What do you like best about Workfront?

By using this tool we have reduced the number of tools and spreadsheets used to track projects and project work. Highly customizable. Can be overwhelming for technology challenged people. What do you like best about Workfront?

I like that it allows users to communicate within the platform and accepts pretty large attachments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I used it, it tended to crash fairly often. It also doesn't communicate with Salesforce, so we have to manually compare campaigns and budgets between Workfront and SF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is difficult to do multiple comments on one document. Its hard to find where to put them, and unfortunately it looks as if they are saved, they are not. What do you like best about Workfront?

What do you dislike about Workfront?

A bunch of useless features take up a lot of space (time sheets??) and it’s a very niche product, doesn’t have as big a footprint as ServiceNow or salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love having the ability to share and delegate tasks, and to upload and share task-related information with all relevant parties from wherever I'm working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

I really wish Workfront a) did NOT email a notification for every single comment made by the same user on the same proof, and b) DID email a notification when that user was finished marking up a proof. "Best Tool for Creative Management"
What do you like best about Workfront?

Workfront is the best work management site available for creatives. As the on-site admin, I've worked hard to customize the tool for my team. It could be better tailored to "out of the box" templates dependent on the nature & size of your team. But after some hard work, getting a consultant on site, and a lot of customization, I cannot IMAGINE ever going back to FileMaker or any other request system. What do you dislike about Workfront?

A very expensive solution with somewhat sketchy sales reps. There is not enough customer support for smaller teams, even those paying $20K plus/ year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
