I like the features of WorkDay that allow the user to easily find what they are looking for, especially history features that allow you to see a worker's history, pay changes, promotions, and compare them to other people in the same position. I dislike that WorkDay is often clunky. The interface is user friendly but some steps take additional, seemingly unneeded approval processes in order to complete an action. I feel that WorkDay takes a lot of getting used to, but that is the case with any system. It truly is easier, but for folks who are used to a more complex system, it can sometimes leave you feeling as though some steps are fairly easy, while others take tedious amounts of time to dig through error messages.
