Depending on the recruiting manager, it can be limiting in who can see applicants if you are not the direct hiring manager.

Helping recruit for open positions using the same platform we track time and attendance as well as performance.

It has a clean, up-to-date interface that simplifies mundane tasks and makes the work easier to get done. The reporting also seems very well put together and in-depth, and the employee self-service is quite helpful.

The initial setup was very taxing, and there doesn’t seem to be much customization available.

**What problems is Workday Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings many different programs into one clean unit that performs well. It has also integrated well with our ADP system.

Workday is a great tool to centralize employee data including flexible benefit and pension elections. It is easy to navigate and it has enough data fields that most employers would not need to customize it.

**What do you dislike about Workday Workforce Management?**

As an employee, it can be intimidating to have to follow multiple steps to enter all your information.

**What problems is Workday Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product gives you the ability to integrate payroll and benefits selections and allows you to export employee data for HRIS feeds. The HRIS formatting is consistent with main insurance companies' systems, which makes implementing new plans easier than starting from scratch.

It is a very convenient platform to use . It's very manageable and a smarter way to optimize workforce management. It makes job easier and eliminates the pain lf traditional process.

I have nothing to dislike about Workday payroll and workforce management.

It is a good solution for those having difficult time managing payroll. You have everything you need when you want to manage finances and other business activities.

**What do you like best about Workday Workforce Management?**

Easy way to keep track of your hours, punch in and outs, vacation time, and pay stubs. It was also handy for viewing open positions and applying for them. The mobile app is also nice to use.

**What do you dislike about Workday Workforce Management?**

Sometimes the features were a little clunky on the mobile site and it made certain things difficult to view and use. Overall I had minimal dislikes of this software.

**What problems is Workday Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One central location to view and manage pay history, benefit information, open positions and any in-process job applications. Very ehepful to be able to log in and submit vacation requests, clock in and out, or apply for an open position.

**What do you like best about Workday Workforce Management?**

It's easy enough to roll all of the company into this one program and "go". It's very user-friendly and self-explanatory to use each payroll.

**What do you dislike about Workday Workforce Management?**

Not everything shows up at all times. For us to roll out a bonus to an employee, it has to be hired into the system via another system and if it gets missed, there is no checking back.

**What problems is Workday Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a one-stop shop for all of our payroll needs. It lacks in only one area, but otherwise it has allowed us to move forward more quickly on a regular basis.

**What do you like best about Workday Workforce Management?**

Nothing really, it is a powerful software but it is very hard to figure out how to use! Easy to reset passwords for people. That is about it. It is cumbersome otherwise.

**What do you dislike about Workday Workforce Management?**

Everything. This HRIS is NOT user friendly. The reports. I can find no way to customize them. Sometimes I only need certain information and I have to pull a report that is way too long and sort through it.

**What problems is Workday Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing. I am not a fan of Workday. There really isn't a problem to solve. The interface is confusing and cumbersome. I just don't like it.  There are better options.

This is a very user friendly platform to use for HR related information, payroll, and tax documents. My work requires two factor authorization which encourages security of sensitive information which makes me trust this more.

Navigating on your phone is a challenge but it works great on the computer.

More access to my HR information which allows me to easily feel in control.

It is smooth to use, and it is very easy to navigate. Minimal training is necessary to give to users due to it being intuitive. The icons are easy to identify and the mobile app is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Workday Workforce Management?**

While the navigation is easy, the icons can take you to places that may not necessarily make sense for what you would think would come up. Navigation on the mobile app is clunkier than it is on a computer.

**What problems is Workday Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has made it easier for the user to find something they are looking for. They may take a few more clicks to go where they need, but the path usually makes sense. Minimal needed training has been an enormous boon.

we're an extremely complex organization and require alot of modifications to make it work for us (global locations, union and non-union, tenure track, exempt, non-exempt, different benefit offerings for every college and location, etc). Users cannot customize their portal/interface

**What problems is Workday Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

streamline & centralize services, go paperless, disseminate information, maintain updates policies and procedures, ease of updating org charts

Workday payroll is super easy to manage and navigate. I appreciate the forthcoming breakdowns and the quick accessibility to each paycheck. I cannot say the same for ADP.

**What do you dislike about Workday Workforce Management?**

I think Workday payroll can work on modernizing the interface and improving onboarding tasks/tools for incoming employees.

Workday and workforce are great for performance reviews. They made it super efficient by providing prompts that help you give well-rounded feedback.
