I've used multiple which HCMs as an administrator and my expereince with Workdays HCM has been so far the best. Workday HCM is easy to configure, you don't need any experience of coding language. Workday has a user friendly interface compared to other HCMs. For the end user's (managers) it is easy for them to manage their team and manage their time tracking.

The cost is high for a small organization.

I've been using Workday for the past five years. The platform is very user-friendly, and there are a ton of features that Workday can offer. I currently use Workday for recruiting and HR functions. I also use it to review my personal details, including time off and payroll. In general, Workday's usability is lacking compared to other tools. For example, why do I have to select each day when planning an absence?
