The ability to create unique and taylor made training modules, can be cumbersome, size/file restrictions, but I have had Work Hub Support help. Something I like about this system is that it allows me to have quick access to the necessary documentation to be able to issue management reports, to be able to track the training of my work team, this system is very complete since I look to fill the emptiness that may arise in my business, this program is amazing because it allows me to make a secure synchronization to each staff member to evaluate the performance of each.

They send out a bi-weekly report on all the employees that shows certificates coming due soon and I'm able to stay on top of the training and getting employees to keep up to date with their training and certifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can pull a report for Client certifications coming due but I can't pull one for the online courses. I have to wait the two weeks for the bi-weekly report or I have to go into each employees file one by one and look to see if their online courses like WHMIS or TDG is getting near. Safety Sync could improve on the way third party tickets are entered as well as improving the voice over for a lot of orientations and tickets.
