What do you like best about Workday?

Workday works without any issues. Managing performance goals is easy. The referral portal is also ok ( not the best). Also, it I receive essential notifications regarding some workflow actions from employers. It was a very useful tool during my onboarding activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workday?

I think a few systems can be improved. The job referral system is not user-friendly. It's not intuitive to find open positions and submit referrals. Few other workflows like Performance tracking need some improvement in User experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workday HCM?

I've used multiple which HCMs as an administrator and my expereince with Workdays HCM has been so far the best. Workday HCM is easy to configure, you don't need any experience of coding language. Workday has a user friendly interface compared to other HCMs. For the end user's (managers) it is easy for them to manage their team and manage their time tracking.

What do you dislike about Workday HCM?

The cost is high for a small organization.

The reporting tool is quite powerful but not as user friendly as Tablue or Power BI. The visuals are aslo basic sompared to other tools. It also takes time for it to process large data sets compared to Tablue of Power BI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workday HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workday really helps in managing multiple comanies data. It helps us manage data in bulk for all these companies.

We can create seperate workflows for each company/country which is very helpful.

Managing absence is very easy and we've also integrated it with Slack, which helps employees submit their leaves from their slack app.

Self-service is very user friendly as an employee can view their paysliip, request time offs and approve employee changes from you Mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workday HCM?

What do you like best about Workday?

I've been using Workday for the past five years. The platform is very user-friendly, and there are a ton of features that Workday can offer. I currently use Workday for recruiting and HR functions. I also use it to review my personal details, including time off and payroll. Workday sends great communication from customer support when there are platform issues and they send updates when the issues are corrected. What do you dislike about Workday?

I would like the ability to create my own reports. I'd like to see where you can choose the categories needed and apply filters. Right now, our HRIS team has to do it because it's complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workday HCM?

What do you dislike about Workday?

After working with the tool for more than two years, I still struggle to navigate to what I'm looking for. The structure and usability do not support me in getting my things done. Without the shortcuts I've saved after finding the most essential features, I would be lost.

In general, Workday's usability is lacking compared to other tools. For example, why do I have to select each day when planning an absence? Selecting a rand by picking the first and last day would be more convenient. There are multiple of these little things that make Workday challenging to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workday?
