Not much to dislike but if I have to say something, the AI function to help us incorporate our documents wasn't perfect. In the beginning, there were lots of corrections. It was so much better than the previous software, and I noticed that Evisort is ever-evolving, so I'm sure if we uploaded something today, it would be way better than when we first started. Most importantly this tool was developed by attorneys with performance and deep AI understanding in mind. The tags that come out of the box could replace more than $1M in consulting fees alone.

we found a significant amount of money to cut during Covid by using the special tags to find similar outs to contracts.

I checked (expensive) outside consultant's work by using the tools and Evisort, and found many things they did not find, reducing risk.

We now have a handle on all renewals preemptively, which reduces cost and promotes alignment.

Very importantly we now have a place we can take all the current contracts and find them and get everyone in the company focused on where they need to go when they purchase contract

Overall it's balanced system so there's not much to dislike.

We had to adjust how we think of permissions, but found work arounds. For example, my team can't be user admin's and have all HR contracts in the system without us being able to see them.
