"Adobe Workfront Centralized Our IT Projects and Improved Real-Time Collaboration"
4/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

Adobe Workfront helped our company to improve the organization of work in the it office.

Before using it, many tasks were managed through emails and spreadsheets, which sometimes caused confusion and delays.

With Workfront, we were able to centralize all projects in one place, making it much easier to track progress and identify bottlenecks. it is great to reduce communication issues between people, since everyone can see updates and comments in real time.

Another great benefit was the better resource management: i can check who works, how much, and the performance of colleagues .

we do not use the AI inside, we prefer integrate it with our wms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integrates Well but Steep Learning Curve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I appreciate that Workfront integrates with AEM, Assets, and my tech stack, making it valuable for our workflow. It makes collaboration easier and enhances project and program management. I also like that our work management automatically creates and maintains digital assets in the DAM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

I think some of the user interface is PM or IT friendly. Marketers are a visual people. task 100% complete vs a green "done" check goes a long way. There are also gaps when an aging projects, the lack of connectivity between marketer actions, meta data fields to tasks status and dates in the project. The learning has been slow. Welcome was a more marketer friendly UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Work Management Platform Built for Complex, Cross-Functional Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

What I like best about Workfront is how customizable and scalable it is for complex, cross-functional workflows. The request queues, custom forms, and templates make it easy to standardize intake and ensure teams provide the right information upfront, which significantly reduces back-and-forth. Reporting, dashboards, and text mode allow for deep visibility into work status and accountability, and when paired with Workfront Fusion, it becomes a powerful automation tool that saves time and reduces manual effort. It’s especially strong for enterprise teams that need structure, governance, and flexibility all in one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

While Workfront is extremely powerful, the user interface and personalization options are somewhat limited. I wish there were more flexibility with visual customization such as colors, headers, fonts, and company branding to improve usability and make the experience feel more modern. Additionally, the learning curve can be steep for new users, especially given how many features and configuration options are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized Task Management but Cumbersome Interface"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I find that all the details for tickets are in one place, which is nice. It makes it easy to communicate with other members involved in any given ticket. I also find the different tasks within a project useful because you can see the entire scope of the project and not just the parts that you're involved in. I just like it because it's very organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

I find the user interface to be cumbersome. And I think it could benefit from a revamped UI similar like, a Jira. Not very easy. It's very cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Assistant Streamlines Workflow Effortlessly"
5/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I like how Workfront streamlines processes for managing work and assets in campaigns, events, and other needs, making tasks more efficient. The new AI assistant is a big plus as it makes my life easier when implementing work for clients, especially with existing data in an Excel sheet. I appreciate that it inputs data into Workfront automatically without the need for manual entry. Also, the initial setup was easy, which was a relief. Workfront is something I would highly recommend to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

Reviews and approvals are coming a long way and I want more historical data on changes within forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Single Source of Truth for Our Marketing Workflow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I like that it serves as single source of truth for marketing workflow, especially when helping clients implement content supply chain. Most clients don't have a mechanism for tracking marketing/creative activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

It's difficult to get clients/marketers to adopt Workfront or get them to use the tool consistently. Most change management efforts fall flat which impacts the entire CSC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automated Workflows and In-Depth Reporting with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I like Workfront for its centralized work and project management, which helps make work more organized. The detailed reporting feature is great, as it gives in-depth measurement and visibility of the work. I also appreciate the API integration with various tools, which adds flexibility, and the great UI that enhances my experience. The automation in Workfront helps in quicker responses to customers and better team coordination, improving productivity. Additionally, Workfront offers better customization options, more detailed dashboards, and competitive pricing compared to JIRA. The onboarding team offered comprehensive training, which was beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

There are times where the system lags a bit if the data set is large. Also, since it is not a traditional ticketing tool, a lot of it has to be customized. Navigation can be simplified with fewer clicks. There can be in-app guidance for smoother onboarding for new members on the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I find Workfront's ability to tag and draw teams into tasks on the fly extremely helpful. It enables us to easily tag team members into tasks that need their attention, especially when we have edits or changes to copy or UX. I also appreciate the system keeping projects on task and allowing us to update items and proofs so teams can see changes in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability to collaborate, and how Workfront houses timelines and creative assets all in the same space.
