I've used multiple which HCMs as an administrator and my expereince with Workdays HCM has been so far the best. Workday HCM is easy to configure, you don't need any experience of coding language. Workday has a user friendly interface compared to other HCMs. For the end user's (managers) it is easy for them to manage their team and manage their time tracking.

The cost is high for a small organization.

I've been using Workday for the past five years. The platform is very user-friendly, and there are a ton of features that Workday can offer. I currently use Workday for recruiting and HR functions. I also use it to review my personal details, including time off and payroll. Workday sends great communication from customer support when there are platform issues and they send updates when the issues are corrected. Workday HCM is a one-stop shop for recruitment, onboarding, goal setting, performance management, and employee development. All the tools which needed for HR is included in the Workday HCM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workday is very user friendly and the UI has numerous features for Human Resource management. The support which workday gives is excellent. In general, Workday's usability is lacking compared to other tools. For example, why do I have to select each day when planning an absence?
