There are a few things which I like about this tool:

1) OCR - Performing OCR using this tool is relatively easier and the results also have high accuracy rate.

2) It supports AI and ML features through WorkFusion SPA which helps automate any processes with accuracy and intelligence.

3) The error handling components are well designed to handle exceptions.

The features available in Workfusion RPA Express I find is lesser as compared to other tool .

The tool is simple enough to handle for both novice and experienced people. It provides online training which makes the learning of this tool easier . RPA Express is very good for automating Business Processes and small use cases for individual users. There is hardly and lead time required for training and understanding the tool. Its a go to tool for RPA. RPA Express's administration console works like charm and the various informative dashboards are of great help. One of the interesting feature of Workfusion SPA is the integration of Machine Leaning capabilities with RPA. By providing all in one solution, we don't have to pay extra for AI components or even a Data Scientist.

Also, unlike other competitors on the market, Workusion SPA proposes the "Human in the loop" activities.

We must keep in mind it is a free version of Workusion SPA, so you won't be able to automate complex business processes with RPA Express. As you develop, you will lose the readability of your code. There is no workflow, manual tasks or machine learning algorithm.

I personally liked the ease of use which is provided by RPA Express Edition. It helps people who come from non-coding background, to get started with RPA, at ease.

The OCR functionality as per my perspective, takes more time to read data from PDF sources or images than we had initially expected. We later observed, that OCR processing speeds up when we allot our machine with more memory.

It is a good tool to start the implementation of rule based automation as it is a easy to use , very friendly tool . There is no coding required to start using this tool . It comes with a free 30 days trial version so before going with buying the tool we can lay our hands and check for the reliability and capability of the tool. There is not a free software version on this product (When I tested this RPA software --RPA Express-- the license expired after 30 days). There is not a free training platform on this product. The complete suite of the product (RPA Express version) is slow, especially it takes to start all services completely.
