It is embedded with apps that deal with Onboarding, Active Directory, e.t.c. It also maintains organization hierarchy, employee benefits, and overall rewards/perks for a financial year. As a salesperson, what I need out of an HR tool is the following: the ability to request PTO easily, view job historicals, and the ease of use to manage payroll.
