Good look and feel but difficult to manipulate and do more than send CVs or browse past applicants **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2020 **What do you like best about HiredScore AI for Recruiting?** I like that the grading system makes it really clear which candidates may be the best, the brain seems well trained. I also like the function toggling between profiles, it's really handy when reviewing multiple CVs. **What do you dislike about HiredScore AI for Recruiting?** I don't like how limited the filters are, I want to be able to check things like Right to Work at the candidate list stage. I don't like that you can't undo a status change without going into WorkDay - this is a waste of time. Not being able to add candidates to reqs in HiredScore is a pain too, this would make life a lot easier. Finally, the fact that I cannot send CVs to more than one Hiring Manager means that using HiredScore as our only tool in any of my processes is impossible and the managers end up downloading and emailing around CVs independently to get around this which is a worse GDPR risk. Also - the search function limiting to my own requisitions means it's harder to look for profiles we already have. **Recommendations to others considering HiredScore AI for Recruiting:** If you need something for quickly reviewing candidates, this is great. But note that rejections or changes of status are permanent and you cannot undo them without going in the back end of the system. **What problems is HiredScore AI for Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to look at my best candidates first and consider fetch leads I wouldn't have gone back and looked for. It's easy to use and looks good. ### 3. I like that I can disposition candidates in bulk. There's not a lot of difference between each grade. It's certainly not a deal breaker. **What problems is HiredScore AI for Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?** We originally did not have a rejection template letter to send out to candidates and the HiredScore tech team was very helpful in adding that feature. ### 4.
