**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I love that Workhuman Social Recognition lets me recognize my peers, superiors, support personnel, or even an entire group. The platform is easy to use I just type the first few letters of someone’s first or last name, and the software starts pulling up the rest of the name for me. It then asks questions about how the recognition aligns with our iCare values, which makes it feel personalized to our company. Based on the number of values selected, it helps you decide the number of monetary-value points to request from your manager to give to the person you’re recognizing. Overall, it’s very user-friendly and doesn’t require any training—you can simply open the software and start using it. I also love the AI built into the application, which you can use after you’ve written what you want to say to help fine-tune your wording.

I have no downsides of the using the Workhuman Social Recognition tool.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time to have an application I can use to thank people for helping me, especially with the AI tool built into the system. Being able to give out reward points is also very beneficial for me as a salesperson, since so many people assist me with my day-to-day operations.

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I love how easy and interactive it is. The push notifications work great for amplifying the recognition happening across the organization. We have just as many comments as we do awards, which is great to see and really shows the interaction on the home feed. I also love the addition of “Reward stories" which gives our associates visibility into what other associates are redeeming their points for on the storefront.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I wish it was easier to access the 'share link' to share awards for others to add congratulatory messages - ideally it would be part of the nomination flow. There are automatic nominations that go out though which is great!

We’ve seen great success since launching our social recognition platform in May 2025, with over 50K recognitions. Workhuman Social Recognition makes it very easy to recognize and celebrate coworkers in real time. The platform feels intuitive and user-friendly, so sending recognition only takes a few clicks. I particularly appreciate how it increases visibility across the organization—recognition isn’t limited to just two people, but becomes something the broader team can see, engage with, and respond to. The option to connect recognition to company values is another major plus, since it helps reinforce the behaviors and culture the organization wants to encourage.

One downside is that Bravos can no longer be converted into points for our company’s store, which reduces some of the incentive and flexibility they used to provide.

I really appreciate how easy it is to get recognized among peers using Workhuman Social Recognition. It's quite easy to access, and there is a vast variety of options to choose from, including the availability of gift cards at my convenience, which I find very handy. The setup was quite flexible and very easy; it was automatically synced to our employee ID when joining the organization, making it seamless to start using. Getting recognized is really valuable, and along with recognition, being awarded is quite fascinating.

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

My experience with the system is as an end user, contributing and redeeming recognitions. Its a really helpful tool for recognising people's contributions in a meaningful way. We use it for recognising individuals, teams and awarding employee of the month rewards.

The dashboard is nicely presented and lets you see other people's recent awards. When submitting a recognition, the workflow is simple which I think means more people engage with the system. The system is well integrated with out business system with the awards being aligned with key behaviours tied to the Danaher Business System.  The awards advisor helps you quickly narrow down the scope of a recognition and the Inclusion advisor is helpful to make sure your recognition is descriptive enough. 

The redeeming of rewards is simple too with useful reminders when your balance changes. Being able to favourite items and track your progress towards items you have your eye on is a nice touch. There is a great selection of items, experiences and gift cards to be redeemed on the store.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I do wish the system was able to save and continue half completed recognitions! 

When redeeming, the value for money seems better on the giftcards than the items themselves.

The main problem this system is addressing is making it so much easier to recognise those who go above and beyond what is required of them.

I like being able to see my colleagues' achievements, and it recently rewarded me points for reaching 5 years, which is nice. I enjoy how it keeps me connected and lets me recognize colleagues for their achievements, which encourages me to do something similar. It makes me feel proud of the company I work for. Also, it's easy to access and view.

Nothing really I think its a great platform.My only suggestion would be more ways to earn points, and also regarding redemption it would be great if you could cash out to pay towards a utility bill or more supermarkets for e giftcards

This is the best platform to recognise your peers on the efforts they have made on any particular project/program/task assigned to them.
It is very user friendly and easy to use.
It gives you complete guidance till the end. The way it integrates seamlessly is the best part. It performs pretty well and reliable. Its value for the price.
Its a perfect tool with automated recommendations and guidance..

New features can take time for users to adopt. Sometimes in peak usage, its performance lags. Chat support sometimes is not available. we have many options for gift cards but the common ones are missing for India like flipkart, amazon.

We struggled with informal employee recognition. Appreciation was often delayed or missed entirely, leading to demotivation and reduced engagement.With Workhuman Inspire, we now have a structured, \ recognition system that is visible across the organization. I really like the idea of cheering up an employee who deserves recognition from their superiors or colleagues for their effort and dedication. This kind of acknowledgment naturally boosts an employee’s confidence in their work and gives them a genuine sense of satisfaction. These will increase the performance of the employee.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

No, but it would be better if there were a change to the points system—at least for the cheers points we receive from superiors, and also between team-mates. I think this would work better. It would be better if implemented for monthly performance based cheers. Increasing the pricing of the vouchers will be so good.

It benefits both employees and team management at the same time, because recognition matters. It also helps ensure employees’ work results are more accurate and delivered on time, making it a win-win situation. It made me drive by learning UI/UX concepts.

Getting a “thank you” from a coworker in a public feed feels more authentic and less political than top-down praise. Because it’s low pressure, it comes across more like a game than a competition. The tangible point system also adds value and creates a fun sense of progress.

When managers require a set number of “shout-outs” each week, recognition starts to feel performative and loses its meaning. The same thing happens when rewards demand an unrealistically high number of points, or when the catalog is packed with items that aren’t actually useful.

It’s a quick, easy way to recognise fellow employees and encourage positive work habits. It’s also motivating to see that others value my contributions. Redemption is simple, and I use it often for digital gift cards, which are emailed to me within a few minutes.

Searching for items can sometimes bring up completely unrelated results. I’ve noticed this most with gift cards, where I soemtimes end up having to browse through categories just to find the one I want.

For digital gift cards, it would be helpful to receive an image of the card that can be scanned, rather than only a code that has to be typed into the terminal.

The AI agent within Workhuman Social is really helpful. It supports us when writing a message by helping refine it and improve the overall wording. When I recognize someone, it automatically gives me a stat about their retention and what their mindset is after receiving it. It also makes it very easy to give rewards.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The award recommendations are sometimes not accurate. For example, even when someone has done exceptional work, it may suggest AMBER, even though the agent actually deserved CORAL. This is the only feature that I feel might need some improvement.

I’m a team leader, and building a strong team—while keeping my associates engaged—is the most important thing for me. Workhuman helps with that. 1. What I like most about Workhuman is that it’s a social recognition platform that feels easy to adopt and inspiring in today’s social media–influenced world.
2. For an organization with global operations and employees, the Workhuman platform is a great initiative to bring everyone into one place for recognition and to celebrate together.
3. I also appreciate the flexibility to recognize anyone in the organization, which makes it more encouraging for competent individuals.
4. There is a wide variety of products to choose from when redeeming rewards.
5. Its many features—such as the awards feed, email reminders for work anniversaries, the approval process for rewards, the inclusion advisor, reward privacy settings, and various recognition metrics for people managers—are very advantageous and support the overall recognition process.
6. Best part is Workhuman is continuously evolving and adapting to latest technologies (AI, etc) and adding new features regularly. This is encouraging and develop a great platform for recognition and collaboration in the company

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The simplicity and ease of being able to recognise a colleague and the ability to promote a culture of inclusivity within my organisation is fantastic. The simple concept of being able to thank people that is then shared publicly is great for building a rewarding culture. The metrics generated make it easier to use and understand how the tool is being implemented by my team, and how far the reach goes into my organisation. The availability of the tool allows me to logon daily and easily integrate its use into my daily working life to see new rewards and thank yous, and allows me to connect with a wide variety of people in my organisation.

I've not come across anything I don't like, as of yet. The system is well setup.

As a Part-Time seasonal employee I feel that I only get part of the benefit and sometimes feel excluded from the other aspects of the platform that recognize full time employees, especially things like years of service. It would be great if seasonal workers could get their cumulative service time recognized despite working on and off.

It just looks good, on our behalf. So we don't really do anything with the point system, so that's not really useful to us. The downside of using the program is the limit that is placed on how much a colleague receives. Some colleagues top out very quickly, not being able to amass any more points throughout the year. On top of that, some of the gifts are very expensive and it would be hard to get that many points, especially with the points expiring after so long. Many companies may not give out this incentive daily with some allowing management to make changes to how much a recipient can receive based on their definition of being qualified for that amount.

Honestly, the tool is strong as it is. Of course, redemption options could be wider and more varied - and in some cases, redeeming the points for items can be quite costly in terms of real cost of the items, which some employees may find frustrating.

Switching from using normal emails to Workhuman Social Recognition has provided us with more features and awards to recognize achievements in a special way. The initial setup for our team was great.

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition allows workplace contributions by coworkers to be acknowledged internally so everyone can see the good work we're doing. It's an efficient method of recognition because it's all online, eliminating wasted paper, and we can send an unlimited number of Bravos. I appreciate having a lot of topic diversity available, which makes it easy to select the appropriate category for recognition. The written format is great as it lets us consider and edit our words before they're viewed. The 'Inclusion' coach is also helpful because it reviews Bravos to ensure they use suitable word choices.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

We used to be able to select different tiers of Bravo and that allowed for points to be awarded when something being acknowledged was truly exceptional: I would love to see the point system come back to make the system more lucrative. Otherwise, no matter how effusive the language, all Bravos are still just a 'pat on the back' and have no tangible value.

Its pretty easy to use and intuitive. Its a very good way to recognize effort from the team even when not using the points system. I use it intermittently to acknowledge exceptional performance where recognition is needed.

I find the system great but sometimes its unclear from a company perspective how much we can or should award. I also feel as a manager I should be able to transfer some of my own points to a collage - I think this could be quite a nice feature. Maybe having the option for an award (physical) would be great. These can be low cost and a bit of fun, like a small trophy or model.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its difficult to extend beyond the thank you and 'oh you have done a great job'. This creates something a little more physical for the employ that acts as a marker for their performance, and that can get recognition by both wider teams, but also within their PDR etc. The ability for employees of all levels to award #WOWs is great and collaborative, so aids the issue where again staff giving that piece of recognition to their colleagues.

I appreciate that I can be given real, tangible awards for hard work and good performance, which is something our company does not otherwise pay for.

the rewards are often heavily overpriced - charging tens of pounds for things like a phone charging cable in some cases - and it's hard to get support when something goes wrong with your order. The UX is also not well designed, and the search sometimes hides the best value-for-money rewards (such as amazon gift cards). The fact they have shoehorned AI into it like everyone else is also a nuissance.

the main problem it solves is that you don't get a pay rise from DXC if you perform well, so this allows you to get things like grocery gift cards to stop you from going hungry
