I dislike that there is not a workflow walking me through each benefit. I recommend this type of software to clients, and I do not like most of the Workday Benefits Administration module. The UI of each benefit plan is clunky looking, and, compared with competitors, it has multiple steps to click through. Benefits Administration platforms meant for small businesses does a much better job with the workflow, UI of each plan, information within, organization of each page, and easy-to-find links and related documents. It isn't easy to find where to request Paid Time Off. Putting PTO under "Absences" isn't clear. Then when you finally find the tab, it's confusing having to input "Start Time" and "End Time" instead of just saying that you'll be taking the full (8 hour) day off. Workday does what it says on the tin. I can view my paychecks, handle open enrollment, and submit time off in a way that makes intuitive sense, without any funky errors or confusing workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
