The team is open to feedback on product enhancements and unique challenges to each company and accommodates as much as possible, and on time. They are the bar to which I measure all other vendor performance. Recruiters love this tool for how efficient it makes their lives and it's great how the AI continues to improve its matches over time. Both core products (spotlight & fetch) position our recruiters to optimize their workflow and focus on providing strong candidate and hiring manager experiences. The technology's AI and machine learning allow our recruiters to get their most important tasks completed in a fraction of the time. Our recruiters really enjoy the simplified and intuitive user interface and how it compliments our applicant tracking system's core functionality. There's not too much about the core product to be critical about. Given Hiredscore's relentless focus on the user, some of the administrator's experience has been deprioritized. For instance, self-service license management and utilization reporting are not yet available. I'm confident has Hiredscore continues to mature their admin capability will become more robust.
