"Flexible Workflow Design and Adobe Integration, But Many Features Cost Extra"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

The flexibility to design workflows that meet my business needs. It’s also connects seamlessly with Adobe creative products making for a more streamlined experience for the creative team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

A lot of features require more expensive packages or add ons which can limit smaller size businesses. It can do so much that it is sometimes overwhelming for casual users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Features but Difficult Interface"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I like that Workfront has a lot of functionalities and that it generates reports. The reporting feature is helpful as it allows me to monitor team performance and understand where resources are spent. It also enables me to see who is working on what and how much they're doing, which helps in allocating work evenly among the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

The interface is not intuitive and it's not easy to navigate. The search is also difficult to use. It would be great to be able to filter more in the search and bring up more accurate results. I want to search by date or date range and sort results by date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"End-to-End Task Management, but Web Content Audits Feel Confusing"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I like how we can have end to end creation of tasks, reviews, and sign offs in one system. The ability to track this with legal reviews makes the tracebility great for audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

The UI for web content audits is confusing to build out and understand. The low code, now code design is great but takes a lot of in depth knowledge of the tool to get the hang of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Tool with Room for Agile Enhancements"
3/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I use Workfront for bringing marketing campaigns to life from end to end. I like Workfront because it acts as a connective tissue between teams. The thing I like most about Workfront is the granularity it gets down to. I value the content block creation with tagging implementation for tracking. I also like that Workfront ties to Adobe Analytics, Campaign, and Target. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

I would love to track things at a 'campaign' level end to end easier and be able to apply Agile/Story point methodologies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Workfront Brings Structure, Clear Ownership, and Visibility for Large Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

Workfront is great when you need more structure around requests, approvals, timelines, and who is responsible for what. It’s especially helpful for larger teams that need a clear process and better visibility across a lot of moving pieces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

Workfront can feel heavy and harder to navigate, especially if you’re used to a simpler tool where you can build and adjust things quickly. It also takes more setup and training, so it may feel like overkill for smaller teams or straightforward projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Controls and Documentation for Personalization"
4/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I use Workfront to capture requirements for some of my Adobe Target project requests and it works well for standard personalization requests. I appreciate the controls around due dates and delivery dates, as well as the documentation of statuses, dates, and decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

We haven't implemented Workfront for experimentation requests. My full team would need to convert from JIRA to Workfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the UX on the desktop version of Workfront. I appreciate the cross-team visibility it offers, and how everything feels linked and integrated. It helps projects move along more seamlessly, and I feel like I know what I need to do every day. It also helps me understand project scoping and how to engage with other teams. "Intuitive Status Tracking, Challenging Report Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I like how Workfront can show gaps clearly, which is really helpful for managing our workflows. Its status tracking and dashboards are super intuitive, making it easier to keep track of the stage of the work and identify any blockers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

Building reports and custom dashboards is a challenge at times. There was a steep learning curve, and we just had to learn as we went and it was very complicated. Our issues may be at the account access level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integrations, Room for Reporting Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I like the ease of use of Workfront and the countless integrations that can happen with Fusion. We have a lot of other applications and programs across our organization, and Fusion lets us seamlessly integrate the data. The initial setup of Workfront was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

I find the reporting capabilities limited. It would be better if they expanded field usage, like having more conditional formatting options and additional fields. Also, using text mode to input and create new fields would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
