**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

My team head is easily tracked our team member performance with the use of the feature of this software for performance management. This software is easy to afford because of its affordable price for buying.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

This software doesn't have any disliking feature which gives the worst experience in my positive mindset.

Recommendation for use this software as a primary tool to track their performances.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team head monitors the performance of our team leaders and gives suggestions according to our performances and then we can easily listen or read the suggestions on this software and perform according to the given performances.

**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

I like moving performance management from paper to online, keeping the supervisor and employee accountable and up to date on their progress throughout the whole year.   Recognition and check ins are great.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

The system can be a little bit clunky.  Many sub pages to assign templates/view employees/view performance reviews, ... button to view/edit, search filter could be easier to use, and the chat with support window is blocking the screen when interacting with reps.  These might only affect admins since the supervisor/employees only need to do check ins/reviews.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily assessable online, can autosave, and work on checkins/review at any time.

I dont think there are many downfalls this is a way of tracking and keeping up and keeping current with your employees and their concerns.

take your time and allow yourself to learn the process you will enjoy it and find it useful in the long run.

I believe that this is very beneficial for understanding the difficulties that your team might be experiencing and them being open and honest about their needs for help and how to help.

**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

It's incredibly intuitive and easy for all staff to use. And what they can't discover on their own, the chat help feature which pulls up learn topics covers. Plus, we can create and add our own topics if needed. And no more paper forms! Everything is online for staff to access whenever they need it to edit and comment on, not to mention it syncs with ADP. Performance Culture is always working to improve their customer experience and it shows.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

Nothing, it integrates well with ADP and our other systems and our staff find it easy to use.

The top benefits we found when comparing it with other platforms were:
Value Matrix, easily see who is high risk, kudos for all, we control what is available when, can control performance reviews for only hr, we can build all language and system specifically/ very customizable

The best aspect is that it is all online and simplified for remote staff use while still being customizable to individuals as needed.

The limited number of documents I am able to upload to PC and that I have had to contact PC about permission issues on a few occasions.

**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

Performance Culture has a great "check-in" process that has helped us to thoughtfully communicate with our employees, especially now that we are 100% remote. This  user-friendly platform offers the vehicle to appreciate employee efforts and track the status of their goals. Also, our account manager, Madeline Alden, has been a spectacular partner. She is helpful, knowledgeable and has been extremely accessible during the entire implementation process.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

We have had no issues or concerns with Performance Culture; the platform and company have truly exceeded our expectations.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem we were solving for with Performance Culture is the ability to streamline our year end review process. With Performance Culture, our year-end review will be more effective because the documented check-in conversations between employee and manager that have transpired throughout the year are imported into the year-end review template for you to easily review and access.

This is the first time we have used a software for our performance reviews and so appreciate the account rep help and responsiveness along with just the system itself.  It has been a great experience so far

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly making sure the managers are checking in with their employees regularly.  Being in HR, it's easy for us to check on this and follow up.

System is very robust but not difficult to use.  People were able to learn it very quickly and we continue to find ways it helps us improve our HR processes.

Confidentiality options/setting on survey.

We went from having no official structure in place to using the Performance Culture system.  This has greatly improved our HR processes by helping both management and employees with the tools they need and guidance to implement those tools.

**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

One of the best features for Performance Culture is its ability to have a customized plan to suit your specific company. At my specific non-profit, we did a pilot test of Performance Culture. It was a great experience, as  we as a company were able to align on core values that would push us forward in the industry. Although employees should be working for intrinsic rewards, sometimes an extrinsic reward is necessary. Using Performance Culture we were able to award our star employees to encourage competition.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

There are not many downsides! I personally believe that if you have a company and want to focus on taking things to the next level, Performance Culture is worth checking out. I would say that better customer support would help, but overall I cannot make any complaints!

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our company there was low employee moral at times. We did not have core values picked out, which is what Performance Culture helped us with most. By aligning our employees on what is expected of them, we were able to increase productivity by 20%.

The team they have to support you throughout the entire process! They are always there to answer your questions and provide best practices of the system and Performance Management process.

I don't have anything that I've come across yet! The system is super easy to use but really effective!

We wanted to shift to a continuous Performance Management Process while create some standardization across the company. We've seen our employees be more engaged in the process and show more vulnerability.

The staff as PC has been exceptional in helping us get this up and running, cheering us on and encouraging utilization of all of the functions.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

Once small annoyance is having to click the "submit" button after selecting the filter, rather than just hitting enter.

**What problems is WorkDove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managers are getting feedback from their staff that they maybe wouldn't say in person.  This system commits us to bi-annual reviews, a timeframe, reminders and easy technology to improve communication between staff and manager.  It identifies those that are not a good fit.

The charts and graphs as great!  They give a good visual of what is actually happening.

The requirement to log in to complete an anonymous engagement survey.

Some of the reporting features. It would be nice to see who has not been assigned a performance review or check-in form. Also to see when notification go out for check-ins.

How to set up objectives for the upcoming year. Our onboarding consultant has been very helpful getting our system up and running, and answering any questions/concerns we have.

**What do you like best about WorkDove?**

Performance Culture has given us a way to save time on the employee review process, reduce paper and track performance progress. The instant chat feature has been a huge time saver for me. We have the flexibility to customize employee reviews to our own standards of operation. The performance matrix provides a way for us to view overall team performance to ensure we are being objective across the board, from employee to employee and reviewer to reviewer. Employees are able to login and take ownership of their own goals and check-ins.

**What do you dislike about WorkDove?**

We encountered the generally expected initial hiccups of teaching a group a new online system.

We have realized efficiency, paper reduction and better performance tracking within the employee review process,
