Workday Recruiting offers a standard workflow with multiple safety guardrails. It may be a great fit for very large organisations. We can also customise it to suit our company’s needs.

**What do you dislike about Workday Recruiting?**

Workday Recruiting feels outdated, and its features aren’t consistent across the product. It also lacks ease of use, which makes everyday tasks more difficult than they should be. As a result, recruiters end up wasting a lot of time on manual work.

**What problems is Workday Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workday Recruiting is an ATS that helps us with receiving resumes, scheduling, and making offers. I work in recruiting, and this tool helps me track and process candidates for an open role.

The platform supports strong collaboration between recruiters and hiring managers and provides reporting and analytics that help teams monitor key hiring metrics and make more data‑driven decisions.

One of the main drawbacks of Workday Recruiting is its usability and learning curve, particularly for recruiters and hiring managers who are not daily power users. Reviews frequently mention that workflows can feel rigid or unintuitive, requiring more clicks and navigation than expected for routine recruiting tasks, which can slow execution in fast‑moving hiring environments

Workday Recruiting solves the problem of fragmented, disconnected recruiting processes by bringing sourcing, requisition management, candidate tracking, interview feedback, offers, and onboarding into a single platform that is fully integrated with Workday HCM. it is designed for HR, so recruitment isn't the main aspect and therefore might not be as practical as a dedicated recruitment CRM.

one stop shop for all employee data, candidates and easy to manage where candidates are up to in the recruitment process.

Prolly the goat of em softwares out there! I can still remember when we were just starting and workday was the one we signed up with! Such a plausible partner! Love everything about it!

No drammas at all! I'll give em 100 out of 10

All of out problems really! They've been saving our asses for a few years now! Never had problems location the files new hires have sent! Not to mention they also give options for trainings and attendance!

Workday turns on features. If you miss the information before the new release, it could have a negative impact on your system setup. After you go live with Workday, you can forget customer support. You have to pay a consultant to help you.

I like the simplicity of Workday. Workday allows you to automate various processes that reduces time. We have multiple systems integrated with Workday to reduce working in various systems.

The best thing I like about using workday is that it is very easy to understand and that you can use it anytime and it makes the process of logging in and out for us easy

So far all of the features are working fine for me, I use it almost everyday and I have not encountered any challenges
