the products, such as through customer reviews.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform addresses the challenge of bringing company employees together by providing a space where they can be recognized across various parameters. It effectively facilitates integration and acknowledgment within the organization.

 ### 39. Effortless Recognition, Inspires Team Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sasi S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find Workhuman Social Recognition incredibly easy to use. It is one of the best sources for recognizing, awarding, or rewarding my team. I really appreciate the wide range of options available, from gift cards to direct purchases, which make it very user-friendly. One feature I particularly like is being able to provide Amazon gift cards. This is great because our team can directly purchase anything they need from Amazon. Plus, the availability of brands, from luxury to Indian ones, makes it very convenient to gift someone. Setting it up was a breeze, just log in and you're done in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I believe there are more Indian brands could be added to that. Because I use it from India, I would like to see more Indian brands.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to appreciate colleagues, keeping the team motivated and inspired. It solves the challenge of recognizing contributions, making sure no one feels demotivated.

I also value the recognition feature and the ability to shop using one's point balance. The initial setup of Workhuman Social Recognition was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I have been trying to place recognitions for the last 3 days and they haven't gone through. The error message is 'Something went wrong,' and no more details. It is frustrating.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to make it easier to bring visibility to everyone in the team and help build a stronger team bond and a culture of recognition.

 ### 41. Comprehensive, Specific Recognition—But Time-Consuming to Complete

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It is comprehensive in what the recognition is for and what the ultimate reward is. It drills down to specifics.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It takes a significant amount of time to click through and answer all the questions required to recognize someone, whether I’m giving a reward or simply sending a thank-you.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s encouraging for my overall performance, and the rewards are okay.

 ### 42. Boosts Motivation with Genuine Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vaijnath K. | Sr. Manager, Farming, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for employee appreciation, boosting engagement, and celebrating achievements and milestones. I like seeing public appreciation as it boosts motivation and encourages others to go the extra mile. You can add messages, values, and even rewards, making recognition feel genuine and tailored. The initial setup was smooth, and it also integrates with tools like Microsoft Teams for directly sending in chat.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The mobile app feels less intuitive compared to the web platform, making quick recognition harder on the go. Also, search and filtering can be cumbersome when trying to find past recognitions or specific people if the search functionality isn't robust enough.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for employee appreciation, boosting engagement, and celebrating achievements. It helps with recognizing hard work, and seeing public appreciation boosts motivation and encourages others. Adding messages, values, and rewards makes recognition feel genuine and tailored.

 ### 43. Effortless Employee Recognition with Great Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bala P. | Associate Director, Product Architect, R&D AI/Data and Analytics, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

It is great for celebrating work anniversaries and milestones too. I like the ease of use, and it provides a good user interface for reimbursing gift cards and other incentives. Another feature I appreciate is the ability to choose rewards with uniqueness and different offerings. I find it very easy to use within our system.

There are some gift cards that used to be available before. Also, there used to be discounts for some gift cards which no longer exist.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for celebrating achievements, anniversaries, and milestones. It enhances employee appreciation and makes acknowledging outstanding performance easier.

 ### 44. Effortless Employee Recognition That Truly Values Contributions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Easy to recognize employees, peers or stand out players and show that they bring value to the team along with their contributions being noticed. Can be used at any time when an employee or group stands out and directly impacts work force relations. Easily integrated and implemented with employees in mind. Able to recognize and use at any point, when just saying thank you isn't enough.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Only downside to the social recognition is some people would rather remain behind the scenes and although you're able to send the achievements or recognition directly to the people involved, the approval and company process still tends to highlight someone who might otherwise not want the attention for going above and beyond their regular job duties. Awards and redeeming can also be quite expensive, which is the main complaint.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping recognize contributions that are normally outside the scope of daily job functions and the employees that contribute to continued support and success. Employees enjoy the recognition and feel appreciated when they're able to get more than just a pat on the back and the run of the mill "Good Job".

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Integration into our internal management structures easily shows my team and the colleague search function is fast and easy.
The UI for the for recognizing someone is fast and intuitive and I don't feel like the program is slowing me down.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The home page doesn't immediately show your personal awards and when you do click on "My Dashboard" it shows up as older style format with no information on who recognized you and if it was part of a team.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy way to formally recognize and be recognized for hard work while keeping a history for future managers to see as a marker for employee quality. It also reduces the risk of informal gifts that could have business tax implications.
