It combines finance data with HR data all in one place without either finance or HR having to get data from offline. **What do you dislike about Workday Adaptive Planning?** Maybe the one thing I’d call out is the limited opportunities in terms of reporting on dates. As we’re working on a project, reporting and data availability is the key. However, we had to make some sacrifices in terms on what we can report on and how we use dashboards. **What problems is Workday Adaptive Planning solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s solving a massive problem of having to maintain multiple Excels based on budget ownership, password protected sheets which then have to be consolidated each month for month end. It is bringing actual of project employees, and using LCR tables built in the background to allow accurate cost planning.
